¿Qué entendemos por eficacia? What do we understand by efficiency?
Procede del latín: “efficax”, eficaz, que tiene el poder de producir el efecto deseado. It comes from Latin: "efficax",efficacious, that has the power to produce the desires effect.Es el criterio institucional que revela la capacidad para alcanzar las metas o resultados propuestos. It is the institutional criterion that reveals the ability to reach the goals or proposed results.La eficacia ajusta un proyecto a unas expectativas y a éstas unas metas. The efficacy adjusts the project to a few expectations and to these a few goals.

Centrarse en una única meta y descuidar otras posibilidades es cerrar caminos, tapiar puertas, sellar ventanas.
To focus on a specific aim and not consider other possibilities is to close down avenues, block up entrances and seal windows. El proyecto de pastoral ha de ser abierto, dando acogida a una gran variedad de acciones, las programadas y las que surjan de forma eventual e inesperada.
The pastoral project has to be open, welcoming a great variety of actions, those thar are programmed and those that emerge unexpectedly by chance.

Un método que abre la puerta a una experiencia de Dios por medio de la comunidad, cuando las personas se tratan unas a otras con respeto y dignidad, porque Dios, y no las estructuras, es el centro de todas las relaciones.
A method that opens doors to an experience of God through comunity when people deal with one another with respect and dignity, beacuse God, and not the structures, is at the centre of all relationships.
La eficacia pastoral: menos estructuras Pastoral efficacy : without structuresHablar de “menos estructuras” está en relación más a la calidad que a la cantidad de relaciones. El ritmo de las relaciones y su comunicación deben ser lo prioritario en un proyecto eficiente. En otras palabras, aquellas habilidades y realidades estructurales –reuniones, agendas, equipos, proyectos, responsabilidades, tareas– contribuyen a que la pastoral pueda llegar más lejos porque ellas aumentan la calidad de la coordinación y la participación de quienes se involucran en el proyecto promoviendo así la comunión y la participación.To speak of less structure is in relation more to quality than to quantity of relationships. The rhythm of relationships and their communication should be the priority in an efficient project. In other words those abilities ad structural realities, meetings, diaries, teams, projects, responsibilities, tasks, contribute to the pastoral being able to reach further because they increase the quality of coordination and the participation of those involved in the project advancing in this way communion ad participation.

Uno nunca trabaja aisladamente sino en colaboración con la Iglesia, la comunidad de creyentes. Cuando una espiritualidad de comunión y la praxis la pastoral educativa trabajan juntas, la pastoral se convierte en un estilo consciente que abraza los valores de la coordinación y la participación. Las estructuras se hacen más flexibles y no se sustentan en lo que se “sabe” o “se “hace” sino en una espiritualidad común.
One never works alone but rather in collaboration with the Church, the community of believers. When a spirituality of communion and the praxis, the pastoral education work together, the pastoral becomes a conscious style that embraces the values of coordination and participation structures become more flexible and are not sustained by what is known and what is done, but rather by a common spirituality.
