Tažné zařízení, typové označení TMB PS 014, je určeno pro připojení přívěsů o celkové hmotnosti do 1200 kg za osobní automobily ŠKODA FABIA, ŠKODA FABIA COMBI, ŠKODA FABIA SEDAN Popis

Tažné zařízení je svařeno z masivního ocelového nosníku v jehož středu je mezi dvěma držáky pomocí dvou šroubů M12x65 uchyceno odnímatelné tažné rameno. Na koncích nosníku jsou přivařeny konzole, které slouží k upevnění tažného zařízení na vozidlo. Držák zásuvky je sklopný na otočném čepu. Všeobecné údaje

Konstrukce zařízení odpovídá vyhlášce MD ČR č. 102 / 95 Sb. a všem českým i mezinárodním předpisům. Tažné rameno je opatřeno kulovým čepem o průměru 50 mm dle normy ISO 3853. Pro povrchovou úpravu je použito práškového emailu KOMAXIT E 2110 v černém odstínu. Upevňovací elementy jsou opatřeny povrchovou úpravou Zn-Ni dle normy VW 13750 : Ofl – r670 v černém odstínu a zkoušeny na klimatickou odolnost dle ONA 30 10 02 N15. Zapojení elektrické instalace je v souladu s normou ČSN 30 4450. Zařízení prošlo pevnostními zkouškami dle ČSN 30 3652 a zkouškami dle evropské směrnice 94/20/ES, konstrukce je chráněna osvědčením o zápise užitného vzoru č. 5955. Výrobce potvrzuje, že tažné zařízení bylo vyrobeno podle schválené dokumentace a odpovídá typu schválenému MD ČR pod číslem osvědčení 1426 a homologaci EEC e1 * 94/20 * 1276 * 00. Montáž tažného zařízení vozidla vyžaduje použití Dílenské příručky a proto ji může provést pouze autorizovaný servis. Při montáži je třeba vyříznout otvor do zadního nárazníku. Elektroinstalace pro tažné zařízení není součástí dodávky a je třeba ji dle požadovaného provedení objednat samostatně pod dále uvedenými objednacími čísly.

Provozování a údržba

Tažné zařízení vyžaduje minimální údržbu. Kulový čep tažného ramena je nutno občas namazat vhodným mazacím tukem a používat jeho krytku. Po ujetí prvních cca 1000 km s přívěsem je nutné zkontrolovat dotažení upínacích šroubů (M10 x 35, obr. 4, poz. K) konzolí nosníku k podvozku vozidla a případně je dotáhnout předepsaným momentem. Dotažení šroubů (M12 x 65, obr. 10, poz. A,B,C) upevňující tažné rameno k nosníku je nutno kontrolovat vždy po ujetí cca 1 000 km. Při jízdě bez připojeného přívěsu mějte držák zásuvky sklopený do nárazníku. Seznam dílů

A) Příprava vozidla 1. Demontujte v zavazadlovém prostoru panel prahu a krytky držáku zámku

dveří. (viz. Karoserie a montážní práce – skupina oprav 70) 2. Demontujte zadní skupinové svítilny. (viz. Elektrická zařízení - skupina

oprav 94) 3. Ustavte vozidlo nad dílenský zvedák, povolte matice zadních kol, vozidlo

vyzvedněte do potřebné výšky a demontujte zadní kola. 4. Demontujte zadní nárazník a zadní lapače nečistot. (viz. Karoserie

a montážní práce – skupina oprav 63) 5. Demontujte vložky zadních blatníků. (viz. Karoserie a montážní práce –

skupina oprav 66) 6. Demontujte příčník (výztuhu) zadního nárazníku. (viz. Karoserie a montážní

práce – skupina oprav 63) 7. Demontovaný zadní nárazník položte na měkkou plstěnou podložku, vnitřní

stranou směrem nahoru. Na spodní hraně nárazníku naměřte (např. pomocí obrysu prolisu pro prostřih nárazníku) a označte střed nárazníku (obr. 1). Pomocí přiložené šablony nakreslete (pozor na správnou orientaci šablony) a opatrně vyřízněte otvor v nárazníku (obr. 2). Pozor na poškození laku nárazníku! Takto připravený nárazník odložte na vhodné místo.

