CircLED Kreisverkehrsleuchte

Die Einbauleuchte mit spezieller Lichtführung in einem Spezial-Kunststoffgehäuse. Vorzugsweise als Boden- oder Wandleuchte eingebaut, wird die CircLED für spezifische Anwendungen eingesetzt. Hauptfokus ist dabei die Kreisverkehrbeleuchtung, wo sie als Sicherheits-, Leit- und Designlicht verwendet wird. Eingesetzt neben vielen weiteren Verwendungen als Wegbeleuchtung (Boden- oder Wandeinbau) erzeugt die CircLED neben der Grundfunktion fast schon mystische Abstrahlungsmuster auf Boden und Wand. Erhältlich mit verschiedenen Oberteilen, integrierter Lichtoptik und Auswahl an verschiedenen Lichtfarben - ganz nach Ihren Wünschen und Anforderungen!

CircLED Round about light system

The recessed mount light with particular light - guidance in a special plastic casing. Preferably implemented as floor - or wall light, the CircLED applies for specific applications. Main focus is the illumination of rounda-bouts, where they can be introduced as safety-, guidance- and design lights. Set in as illumination of paths ( floor- or wall mounted ) - among many other application possibilities - the CircLED generates, next to the basic function, almost mystical irradiation designs on the floor and on the wall. Available with different upper sections, integrated light optics as well as in several colours - according to your wishes and requirements!

The recessed mount light with the latest light technology and a modern design made of chrome steel. For walk-, ceiling- and floor mounting e.g. useable as factory master control system and / or as decorative em-phasis in entrance halls, parks and all kind of places. Further on useable as lighting of paths and areas in underground car parks, houses and gardens. Available with different lens frames, assembled with Power LED at 2,4 watts in various colours, with diverse angles of radiation and with clear or diffused glas - as individuell as the place of action!

There are two different types of glasses for the emission characteristic desired - a clear and a diffused safety glass. Recommendation: At direct insight by the human eye there should be preferred the diffused glass.

Einbau / Montage / Installation

Beachten Sie, dass beim Einbau von Bodenleuchten die äußeren Einflüsse von zentraler Bedeutung sind. Eine lange und störungsfreie Funktion von Bodenleuchten ist daher nur mit einer sorgfältigen Installation möglich.Elektrischer Anschluss: Um einen sicheren Anschluss zu gewährleisten, sind flexible Kabel zu verwenden (siehe Seite 17). Die Gummiringe der Kabelverschraubungen sind sorgfältig über die entsprechenden Kabelverbindungen zu montieren. Nur so wird eine perfekte, wasserdichte Verbindung erreicht. Allgemein: Damit die Leuchte den Anforderungen entsprechend betrieben werden kann, ist auf eine sorgfältige und fachgerechte Installation und Montage zu achten. Die Betriebsspannung ist anhand der eingesetzten Betriebsmittel zu wählen.Haftung: Jegliche Haftung auf Produkt- oder Garantieanspruch entfällt, wenn die Leuchte/Leuchten nicht gemäss den oben stehenden Anweisungen installiert/montiert wurden.Standorte der Leuchten festlegen. Leitungen verlegen und an den Leuchten-Standorten eine Reserveschlaufe vorstehen lassenRohre und Kabel auftrennen und auf entsprechende Länge kürzen.Kabel abmanteln.Kabel und Rohre einführen und mit Klemme fixieren. Kabel in die innenliegenden Kabelverschraubungen einführen und diese festziehen.Litzen abisolieren. Leuchte gemäss Schema (wird mit Leuchte mitgeliefert) anschliessen.Um Kondenswasser zu verhindern, muss das Unterteil vor der Leuchtenmontage trocken und sauber sein.Leuchte sorgfältig einsetzen (Litzen nicht verletzen) und festschrauben.Funktionskontrolle durchführen.

Electric outlet: to ensure a safe connection, flexible cables are to be used. (See page 17)The rubber rings of the cable glands have to be assembled carefully over the appropriate cable glands. Only then can you achieve a perfect, waterproof connection.Generally: so that the light can be operated with the appropriate demands, you have to ensure a thorough and professional installation and assembly. The materials used for installation have to be suitable.Assembly: the installation of the chosen bottom section has to be performed corresponding to the mechanical load. There are several assembly bushes available for different underground types (see page 13-15).Connection to achieve the desired protection class, the electric outlet has to be accomplished with suitable materials (pipes M25 and cables Ø 4-9 mm). Insert cables and pipes und fix them with a clampImplement the cable in the inlying cable glands and tie them up. Strip the braids.Connect the light according to the schedule (which is supplied with the light)To prevent after condensation the lower bottom has to be dry and clean before the assemblyField the lights carefully (do not damage the braids) and screw them in tightly.Conduct function control
