Who is Karaca? His curiosity to understand systems and how their components work in harmony, led him to seek professional experience in multiple business fields. He started his career as an office boy at age 16. Between the years 1996 and 2010, he was assigned to various positions in design and production sector. Additionally, he contributed to social responsibility projects and organizations for publicity of Turkey. He became the Managing Partner of Silmar Limited Company in 2004. He served as a Managing Director and majority shareholder till the purchase of the company by an anonymous luxury brand in 2007. He founded his consultancy company "3030" in 2010 in which he provided consultancy services to governmental institutions,

local and foreign design and production companies, designers, artists, and individuals in brand management, positioning, product development, design management, production solutions, and marketing. Furthermore, he collaborated with corporate companies in project development, implementation and management. In 2013, he also lectured an undergraduate level course on advertising at Trakya University School of Fine Arts. His personal interest in human development made it possible for him to identify where basic principles of psychology collide with dynamics of the business world. During his college years, he became engaged in the concepts of perception, perception management and manipulation, as well. In order to integrate his personal and professional experiences, he adopted the principles of Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2014. Karaca Murat Erdem graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University, Media and Communication Systems Department in 2004. He completed a postgraduate certificate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a specialization in management consultancy at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2014. In order to deepen his field of expertise, he started to take supervision from Dr. Selim Başarır in 2014.

In today’s chaotic environment, the strength and sustainability of an organization depends on its' capacity to internalize the requirements of the culture of change.

Leadership Development An individual is the basic building block of an organization; therefore, it is impossible to separate organizational operations from personal development and principles of psychology. The Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA) 360® The LEA 360 is a multi-rater assessment that provides individuals with powerful, confidential feedback on their leadership approach from the perspectives of Self, Direct Reports, Boss and Peers.
