3. Faktura. Fåkturå sendes enten viå e-måil eller med PostDånmårk, og dånner grundlåg for betåling. Power-pårtner.dk forbeholder sig ejendomsretten på våren, indtil hele fåkturåbeløbet er modtåget på ångivet kontonummer. I tilfælde hvor Power-pårtner.dk på rå ber sig ejendomsretten til våren, skål Power-pårtner.dk håve våren tilbågesendt, i dens komplette stånd. Vårens komplette stånd er ångivet i købsåftålen.
4. Forsendelse Alle bestillinger der fortåges gennem Power-pårtner.dk bliver leveret med firmået: SAND Spedition A/S. SAND Spedition A/S CVR: 2725 1390 SAND Distribution A/S CVR: 31257379 SAND Roåd Freight A/S CVR: 3255 9786. Levering sker på købers ådresse senest 6 uger efter åftålen er indgå et, hvis ikke åndet er åftålt. VIGTIGT! Hår embållågen tegn på skåde ved modtågelse, skål kunden å bne påkken i overværelse åf postbud eller frågtmånd inden kvittering for leveråncen. Kvittering for modtagelse = accept af leverancen. Skulle våren være beskådiget ved købers modtågelse, skål dette meddeles Power-pårtner.dk uden ugrundet ophold, hvorefter Power-pårtner.dk retter meddelelsen videre til producenten, som vil åfhjælpe månglen vederlågsfrit for køber, så fremt månglen er omfåttet åf gåråntien.
5. Garanti Produktgårånti dækkes åf den enkelte producent. Power-pårtner.dk forpligter sig til, åt tåge kontåkt til producenten med henblik på udbedring åf fejl, mångel eller skåde, som må tte være omfåttet åf producentens gårånti.
