Get up before all the other guests and enjoy a peaceful downhill run at sunrise on a

freshly prepared piste, go on a behind-the-scenes tour of the legendary Vaillant Are-

na, explore the unspoilt landscapes around Davos on snow shoes or take a ride on

one of the snow groomers and become a «hero of the night». Take part in these and

many more unique adventures with the «Davos Klosters Inside» guest programme.

Die täglichen Inside-Erlebnisse stehen allen Gästen mit einer gültigen Gästekarte

(Davos Klosters Card) kostenlos zur Verfügung. Wir bitten Sie, jeweils die Gästekar-

te zu den Erlebnissen mitzubringen. Für einige Angebote ist ein gültiges Bergbahn-

ticket oder eine spezielle Ausrüstung erforderlich. Die entsprechenden Informa-

tionen finden Sie in den Programm-Details.

Anmeldung

Die Anmeldungen können 14 Tage vor der Durchführung an den Infoscreens in

einzelnen Hotels, online (davos.ch/inside oder klosters.ch/inside) sowie in einer der

Gästeberatungsstellen in Davos oder Klosters vorgenommen werden. Telefonische

Reservationen und via Mail sind nicht möglich. Bitte beachten Sie die Anmelde-

schlusszeiten der einzelnen Erlebnisse.

Treffpunkte

Die genauen Treffpunkte der Erlebnisse können dem Programmbeschrieb entnom-

men werden. Bei Angeboten auf den Bergen sind die Treffpunkte jeweils mit dem

Schild «MEETING POINT» gekennzeichnet. Bitte erscheinen Sie pünktlich und start-

klar bei den jeweiligen Treffpunkten und kaufen Sie die Skitickets bereits im Vorfeld.

Im Falle von Verspätungen kann der Insider nicht auf angemeldete Teilnehmer war-

ten.

Durchführung

Kann das Angebot aufgrund von unsicheren Schnee- und Wetterverhältnissen nicht

durchgeführt werden, werden Sie durch die Gästeberatung der Destination Davos

Klosters informiert.

Abmeldung

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Anmeldung verbindlich ist. Im Verhinderungsfall bitten

wir Sie, sich umgehend abzumelden (telefonisch unter +41 (0)81 415 21 21 oder

per Mail an [email protected]). Dadurch können gegebenenfalls andere interessierte

Personen nachrücken und vom Inside-Programm profitieren.

The daily Inside experiences are free for all visitors with a valid guest card (Davos

Klosters Card). Please remember to bring your guest card to the activities you want

to take part in. For some of the offers, a valid lift pass or special equipment is neces-

sary. Please find the respective information in the programme details.

Registration

You can register 14 days before the activity starts on the info screens at some hotels,

online (davos.ch/inside or klosters.ch/inside) or at one of the guest service centres

in Davos or Klosters. Reservations by phone and via email are not possible. Please

comply with the closing times for registration for individual activities.

Meeting points

Please refer to the programme for information about the exact meeting points for the

activities. Meeting points on the mountains are marked with a «MEETING POINT»

sign. Please arrive on time and ready to go at the respective meeting points. We

would like to ask you to buy any necessary ski passes in advance. The Insider guide

will not be able to wait for registered participants who are late.

Execution

If the activity cannot take place due to uncertain snow and weather conditions, you

will be notified by the Destination Davos Klosters guest service.

Cancellations

Please bear in mind that your registration is binding. We would like to ask you

to notify us as soon as possible, should you be unable to attend. Either call

+41 (0)81 415 21 21 or email us at [email protected]. That way, people from the

waiting list can take your place and enjoy the Inside programme activity they would

otherwise have missed.

TEILNAHMEBEDINGUNGEN DAVOS KLOSTERS INSIDE

AllgemeinDie Teilnahmebedingungen gelten für alle Leistungen, welche die Veranstalter im Rahmen von «Davos Klosters Inside» anbieten.

