Asiatischer One-Pot mit Pak Choi und Peperoni

Vorbereitung: Gemüse waschen. Pouletinnenfilets aus
dem Kühlschrank holen, damit sie Zimmertemperatur an-
nehmen können. Wasserkocher anstellen.
1 Pak Choi längs halbieren und in ca. 2 cm dicke Streifen schnei-
den. Peperoni halbieren, Kerngehäuse entfernen und in ca. 1 cm dicke
Streifen schneiden.
2 Pouletinnenfilets in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden und mit
Gewürzmischung und Sojasauce in einer Schüssel vermischen. Kurz zie-
hen lassen und mit dem nächsten Schritt weitermachen.
3 Mit 250 ml heissem Wasser mit Gemüsebouillon mischen. In einer
grossen Bratpfanne Bouillon und Kokosmilch zum Kochen bringen.
Chinesische Mie-Nudeln hinzufügen und zusammen mit Pak Choi-
Streifen, Peperonistreifen und Pouletstücken verrühren.
4 Zugedeckt 5–7 Minuten kochen lassen, bis die Flüssigkeit vollständig
aufgenommen worden ist.
5 Asiatischen One-Pot mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken, auf Teller
verteilen und mit Sesamöl beträufelt geniessen.

Put everything in a frying pan, ready, steady, go! Coking
has never been so quick and easy. The dish is served with
crunchy vegetables that will keep you healthy, and fine coconut
milk, which will make you feel as if you were on a trip to Asia.

Asian one pot with pak choi and peppers

Preparation: Wash vegetables. Take chicken fillets out of
the fridge to allow them to reach room temperature.Put the
kettle on.
1 Halve the pak choi lengthwise and cut into wide strips. Cut peppers
in half; remove the core, and cut into approx. 1 cm slices.
2 Cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces, and mix in a bowl with
the spice mix and the soya sauce. Let the mix stand for a moment and
continue with the next step.
3 Mix 250 ml of hot water and vegetable stock. Bring the stock and co-
conut milk to the boil in a large frying pan. Add Chinese Mie noodles and
mix with pak choi strips, pepper strips and chicken pieces.
4 Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes until the liquid is completely
absorbed.
5 Season the Asian one pot with salt and pepper, divide between
plates, sprinkle with sesame oil and enjoy.
