안녕하세요. 오늘은 제가 요리사입니다. [an-nyeong-ha-se-yo. o-neu-reun je-ga yo-ri-sa-im-ni-da.]

= Hello, I am the chef today.

오늘은 내가 요리사. 네, 요리사.[o-neu-reun nae-ga yo-ri-sa. ne, yo-ri-sa.]

= Today, I am the chef. Yes, I’m the cook.

요리를 할 때, 보통 앞치마를 입어요. [yo-ri-reul hal ttae, bo-tong ap-chi-ma-reul i-beo-yo.]

= When I cook, I usually wear an apron.

앞치마~ 어디 있을까요? 앞치마가 안 보이네. 앞치마가 있었는데. [ap-chi-ma~ eo-di i-sseul-kka-yo? ap-chi-ma-ga an bo-i-ne. ap-chi-ma-ga i-sseot-neun-de.]

= Apron~ Where’s my apron? I can’t see it. It was here.

보통 남자가 앞치마를 잘 하지 않아요. [bo-tong nam-ja-ga ap-chi-ma-reul jal ha-ji a-na-yo.]

= Men don’t usually wear an apron.

하지만 저처럼 매력있는 남자는 앞치마를 하죠. [ha-ji-man jeo-cheo-reom mae-ryeo-git-neun nam-ja-neun ap-chi-ma-reul ha-jyo.]

= But attractive guys like myself wear them.

우선, 밥통. 밥솥. 밥통이 아니고 밥솥입니다. [u-seon, bap-tong. bap-sot. bap-tong-i a-ni-go bap-so-sim-ni-da.]

= First, a rice container, a rice cooker, not a rice container but it’s a rice cooker.

이건 전기로 돌아가는 전기밥솥. 안에 밥이 있나 볼까요?[i-geon jeon-gi-ro go-ra-ga-neun jeon-gi-bap-sot. a-ne ba-bi it-na bol-kka-yo?]

= This is an electric rice cooker. It uses electricity. Let’s see if there is rice in it?




아~ 안에 밥이 있습니다. [a~ a-ne ba-bi it-seum-ni-da.]

= Oh~ There is some rice in it.

오늘 저녁은 만두를 할 거예요. 그래서 제가 냉동만두를 준비했습니다. [o-neul jeo-nyeo-geun man-du-reul hal geo-ye-yo. geu-rae-seo je-ga naeng-dong-man-du-

reul jun-bi-hae-sseum-ni-da.]

= Tonight, I’m going to cook some dumplings. So I’ve prepared this bag of frozen dumplings.

밧데리가 없어서 빨리 진행할게요. [bat-de-ri-ga eop-seo-seo ppal-li ji-naeng-hal-ge-yo.]

= The battery is almost dead, so I’ll speed it up.

따라오세요. 네, 일단, 프라이팬.[tta-ra-o-se-yo. ne, il-dan, peu-ra-i-paen.]

= Follow me. First, the frying pan.

가스렌지 위에 프라이팬을 올려 놓아요. [ga-seu-ren-ji wi-e peu-ra-i-pae-neul ol-lyeo no-a-yo.]

= Put the frying pan on the stove.

불, 불을 킵니다. (사투리)

[bul, bu-reul kim-ni-da.]

= Fire, turn on the fire.

가스렌지 위에 프라이팬을 놓고 불을 킵니다. [ga-seu-ren-ji wi-e peu-ra-i-pae-neul no-ko bu-reul kim-ni-da.]

= Put the frying pan on the stove and turn on the fire.

그리고, 식용유. 식용유를 뿌려 줘요. [geu-ri-go, si-gyong-yu. si-gyong-yu-reul ppu-ryeo jwo-yo.

= And, cooking oil. Spread cooking oil on it.




더 많이 보여 주고 싶은데, 밧데리가 별로 없어요. [deo ma-ni bo-yeo ju-go si-peun-de, bat-de-ri-ga byeol-lo eop-seo-yo.]

= I want to show you more, but the battery is low.

다음에는 더 많이, 요리하는 모습을 보여 드릴 수 있도록 할게요. [da-eu-me-neun deo ma-ni, yo-ri-ha-neun mo-seu-beul bo-yeo deu-ril su it-do-rok hal-ge-yo.]
