The installation type is subject toconfirmation by Sky’s installationteam. In the event the Premises doesnot have an existing coax networkbackbone in place or if the coax isunsuitable and needs replacing or ifthe Premises uses CAT5/6 cabling, Skymay, at its discretion, terminate theAgreement or require you to pay alladditional costs relating to thisinstallation of Sky SatelliteEquipment. Sky will advise you ofthese costs before commencing workand if you do not agree with thesecharges, you may cancel yourinstallation and terminate theAgreement.

Options including Samsung TV:Samsung TVs provided on 36 monthfinance lease. Ownership passes tocustomer after receipt of finalpayment. Where Option 2 is selected,minimum purchase of 20 SamsungTVs. Please note that Samsung 3DTVs are available on request.

We take illegal use of our programming very seriously because it’s

important to ensure our legitimate Sky subscribers are not left

short changed.

The only legal way to show Sky Sports programming in Licensed

premises in mainland UK is through a valid commercial viewing

agreement from Sky Business.

The pint glass icon and Sky licenceLegitimate Sky Business commercial subscribers receive a Sky

licence to display in their window and will also see a pint glass

icon appear on their TV screen from time-to-time. The lack of

either of these can reveal who is showing Sky illegally.

What action do we take against businesses showing Sky Sports illegally?We have established field teams to actively detect unauthorised showing of Sky Sports. This

illegal activity can result in licensees being fined, having to pay legal costs and/or losing their

personal licence.

Unauthorised foreign broadcastingLicensees who broadcast Premier League matches via unauthorised

foreign channels to the public risk having legal action taken against them

for infringing the Premier League’s copyright.

If you know of a business showing Premier League matches via a foreign

satellite system, you can report this directly to the Premier League’s

appointed investigation agency, ID Inquiries, on 0845 434 5055.

Important informationPlease read carefully the following important terms of this Hotel Bars UK, Hotel Rooms SMATV UK and Sky In-Room UK ServiceAgreement. The restrictions and information set out form part of the Agreement between you and Sky.

HOTEL BARS UK, HOTEL ROOMS SMATV UK AND SKY IN-ROOM SERVICE UK

HOTEL ROOMS SMATV and SKY IN-ROOM SERVICE

1. What is this Subscription Agreement about?

This Agreement enables you to receive Sky's service at the Hotel Premisesidentified in your Contract Form and distribute that service to Hotel Rooms(primarily guest bedrooms).

2. What is a Hotel?

In this Agreement:

"Hotel" means a hotel, motel, guest house, boarding house and any establishmentsimilar to any of the foregoing where the primary purpose of the establishment is tooperate as a hotel offering bedroom or apartment accommodation for paying guests,excluding Serviced Apartments. Sky shall have discretion in determining whether anypremises falls within the definition of “Hotel”.

"Rooms" means:

(i) bedrooms for guests or staff in the Hotel Premises; and

(ii) offices or similar rooms used for business purposes in the Hotel Premises andwhich contain a television set or screen on which the Channels can be seen and/orheard pursuant to this Agreement, such rooms not being accessible to the public.

3. How long does each Subscription Agreement last?

Apart from the Sky In-Room 36 month Agreement, each Agreement will last for atleast 12 months (the Minimum Term) unless you or we end it earlier for one of thereasons given in Condition 17 of the Terms and Conditions Booklet. Clause 17.1 (a) willnot apply and you must give us no less than 90 days written notice to terminate yourAgreement, such termination to take effect no earlier than the conclusion of theMinimum Term. Clauses 17.1 (b) and (c) of the Terms and Conditions Booklet shall nothave to apply in their entirety.

Condition 17.7 of the Terms and Conditions Booklet provides that if the SMATV HotelsRooms Service Agreement or Sky In-Room Service Agreement of any Bar Customer isterminated for any reason whatsoever, at Sky’s sole discretion the Hotel BarsAgreement shall either (i) terminate automatically at the same time as the SMATVHotels Rooms Service Agreement or Sky In-Room Service Agreement or (ii) continueuntil terminated by either Party and Sky shall be entitled to charge you the thencurrent price for the Bar service received.

4. What do I have to do to be a Sky Business subscriber?

If you are an individual, you must be 18 or over. You must have the authority to enterinto this Agreement in respect of the Hotel Premises set out in your Contract Form.

