Judul : ANALISIS PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP MANAJEMEN LABA SERTA KONSEKWENSINYA PADA NILAI PERUSAHAAN

RINGKASAN
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan dividen,
GCG, dan budaya organisasi terhadap manajemen laba serta konsekwensinya pada
nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia dan sampel diambil secara purposive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan data
sekunder (berupa laporan keuangan) dan data primer (berkaitan dengan pengukuran
budaya organisasi). Variabel eksogen adalah kebijakan dividen, GCG, dan budaya
organisasi sedangkan variabel endogen adalah manajemen laba dan nilai perusahaan.
Data akan dianalisis menggunakan structural equition modelling (SEM) dengan
pendekatan variance based atau component based dengan Partial Least Square (PLS).
Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa model structural mempunyai nilai prediktif yang
relevan. Hipotesi yang diajukan diterima, bahwa ada pengaruh kebijakan dividen, GCG,
dan budaya organisasi terhadap manajemen laba serta nilai perusahaan. Dilihat secara
parsial yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba adalah
kebijakan dividend an budaya organisasi dan terhadap nilai perusahaan adalah seluruh
variable eksogen yaitu kebijakan dividen, GCG, dan budaya organisasi.

ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF DIVIDEND POLICY, GCG, AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON EARNINGS MANAGEMENT AND ITS
CONSEQUENCES ON FIRM VALUE.
SUMMARY
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of dividend policy,
GCG, and culture of the organization to of earnings management and firm value. The
study population is a company listing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sample
was collected by purposive sampling. The study uses secondary data (such financial
statements) and primary data (related to the measurement of organizational culture).
Exogenous variable is the dividend policy, GCG, and culture of the organization while
the endogenous variables are the earnings management and firm value. Data will be
analyzed using equition structural modeling (SEM) with variance approach based or
component based with Partial Least Square (PLS). The research found, there is effect
between dividend policy, GCG, and Cultural organization against and firm value.
Partially, the variables most significantly affect earnings management is dividend policy
and organizational culture. All independent variables (dividend policy, GCG, and Cultural
organization) significantly affects firm value.