B) Montáž tažného zařízení 1. Strhněte záslepky otvorů pro uchycení tažného zařízení v prostoru zadních

podběhů (obr. 3). 2. Nasuňte do otvorů na zadním čele vozidla podélné nosníky tažného zařízení

a ustavte ho do správné polohy. Přichyťte konzole pomocí čtyř šroubů M10 x 35 (obr. 4, poz. K) ke karoserii vozu – šrouby neutahujte. Tažné zařízení zatáhněte dozadu a potom šrouby M10 x 35 dotahujte současně na obou stranách. Nakonec šrouby dotáhněte momentovým klíčem na utahovací moment 70 Nm.

C) Montáž sady elektrické instalace pro tažné zařízení Odpojte záporný pól akumulátoru

1. Vyjměte záslepku otvoru Ø 40 mm na zadním čele vozidla (obr. 5) 2. Otvorem protáhněte svazek kabelů elektroinstalace a otvor uzavřete

průchodkou (L), která je součástí kabelového svazku.

3. Kabelový svazek vedoucí k zásuvce protáhněte průchodkou (F) pod zásuvku (G) (obr.6).

4. Vyjměte zásuvku (G) z jejího krytu a jednotlivé kabely zapojte následujícím způsobem:

6 Poznámka: *) Obě kostřící vedení nesmí být na straně tažného zařízení elektricky spojena. **) Zde mohou být zapojeny dodatečné spotřebiče (obytný přívěs, vnitřní osvětlení, apod.).

5. Zapojenou zásuvku nasaďte zpět do jejího krytu. 6. Nasuňte průchodku (F) na kryt zásuvky, celý komplet ustavte na držák

zásuvky tažného zařízení a přišroubujte třemi šrouby M5 (H). Zásuvku namontujte na výklopný držák tak, aby boční vývod svazku směřoval k levému boku automobilu a víčko zásuvky se otvíralo od spodního okraje nárazníku směrem nahoru (obr.7).

7. Vyzkoušejte funkci sklopného držáku zásuvky. 8. Namontujte zpět vložky zadních blatníků. 9. Proveďte montáž zadního nárazníku a zadních lapačů nečistot.

10. Namontujte zadní skupinové svítilny. 11. Namontujte zpět zadní kola vozidla a dotáhněte šrouby kol na předepsaný

utahovací moment. 12. V zavazadlovém prostoru veďte kabely elektroinstalace tažného zařízení

podél stávající elektroinstalace vozidla k zadním skupinovým svítilnám. 13. Kabelový svazek s barvami černo-bílá, hnědá a šedo-černá veďte vlevo

(ve směru jízdy) a upevněte kabelovými sponami (U) ke stávající elektroinstalaci (obr. 8).

14. Kabelový svazek s barvami černo-zelená a šedo-červená veďte vpravo (ve směru jízdy) a upevněte kabelovými sponami (U) ke stávající elektroinstalaci (obr. 8).

15. Vyjměte ze skupinové svítilny šestipólovou svorkovnici a propojte ji se svorkovnicí (V) na kabelovém svazku tažného zařízení – na obou stranách vozidla (obr. 9).

16. Zasuňte volnou svorkovnici (X) kabelového svazku tažného zařízení do skupinové svítilny na místo původní šestipólové svorkovnice – na obou stranách vozidla (obr. 9).

17. Upevněte kabelovými sponami (U) propojené svorkovnice ke stávajícímu svazku elektroinstalace (obr. 9).

18. Zjistěte diagnostickým přístrojem V.A.G. kódové číslo BSG (adresa 09). 19. Kódové číslo zvyšte o 1 a zapište do BSG (funkce 07 – zápis kódového

čísla). 20. Připojte minusovou svorku akumulátoru a proveďte funkční zkoušku. 21. Namontujte zpět veškeré zbývající demontované díly. D) Montáž tažného ramena Tažné rameno upevněte pomocí dvou šroubů M12x65 (A), podložek 13 (B) a matic M12 (C) mezi držáky a šrouby utáhněte momentovým klíčem na utahovací moment 80 Nm (obr. 10).

7 Záruční list

Výrobce poskytuje záruku na konstrukci, použitý materiál, výrobní provedení a funkci dodaného tažného zařízení 12 měsíců od data prodeje. Reklamaci výrobku v zákonné lhůtě uplatní uživatel u prodejce. Oprávněnost reklamace posoudí prodejce spolu se zástupcem výrobce v souladu s platnými předpisy. Podmínkou platnosti záruky je, aby tažné zařízení bylo používáno pouze k k těm účelům, pro které je určeno. Záruka se nevztahuje na škody vzniklé z nedostatku péče, přetěžováním a neodborným používáním a poškození způsobená živelnými vlivy. Záruka rovněž zaniká, bylo-li tažné zařízení poškozeno havárií (krom havárie vyvolané samotným tažným zařízením) nebo zásahy do jeho mechanismu, případně změnami provedenými mimo dílny výrobních podniků. Typové osvědčení Výrobce potvrzuje, že tažné zařízení bylo vyrobeno podle schválené dokumentace a odpovídá typu schválenému homologací EEC e1 * 94/20 * 1276 * 00.