Teilnahmeberechtigung Berechtigt für die Teilnahme am Gästeprogramm «Davos Klosters Inside» sind alle Gäste mit einer gültigen Davos Klosters Card (Gästekarte). Auf Anfrage muss die Gästekarte vorgewiesen werden. Der Teilnehmer erklärt mit der Anmeldung die Teilnahmevoraussetzung für die «Davos Klosters Inside»-Erlebnisse zu erfüllen. Im Detailbeschrieb auf der Website sind die Voraussetzungen, das Mindestalter und Voraussetzungen betreffend der Ausrüstung vorgege-ben. Sollte ein Teilnehmer die Teilnahmevoraussetzungen nicht erfüllen, kann er von einem Angebot ausgeschlossen werden. Die Teilnahme an den Inside-Erlebnissen ist kostenlos. Ausgenommen davon sind die Liftpässe, Essen und Getränke sowie je nach Angebot die erforderliche Ausrüstung. Fallen bei einem Angebot Zusatzkosten an, ist dies im Detailbeschrieb auf der Website ausdrücklich erwähnt.

An- und AbmeldungDie Anmeldungen erfolgen über die Website www.davos.ch/inside sowie www.klosters.ch/inside oder am Schalter der Gästeberatung in den Infobüros der Destination Davos beziehungsweise Klosters. Es können keine telefonischen An-meldungen oder via E-Mail entgegengenommen werden. Eine Anmeldung ist frühestens 14 Tage im Voraus möglich. Pro Person und Veranstaltung können maximal 5 Tickets gebucht werden. Anmeldeschluss gemäss Angebots-Aus-schreibung. Die Teilnehmerzahl ist begrenzt. Ist die maximale Teilnehmerzahl erreicht, besteht kein Anspruch auf die Teilnahme. Der Teilnehmer ist verpflichtet, sich im Verhinderungsfall für das angemeldete Angebot telefonisch oder per E-Mail bei der Gästeberatung der Destination Davos Klosters abzumelden, damit der Platz an andere weitergegeben werden kann. Erscheint ein Teilnehmer nicht, ohne sich im Vorfeld abgemeldet zu haben, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, ihn im Wiederholungsfall von weiteren Teilnahmen auszuschliessen und bestehende Anmeldungen für «Davos Klosters Inside»-Angebote zu stornieren.

Verlassen der GruppeDem Teilnehmer steht es frei, jederzeit die Inside-Gruppe zu verlassen. Der Teilnehmer ist aber verpflichtet, sich vor-gängig beim Insider abzumelden. Verliert der Teilnehmer die Inside-Gruppe, besteht kein Anspruch auf die weitere Teilnahme. Die Insider können in diesem Falle weder auf den Teilnehmer warten, noch diesen suchen. Es liegt in diesem Falle in der Verantwortung des Teilnehmers, sich im Skigebiet zu Recht zu finden. In Notsituationen ist der Rettungsdienst zu alarmieren.

Gruppenbuchungen«Davos Klosters Inside» ist ein Angebot für Individualgäste und für Gruppen nicht geeignet. Für Gruppenbuchungen ab 6 Personen setzen Sie sich bitte direkt mit dem jeweiligen Veranstalter in Verbindung, um ausserhalb von «Davos Klosters Inside» eine kostenpflichtige Aktivität zu buchen.

Änderungen / Absage«Davos Klosters Inside»-Erlebnisse können aufgrund von sehr schlechten Wetterverhältnissen aus Sicherheitsgründen jederzeit abgesagt, geändert oder abgebrochen werden. Allfällige Kosten in diesem Zusammenhang gehen zu Lasten des Teilnehmers. Rechtzeitiges Eintreffen am Treffpunkt wird vorausgesetzt. Die Guides können im Falle von Verspätung nicht auf angemeldete Teilnehmer warten. In diesem Fall besteht kein Anspruch auf Teilnahme.

