• If gravitino is unstable, we have a strong upper bound on the reheating temperature after inflation

• Nν=3 is consistent with BBN

• We have obtained strong upper bounds on <σannv>. 130 GeVgamma-ray line(s) may not be produced by simple one-loop diagram annihilation
