With  Tigo  we  can  check  the  input  voltage  of  the  module.  In  this  case  it  is  about  10  volts  less  than  neighboring  modules.  This  indicates  that  there  could  be  a  voltage  issue  with  this  module

表示のモードをかえて、太陽光パネルの出力電圧を確認すると周囲の太陽光パネルに比して約１０V低下が確認され当該太陽光パネルの電圧問題として認識

We  can  check  the  input  current  of  the  module.  In  this  case  the  current  reading  does  not  indicate  any  issue  with  this  module.  The  issue  looks  to  be  en�rely  related  to  voltage.  It  is  important  to  not  that  a  string  current  monitoring  system  can  not  detect  a  voltage  issue

表示のモードをかえて、太陽光パネルの出力電流を確認すると特に問題として認識されない。従って、当該太陽光パネルの電圧問題として特定できた。一般的なストリングモニタリングシステムではこのような太陽光パネルからの出力低下問題は検知できない。  

Issue  Checking  the  junc�on  box  of  module  R5.  The  installer  finds  that  the  solder  ribbon  from  the  module  to  the  clip  is  loose.  This  results  in  a  poor  electrical  contact  and  lower  panel  voltage.    

太陽光パネル（Ｒ５）のジャンクションボックスを確認すると太陽光パネルからのソルダーリボンの固定がルーズになっていることがわかった。このために太陽光パネルの出力低下が起っていた。  

Solu�on  The  installer  was  able  to  fix  the  electrical  connec�on  between  the  solder  ribbon  and  the  clip,  restoring  voltage  and  power  produc�on   Solder  ribbon  connec�on  

has  been  fixed  

現場にて、太陽光パネルからのソルダーリボンとジャンクションボックスのクリップを電気的に再接続し、出力を確保できた。

We  can  verify  that  the  issue  has  been  resolved  and  power  produc�on  is  restored  to  module  R5  with  the  Tigo  website

One  day  the  installer  corrected  the  voltage  issue  2013-­‐06-­‐28  

ほぼリアルタイムで太陽光パネルの出力をモニタリングできているので、今回の出力異常は問題発見の翌日には解決できた。

-­‐  Panel  voltage  issues  such  as  bad  diodes  and  open  circuits  can  only  be  found  by  monitoring  the  input  voltage  of  each  individual  panel.  A  DC  string  current  monitoring  system  only  monitors  DC  current  therefore  leaving  out  important  system  informa�on  

-­‐  太陽光パネルのダイオード不良やオープンサーキット等の太陽光パネルの電圧異常は太陽光パネル毎の出力電圧をモニタリングすることでのみ発見できる。  

-­‐  Monitoring  system  performance  is  important  as  even  newly  installed  systems  can  have  system  issues  arise  early  that  can  go  unno�ced  affec�ng  system  produc�on  for  the  life  of  the  system.    

-­‐  モニタリングシステムのパフォーマンスで重要な点は、新規にインストールされたシステムにおいて、気がつかないうちに発生する問題を早期に見つけうることが重要である。
