    1 Packer adalah penyekat untuk completion/WO Dibagi 2 : 1)1. Packer adalah penyekat untuk completion/WO. Dibagi 2 : 1) Production Packer. 2) Treating/testing Packer

    2. Pemisahan ruang di well tujuannya :1. Melindungi casing dr P tinggi baik dari well atau injeksi

    dan fluida penyebab karat2. Isolasi thd bocor yg ada di casing, perforasi yg di

    squezed atau interval produksi yg lebih dari Satu3. Menghilangkan efek heading & surging gas krn adanya

    gas yg terakumulasi di annulus4. Penggunaan untuk peralatan artificial lift4. Penggunaan untuk peralatan artificial lift5. Akan dipasang safety valve6. Menahan packer fluid di annulus

    2. retrievable packer : adalah bagian dr tubing & tubing tdk dpat dilepas dg packernya. Tubing akan melekat kecasing selama packer belum lepas

  • A Typical Subsurface Safety Valve

    Subsurface Safety systems are installed in the wellbore as part of the completion.

    Typically they are installed in the completion tubing string a few hundred feet below the seafloor in offshore applications. If the production platform were damaged or destroyed, the well would be shut in below the seafloor, preventing loss of the well and pollution of the environment.

    Controlled by surface hydraulic pressure, preset flow differential, pressure drop.
