Ferry Terminal and Public Park Roosevelt Island, NY
Right in between the recently-erected Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial by Louis Kahn, and the slated Cornell University Tech Campus led by Thom Mayne, the proposed ferry terminal and public park-scape generates the whole of its form from a tessellated ir-regular geometry. The project is rooted in the idea of synthetic boulders dropped into the historically syn-thetic landscape of Roosevelt Island’s south point.

Gymnasium and Laundromat Syracuse, NY
Located on the borderline of Downtown Syra-cuse and the Near-West-Side, the gymnasium and landromat’s thick inhabitable wall acts as a bill-board to the community, projecting one on side the comings and goings of gym-goers, and on the other, putting on display health enthusiasts lift-ing weights, doing yoga, or cycling on treadmills.
DIA Gallery and Apartments New York, NY
At the edge of the Chelsea district in Manhat-tan, an infill lot was purposed to become an art gallery for the Dia Art Foundation, as well as an affordable housing complex. The building is or-ganized as a series of layered boxes, creating thresholds and interactions between programs.
