There are lots of jobs out there, so why can't I find one?Think about what you're good at and write it down. Also, brush up on your self-introduction technique. The first part sounds easy. Why do I need to practice my self-introduction?Many people aren't naturally proficient at talking about themselves objectively, which means they don't come across in a convincing way during an interview.OK. Once I've decided what I'm good at, and I've done my interview practice, what should I do next?Well, it's not helpful to apply for jobs that you're not qualified for. I suggest you target employers that offer jobs more closely matched to your skills. This will reduce the chance of repeated rejection. That's good advice, because I'm afraid of rejection. It's understandable you may feel that way. It's possible you'll face disappointment when applying for a job, but don't be discouraged. You can learn from an unsuccessful interview. Thanks for your help.
