KUESIONER
Bapak/Ibu yang terhormat,
Saya peneliti memohon kesediaan Bapak/Ibu untuk meluangkan waktu sejenak
guna mengisi lembar kuesioner penelitian ini.
Saya berharap Bapak/Ibu menjawab sesuai dengan apa yang Bapak/Ibu rasakan
dan alami selama bekerja sebagai seorang barista.
Kesediaan Bapak/Ibu mengisi kuesioner ini adalah bantuan yang sangat berharga
