P ROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project management is the discipline of planning ,organizing , securing , managing , leading , andcontrolling resources to achieve specific goals. The primary challenge of project management is to
achieve all of the project goals and objectives whilehonoring the preconceived constraints . The primaryconstraints are scope, time, quality and budget .The secondary —and more ambitious — challengeis to optimize the allocation of necessary inputs andintegrate them to meet pre-defined objectives.