Persönliche DatenWir legen Wert auf Datenschutz und sind bestrebt, alle bestehenden rechtlichen Anforderungen in Bezug auf Ihre Privatsphäre zu erfüllen. Für die Anmeldung werden persönliche Daten erfasst. Diese Daten werden lediglich für die Anmeldung, Abmeldung oder Angelegenheiten in Bezug auf das Gästeprogramm «Davos Klosters Inside» verwendet. Die Daten werden nicht für Marketingzwecke verwendet und auch nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.

Versicherung/HaftungFür alle Teilnahmen im Rahmen von «Davos Klosters Inside» ist die Versicherung Sache der Teilnehmer. Die Veranstalter lehnen jegliche Haftung für Unfälle, die sich vor, während oder nach einem Inside-Erlebnis ereignen, ab.

Anwendbares Recht und GerichtsstandAuf die Rechtsbeziehungen zwischen dem Teilnehmer und den Veranstaltern ist Schweizerisches Recht anzuwenden. Der ausschliessliche Gerichtsstand ist Davos.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION, DAVOS KLOSTERS INSIDE

GeneralThe conditions of participation apply to all services provided by the organisers as part of the «Davos Klosters Inside» guest programme.

Conditions of participationOnly guests with a valid Davos Klosters Card (guest card) are eligible to take part in the guest programme «Davos Klosters Inside». On request, the guest card must be presented. By registering, the participant confirms that he / she is eligible to take part in the «Davos Klosters Inside» experiences. The requirements, minimum age and necessary equip-ment are outlined in the detailed description on the website.Should a participant not fulfil the conditions of participation, he / she may be excluded from the respective activity. Participation in the Inside experience is free of charge. The exceptions to this are lift passes, food and beverages as well as the equipment required for the respective activity. Details are expressly provided on the website should an offer involve additional costs.

Registration and cancellationRegister at www.davos.ch/inside as well as www.klosters.ch/inside and at Guest Services in the resort information office in Davos or Klosters. No telephone registrations or registrations via e-mail can be accepted. Registration is possible at the earliest 14 days in advance. A maximum of 5 tickets can be booked per person and event. Registration deadline is stated in the description of the activity. The number of participants is limited. Once the maximum number of participants has been reached, participation is only possible if someone cancels. In the event of being prevented from attending, participants are obliged to notify the guest services by phone or via e-mail to enable the place to be offered to other people. Should a participant not appear without having cancelled in advance, we reserve the right to exclude him or her from taking part in future and cancel existing registrations for “Davos Klosters Inside” offers should this reoccur.

Leaving the groupParticipants are free to leave the Inside group at any time. However, the participant is required to inform the Insider guide of his/her departure. If a participant loses the Inside group, he/she is not automatically entitled to participate again on another day. If a participant gets lost, the Insider guide will neither wait nor search for the participant. In this case, the participant needs to find his/her own way around the skiing resort. In a case of an emergency, please call the rescue services immediately.

Group bookings«Davos Klosters Inside» is an offer aimed at individual guests and is not suitable for groups. Please contact the res-pective organiser directly to book a chargeable activity outside of the «Davos Klosters Inside» for group bookings of 6 people or more.

Changes / cancellations«Davos Klosters Inside» can be cancelled, modified or refused at any time for safety reasons owing to very poor we-ather conditions. Any costs arising in this context will be borne by the participants. Timely arrival at the meeting point by all participants is expected. The guides cannot wait for registered participants who are late. If a participant is late, he/she is no longer entitled to take part.

Personal dataWe are passionate about data protection and aim to fulfil all legal requirements with regard to your privacy. We record personal data during the registration process. This data is only used for when you register, unsubscribe or in connection with matters regarding the guest programme «Davos Klosters Inside». The data will not be used for marketing purposes and will not be passed on to third parties.

Insurance / LiabilityInsurance is down to the participants of «Davos Klosters Inside» programme. The organiser refuses to assume liability for accidents that occur before, during or after the Inside activity.

Applicable law and place of jurisdictionSwiss law applies in legal matters between a participant and the organisers. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Davos.