The towing gear with type designation TMB PS 014 is designed for the connection of trailers with the total weight up to 1,200 kg to the cars ŠKODA FABIA, ŠKODA FABIA COMBI and ŠKODA FABIA SEDAN.

Description

The towing gear is welded from a massive steel beam, in the middle of which a removable towing arm is connected between two holders by means of two screws M12x65. At the end of the beam, there are welded consoles, which are used for the connection of the trailer gear to the vehicle. The socket holder can be swung down on a pivot.

General data

The design of the equipment complies with the Decree of the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic No. 102 / 95 Coll. and all Czech and international regulations. The towing arm is equipped with a ball journal with the diameter of 50 mm in compliance with the standards ISO 3853. Black shade of the powder enamel KOMAXIT E 2110 is used for surface treatment. The attachment elements are provided with surface treatment Zn-Ni pursuant the standards VW 13750 : Ofl - r670 in the black shade and are tested with respect to climatic resistance pursuant to ONA 30 10 02 N15. The connection of the electrical equipment is in compliance with the standard ČSN (Czech National Standard) 30 4450. The equipment was subjected to strength tests in compliance with ČSN 30 3652 and tests pursuant to the European standard 94/20/ES. The design is protected with the Applied Pattern Registration Certificate No. 5955. The Manufacturer certifies that the towing gear has been manufactured in compliance with the approved documentation and complies with the type approved by the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic under the Certification Number 1426 and homologation EEC e1 * 94/20 * 1276 * 00.

9 The installation of the towing gear to the vehicle requires the use of a Workshop Manual. Therefore, it can be only realized by an authorized service. During the installation, a hole in the rear bumper shall be cut out. The electrical installation for the towing gear does not form a part of the delivery and shall be ordered independently under the below mentioned order numbers according to the required design.

Operation and Maintenance

The towing gear requires minimum maintenance. The ball journal of the towing arm shall be lubricated from time to time with a suitable grease and its cap shall be used. After driving the first approximately 1,000 kilometres with the trailer, it is necessary to check tightness of the screws (M10 x 35, Figure 4, Position K) holding the consoles of the beam to the vehicle chassis and, if need be, tighten them with the specified torque. Tightness of the screws (M12 x 65, Figure 10, Positions A, B, C) holding the towing arm to the beam shall be always checked after driving approximately 1,000 km. When driving without a connected trailer, swing down the holder of the socket to the bumper.

Installation instructions

A) Preparation of vehicle 1. In the boot, dismantle the sill panel and covers of the holder of the door lock.

(Refer to: Body and assembly works - Group of Repairs 70). 2. Dismantle rear group lights. (Refer to: Electrical equipment - Group of

Repairs 94). 3. Position the vehicle over the workshop lift, loosen the nuts of rear wheels, lift

up the vehicle to the required height and dismantle rear wheels. 4. Dismantle rear bumper and rear dust protectors. (Refer to: Body and assembly

works - Group of Repairs 63). 5. Dismantle inserts of rear fenders. (Refer to: Body and assembly works -

Group of Repairs 66). 6. Dismantle cross beam (bracing) of the rear bumper. (Refer to: Body and

assembly works - Group of Repairs 63). 7. Put the dismantled rear bumper to a soft felt support with the inner side facing

upwards. On the bottom part of the bumper, measure (such as by means of the contour of the pressed part for the cut-out of the bumper) and mark the centre of the bumper (Figure 1). By means of the enclosed template (pay attention to the right orientation of the template !) draw and carefully cut out the hole in the bumper (Figure 2). Pay attention so as not to damage the varnish of the bumper! Put the bumper treated in this way aside to a suitable place.

11 B) Installation of the towing gear 1. Tear down blinds of the holes for connecting the towing gear in the area of

rear wheel arches (Figure 3). 2. Slide in longitudinal beams of the towing gear in the holes in the rear face of

the vehicle and level them to the right position. Attach the consoles by means of four screws M10 x 35 (Figure 4, Position K) to the body of the vehicle - do not tighten the screws. Pull the towing gear to the back and tighten the screws M10 x 35 simultaneously on both sides. Finally tighten the screws with a torque wrench to 70 Nm.

