Click on the “LABELS” button(it will be ‘highlighted’ Grey once selected)

Now you have to search for the material for which you want a label printed.

Enter name of Chemical / material you wish to locate

Then hit ‘enter’ or click on ‘GO’

** Click on the Material name you want **

This screen does not always appear. If there is only one

document for the material selected you will be taken

straight to the next screen in this presentation.

To fit Label printing to your page:-

Select OFFSET HORIZONTALLY to move image right or left

Select OFFSET VERTICALLY to move image up or down

Select SCALE/MAGNIFY to increase Font size on label

Save your settings once completed and next time you wish to print same size
