Computer SkillsI am experienced with the R statistical environment and JAGS for statisticalanalyses. Very qualified with linux command-line and programs developedfor next-generation sequencing data such as bowtie, bwa and samtools. I amaccustomed latex and python and I’m competent in basic computer skills suchas spreadsheets and word processors.