C) Installation of the electrical installation set for the towing gear Disconnect negative pole of the accumulator. 1. Remove the blind of the hole with ∅ 40 mm in the rear face of the vehicle

(Figure 5). 2. Pull bunched cables of the electrical installation through the hole and close it

with a bushing (L), which forms a part of the bunched cables. 3. Pull the bunched cables leading to a socket through the bushing (F) below the

socket (G) (Figure 6). 4. Remove the socket (G) from its cover and connect individual cables as

Put on the connected socket to its cover again. 6. Put on the bushing (F) on the socket cover and position the whole set to the

socket holder of the towing gear. Secure it with three screws M5 (H). Install the socket to the tilting holder so that the lateral outlet of the bunch faces the left side of the vehicle and the socket cap is opened from the bottom edge of the bumper upwards (Figure 7).

7. Try the function of the tilting socket holder.

13 8. Install the inserts of rear fenders again. 9. Install rear bumper and rear dust protectors. 10. Install rear group lights. 11. Install rear wheels of the vehicle and tighten the wheel screws to the

specified torque. 12. In the boot, lead the cables of the electrical installation of the towing gear

along the current electrical installation of the vehicle to the rear group lights. 13. Lead the bunched cables with black-white, brown and grey-black colours on

the left side (in the direction of driving) and attach them with cable clamps (U) to the current electrical installation (Figure 8).

14. Lead the bunched cables with black-green and grey-red colours on the right side (in the direction of driving) and attach them with cable clamps (U) to the current electrical installation (Figure 8).

15. From the group light, remove the six-pole terminal board and connect it with the terminal board (V) on the bunched cables of the towing gear - on both sides of the vehicle (Figure 9).

16. Slide in the free terminal board (X) of the bunched cables of the towing gear to the group lights to the place of the original six-pole terminal board - on both sides of the vehicle (Figure 9).

17. Connect the interconnected terminal boards to the current bunch of electrical installation (Figure 9) with the cable clamps (U).

18. Find out the BSG code number (address 09) by means of the diagnostic device V.A.G.

19. Increase the code number by 1 and enter it in BSG (function 07 - entry of code number).

20. Connect minus clamp of the accumulator and perform a functional test. 21. Install all remaining dismantled parts again. D) Installation of the towing arm Fix the towing arm by means of two screws M12 x 65 (A), washers 13 (B) and nuts M12 (C) between the holders and tighten the screws with torque wrench to 80 Nm (Figure 10).

14 Certificate of Guarantee

The Manufacturer provides a guarantee for the design, used material, workmanship and function of the delivered towing gear for the period of twelve (12) months from the date of sales. The rejection of the product shall be enforced by the user at the seller within the specified period. Justification of the rejection shall be assessed by the seller together with a representative of the Manufacturer in compliance with applicable regulations. The validity of the Guarantee is conditioned by the fact that the towing gear has been only used for the purposes it is intended for. The Guarantee does not cover any losses incurred due to lack of care, overloading and/or unqualified use and any damages caused by natural effects. The Guarantee shall also become void if the towing gear has been damaged by an accident (with the exception of an accident caused by the towing gear itself) or any interventions in its mechanism or modifications made outside the workshops of the manufacturing plants.

Type Certification

The Manufacturer verifies that the towing gear has been manufactured pursuant to the approved documentation and complies with the type approved by the homologation EEC e1 * 94/20 * 1276 * 00.

ANHÄNGERKUPPLUNG FÜR ŠKODA FABIA, FABIA SEDAN, FABIA COMBI

Diese Anhängerkupplung (AHK) ist für Ankuppeln von Anhängern mit Masse bis 1200 kg (Gültig ist die Begrenzung der Anhängermasse nach Fahrzeugschein) bestimmt, und zwar an die Pkw ŠKODA Fabia in Version TMB PS 014A und an die Pkw ŠKODA Fabia Combi oder ŠKODA Fabia Sedan in Version TMB PS 014B.