5. Is this the right Agreement for my business?

If you are a Hotel in the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands and you wish to distributeSky's service to your Hotel Rooms via SMATV or via Sky In-Room Service; then these

are the right Agreements for you. If not, then you can obtain the correct Agreementby calling 08448 244 244. Under these Agreements, your Hotel Premises must be inthe United Kingdom of Great Britain, including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Isleof Man (the “Territory”, as defined in the Terms and Conditions Booklet). The ViewingCard which you will be sent is authorised for use only within the Territory. Use of theViewing Card outside of the Territory is strictly prohibited. Sky In-Room finance notavailable in Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands

6. Will prices rise during the Minimum Term?

We are allowed to increase your Charges at any time on giving you at least 30 daysnotice. Subscription payments for the Sky In-Room 36 month options are subject toan annual increase in RPI.

The Charges will also change if your Rooms Service changes. You will immediately paythe current price for that new SMATV Hotel Rooms Service or Sky In-Room Service. Wecan also change the pricing structure by giving you such notice.

7. Will the Service change during this Agreement?

The Channels that Sky offers may be varied from time to time during the Term of theAgreement. You must observe all restrictions on exhibition of the Service set out inthis Agreement or that are otherwise notified to you by Sky from time to time. Thisincludes new or amended restrictions on the viewing of channels or particularprogrammes in any Rooms at the Premises.

8. Why do businesses have to have a separate contract with Sky?

Sky Business is intended to meet the requirements of businesses and othercommercial organisations. Our range of contracts enable businesses to show Skyprogramming to entertain their customers and/or inform their employees. ShowingSky programming outside of the Subscriber's home breaches the terms andconditions of the normal Sky domestic subscription, so that Agreement must not beused by businesses.

9. Where can I show Sky in my Hotel?

Certain channels are only provided to you for viewing in non-communal areas at thePremises i.e. Rooms. Communal areas include bars, lobbies, restaurants etc. As at the dateof print, the channels restricted to non-communal areas include: Sky Arts, Sky Atlantic,G.O.L.D, Alibi, Watch, Star Gold, Star Jalsha, Star Life OK, Star Plus, Sky Cinema Channelsand Sky Cinema Disney.

10. What High Definition channels will I receive as part of the HD Pack?

When you subscribe to the HD Pack the channels you receive will be dependent onwhether your underlying channel package contains the equivalent standard definitionchannel. Not all standard definition channels are available in HD.

1. Which combinations of Channel package can I take in my Hotel Rooms?

You are able to take any combination of Channel packages via Sky In-Room and/orSMATV channel combination provided you distribute a Channel package in all yourHotel Rooms.

2. How am I eligible for the ‘with Sky Sports channels in hotel rooms’ Hotel Barpackage?

To be eligible for the “with Sky in Hotel Rooms including Sky Sports channels” Hotel Barpackage, you must take a channel package including the Sports Mix via Sky In-Roomand/or a Sky Sports channel via SMATV in all of your Hotel Rooms.

3. What if I want to show Sky in my Hotel Gym?

If you wish to show Sky in your Hotel Gym, you will need to complete a differentAgreement. Please call us on 08448 244 244 for more information on this.

4. SMATV Hotel Rooms Service - Is there a minimum charge?

There is a minimum charge of £170 ex VAT per month if your SMATV Hotels RoomService contains a Sky Sports Premium Channel, or any Racing Channel. Theminimum charge with any other Premium Channel is £162 ex VAT per month, or£120 ex VAT with no Premium Channels. See Condition 7.14 in the Terms andConditions Booklet for more details of this minimum charge.

5. Sky In-Room Service – Is there a minimum charge?

There is a minimum charge of £100 ex VAT per month per hotel premises.

The Sky In-Room service is available to customers who take or are eligible to takeSky TV on a Hotel UK Sky In-Room Agreement with a minimum of 5 hotel rooms.You must take a package in each of your hotel rooms. All prices stated ex VAT. Youmust be a limited company to take a 36 month option. Eligibility subject to creditchecks. You must get any consents required. Further terms apply.

6. What are my responsibilities in respect of Sky Cinema Channels?

Certain Sky Cinema Channels may show 12A and 15 rated content prior to therelevant watershed times. Normally this would be pin protected, however due totechnical and logistical constraints subscribers to the Hotel Rooms Service and SkyIn-Room Service shall have the pin functionality on the Box disabled. In respect ofthe Hotel Rooms Service you hereby undertake full responsibility for choosingsuitable Cinema Channels for your guests to watch and advise the guests if there isany unsuitable content. In respect of the Sky In-Room Service you hereby undertakefull responsibility to advise your guests (by including this information in your generalTV information to guests and in a tent card by the TV or remote control) that theCinema Channels are not pin protected and that its their responsibility to ensurethat minors do not watch inappropriate content.