Beschreibung

Diese Verbindungseinrichtung besteht aus einem geschweißten, massiven Stahlträger, der mit Seitenkonsollen sowie im Mittelbereich mit zwei Haltern zur Befestigung der Aufnahmehülse versehen ist. In diese Hülse wird ein U-formiger Zugarm mit 2 Schrauben M12x65 versperrt. Der Steckdosenhalter ist nach unten schwenkbar. Die beiden Typvarianten A und B sich in Länge vom Zugarm und in Größe von Haltern der Aufnahmehülse etwa voneinander unterscheiden.

Allgemeine Angaben

Die Konstruktion der Vorrichtung entspricht dem Gesetz des Ministeriums für Verkehr und Fernmeldewesen der Tschechischen Republik Nr. 56/2001 Smlg. sowie auch den tschechischen und internationalen Vorschriften. Der Zugarm ist mit einem Kugelkopf (laut Norm ISO 1103,3853 mit einem Durchmesser von 50 mm) versehen. Für die Oberflächenbehandlung wurde Email-Pulver KOMAXIT E 2110 im schwarzen Farbton verwendet. Die Befestigungs-elemente werden nach der Norm VW 13750:Ofl-r670 mit einem Zn-Ni Schutzüberzug versehen und zu einer klimatischen Beständigkeit nach der Norm ONA 30 1002 N15 geprüft. Anschluß der Elektroanlage entspricht der Norm ČSN 30 44 50. Die Einrichtung wurde auf Festigkeit nach der Norm ČSN 30 36 52 sowie nach der europäischen Richtlinie 94/20/EG geprüft. Die Konstruktion ist mit Prüfungszeugnis für Gebrauchsmuster Nr. 5955 geschützt. Anbringung der Anhängerkupplung an das Fahrzeug kann fachlich nur ein ŠKODA Markenservice durchführen, weil man mit spezialem Werkzeug für die Anrichtung des hinteren Stoßfängers ausgerüstet werden braucht. Im Laufe der Montage braucht man auch ein Loch im hinterem Stoßfänger ausschnitten. Der nötige Elektrobausatz ist kein Teil dieser Lieferung und soll unabhängig nach weitergegebenen Bestellnummern bestellt werden.

Betrieb und Pflege

Die Anhängerkupplung benötigt nur eine minimale Pflege. Es empfiehlt sich den Kugelbolzen mit einem geeigneten Fett zu schmieren und vor Verschmutzung mit einer Kappe zu schützen. Nach Betriebslauf von ersten 1000 km mit Anhänger muss man die Befestigungsschrauben (M10x35, Bild 4, Position K) der Anhängerkupplung zur Fahrzeugkarosserie überprüfen und eventuell sie an den vorgeschriebenen Moment 70 Nm zuziehen. Die Kontrolle der Festziehung der Schrauben (M12x65, Bild 10, Position A,B,C) für Verbindung des Zugarms mit dem Querträger muss man jede 1000 km wiederholen. Bei Fahrt ohne Anhänger soll man den Steckdosenhalter nach unten zum hinteren Stoßfänger zuklappen.

A) Vorbereitung des Fahrzeuges 1. Im Gepäckraum die Abdeckung der Schwelle und des Türschlosses

demontieren. 2. Die hintere Leuchtengruppe demontieren. 3. Fahrzeug mit dem Werkstattheber hochheben und die hintere Räder

demontieren. 4. Den hinteren Stoßfängerplast und hintere Schmutzfänger demontieren. 5. Die Einlagen aus den Kotflügeln demontieren. 6. Den Versteifungsquerträger für den hinteren Stoßfänger demontieren. 7. Den ausgenommenen Stoßfänger an eine weiche filzige Unterlage mit

Innenseite nach oben ablegen. An der unteren Kante die Mitte des Stoßfängers anzeichnen (Bild.1). Mit Hilfe der beigelegten Schablone die vorgeschriebene Öffnung im Stoßfängerplast ausschneiden (Bild 2). Vorsicht auf die Lackbeschädigung. So vorbereiteten Plastteil wieder ablegen.

B) Anleitung zur Montage der Anhängerkupplung an das Fahrzeug 1. Die Verblendung von Löcher für Kupplungsverbindung mit Wagen in hinteren

Radkasten abreißen. 2. Die Seitenkonsolen der Anhängerkupplung in die Öffnungen an der hinteren

Wagenseite einschieben und in die richtige Lage bringen. Die 4 Schrauben

M10x35 (Bild 4) einlegen aber nicht fest zusammenziehen. Die Anhängerkupplung nach hinten ziehen und dann die Schrauben an beiden Seiten zugleich zuziehen. Zuletzt diese Schrauben mit vorgeschriebenem Moment 70 Nm festziehen.

C) Anleitung zur Montage des Elektrobausatzes Minusklemme von der Batterie abklemmen. 1. Die Verblendung aus der Öffnung Ø 40 mm an der Hinterseite des Fahrzeugs

herausnehmen (Bild 5). 2. Kabelstrang der Elektroinstallation durch die Öffnung durchziehen und mit

Tülle (L), die Bestandteil des Kabelstranges ist, verschließen. 3. Zur Steckdose führende Kabelstrang durch Durchführung (F) unter der

Steckdose (G) ziehen. 4. Die Steckdose aus dem Gehäuse herausnehmen und einzelne Kabele in

Steckdosenhalter der Anhängerkupplung positionieren und mit drei Schrauben M5 (H) befestigen (Bild 7).

7. Funktionsfähigkeit der Schwenkung vom Steckdosenhalter überprüfen. 8. Radhausschalle hinten montieren. 9. Hintere Stoßstange und Schmutzfänger anbauen. 10. Hintere Leuchtengruppe einbauen. 11. Hinterräder des Fahrzeuges anschrauben und Schrauben mit vorgeschriebenem

Drehmoment anziehen. 12. AHK-Kabelstrang im Kofferraum entlang bestehender Installation zu den

hinteren Leuchtengruppen führen.

20 13. AHK-Kabelstrang mit Farben schwarz-weiß, braun und grau-schwarz (in

Fahrrichtung) nach links führen und mit Kabelschelle (U) an bestehende Installation befestigen (Bild 8).

14. AHK-Kabelstrang mit Farben schwarz-grün und grau-rot (in Fahrrichtung) nach rechts führen und mit Kabelschelle (U) an bestehende Installation befestigen (Bild 8).

15. Aus der Leuchtengruppe die sechspolige Steckverbindung herausnehmen und mit der sechspoligen Steckverbindung (V) des AHK-Kabelstranges an beiden Wagenseiten zusammenstecken (Bild 9).

16. Freie sechspolige Steckverbindungen (X) der AHK-Kabelstrange an der Stelle des bisherigen sechspoligen Steckverbindungen in die Leuchtengruppe an beiden Wagenseiten einschieben (Bild 9).

17. Die verbundene AHK-Kabelstrange zu originalen Kabelstrangen mit Kabelklemmen (U) befestigen (Bild 9).

18. Codenummer BSG (Adresse 09) mit Hilfe der diagnostischen Einrichtung V.A.G ausrufen.

19. Diese Codenummer um ein vergrößern und in die BSG eingeben (Funktion 07 –Eingang of Codenummer).

20. Minusklemme der Batterie anklemmen und Funktionskontrolle der gesamten Einrichtung durchführen.

21. Alle restliche demontierte Teile wieder einbauen. D) Anleitung zum Einsetzen des Zugarmes mit Kugelbolzen Den Zugarm mit 2 Schrauben M12x65 (A), Unterlegscheiben 13 (B) und Muttern M12 (C) zwischen zwei Halter befestigen und mit Anzugsmoment 80 Nm festziehen (Bild 10).

21 Garantieschein

Der Hersteller gewährt eine zwölf (12) Monat Garantie (ab Datum des Verkaufes), die sich auf die Konstruktion, verwandtes Material, Qualität und auf die Funktionsfähigkeit der gelieferten Anhängerkupplung bezieht. Produkt-beanstandungen können bei dem verkaufenden Händler sowie vom Vertreter des Herstellers unter Berücksichtigung der gültigen Vorschriften beurteilt. Eine Reklamation kann nur anerkannt werden, wenn die Anhängerkupplung ausschließlich zu den für sie bestimmten Zwecken verwandt wird. Die Garantie bezieht sich nicht auf Schaden, die aufgrund mangelhafter und unzureichender Pflege, Überlastung, unfachlicher Anwendung sowie auch aufgrund der durch Naturkatastrophen verursachten Beschädigungen entstanden sind. Ebenfalls wird keine Garantie gewährt, wenn die Anhängerkupplung durch Havarie (damit ist keine durch die Anhängerkupplung selbst verursachte Havarie gemeint), durch Eingriffe in deren Mechanismus oder durch außerhalb der autorisierten Werkstätten durchgeführte Änderungen beschädigt wurde. Der Hersteller bestätigt, daß die Anhängerkupplung nach der genehmigten Dokumentation produziert wurde und der EWG-Typgenehmigung e1*94/20*1276*00 entspricht.
