Lenti Polgármestere és Képviselőtestülete nyilatkozatban rögzítette támogatását a Lenti Ipari Parkot illetően.

A Lenti Ipari Park célja, hogy a városban már megindult ipari termeléshez a betelepült és már működő, korszerű üzemek által elindított fejlődéshez, a kis- és közepes vállalkozások is kapcsolódni tudjanak. Ipari parkunk jellege: ipari, kereskedelmi, logisztikai, szolgáltatási célra alkalmas részben beépítetlen terület, amely ipari kereskedelmi övezet besorolást kapott a lenti városrendezési terv szerint.

Nagysága 43.1 hektár melyből kb. 19.2 hektár beépítetlen terület. Infrastrukturális ellátottsága szerint a terület rendelkezik: - két végén egy-egy trafó, villanyellátás - víz kút, vízvezeték, vízellátás - nyomórendszeres szennyvíz vezeték - középnyomású gázvezeték, gázellátás - útcsatlakozás, belső úthálózat kialakításának lehetőségévével

A Lenti Ipari Parkban letelepedett logisztikával, mezőgazdasággal, szolgáltatás és kereskedelemmel valamint feldolgozóiparral foglalkozó cégek döntően arra alapozzák termelésüket, tevékenységüket, hogy térségünket magas szellemi munkára képes, színvonalas szaktudású, szorgalmas munkavégzésre képes emberek lakják.

Oktatás, szakképző intézmények: Lentiben Lámfalussy Sándor Szakközépiskola és Szakiskola, Lenti 50 km-es körzetében még legalább 6 szakképző intézet van; gépészet, fémipar, építőipar, faipar, ruhaipar, kereskedelem, vendéglátás, informatika szakirányokkal. Mérnökképzés is további 2 helyen folyik.

Lakosság: A városban kb. 9 OOO, a város 30 km-es körzetében kb. 25 OOO, 50 km-es körzetében kb. 150-160 OOO ember él.

The Lenti Industrial Park has been providing beneficial conditions to facilitate the development and establishment of up-to-date productive and servicing profiles since the nineties. In the area of the Lenti Industrial park, attracted by the excellent infrastructure and labor culture, companies and manufacturers dealing mainly with logistics, agriculture, service providing, commerce and processing industry have settled down. Our park also provides significant advantages to small and medium sized enterprises who are the suppliers of larger companies, because of the park’s excellent location. Te Mayor and the Board of Representatives of Lenti have recorded their support in a declaration concerning the Lenti Industrial Park.

Te aim of Lenti Industrial Park is to help small and medium sized enterprises join the industrial production which has already started in the town, and to join the development which has already been started by settled-in, functioning, modern plants.

The characteristics of our industrial park: a partly empty area, suitable for industrial, commercial, logistics and service providing purposes, which is classified into the industrial-commercial belt by the settlement plan of the town.

Its dimensions are: 43.1 acres, of which approx. 19.2 acres are empty. Concerning its infrastructural supply the area has got:- two transformers at both ends, electric supply- sweet water-well, water pipes, water supply- pumping-system sewage network- middle-pressure gas pipe, gas supply - linking road, possibility to establish internal road network

The companies settled down in t he Lenti Industrial Park, dealing with logistics, agriculture, service providing, commerce and processing industry base their production and activities on the goal to be able to attract to the area people who are able to do high quality intellectual work, who have high quality professional knowledge, and who are willing to work hard.

Education, vocational training: in Lenti there is the Lámfalussy Sándor Szakközépiskola és Szakiskola (Vocational and Trade Secondary School), in the 50 km area of Lenti there are at least 6 more vocational training institutes, including machinery, metalwork, building industry, wood processing, garment industry, trade, catering and information technology. There is engineer training at 2 locations, too.

Population: Approx. 9 000 people live inside the town, and approx. 25 000 live in the 30 km area around it, approx. 150-160 000 people live in the 50 km area around Lenti.

A legtöbb cég letelepedését Lenti város hármas határon való elhelyezkedése, a határokon átnyúló gazdasági potenciája és a kiváló infrastruktúrája motiválta, az országosan is olcsó ipari telekárak mellett. Többen pedig az itteni képzett munkaerőre alapozva döntöttek a zalai kisvárosban való letelepedés mellett. Ipari parkunk még kb. 30 hektár rendelkezésre álló beépítetlen területtel mely várja az újonnan betelepedőket. A területek kiindulási vételára 15-25 Eur + áfa/m2 , mely tartalmazza a víz, gáz, villany illetve a közcsatornára való rákötés lehetőségét területnagyság függvényében.

A Lenti Ipari Park célja, hogya városban már megindult ipari termeléshez és a betelepült és már rnűködő, korszerű üzemek által elindított fejlődéshez, a kis- és közepes vállalkozások is kapcsolódni tudjanak. A Lenti Ipari Park ezzel párhuzamosan arra törekszik, hogy a városban otthonra találó cégek beszállítói hátterét lehetőség szerint helyi vállalkozások adják. Ezért a kis- és közepes vállalkozások megerősödéséhez, illetve a nagyobb cégekkel való együttműködéséhez nyújt infrastrukturális és technikai segítséget a város központjában 2004 tavaszára felépült 1200 négyzetméter alapterületű Inkubátorház és Innovációs Központ. Az Inkubátorház kiváló környezetben és infrastruktúrával, számos szolgáltatással áll a vállalkozók rendelkezésére.

Az Inkubátorház főként a következő tevékenységi körben mozgó vállalkozásokat kívánja segíteni:- kereskedelemben és szolgáltatásban tevékenykedő kezdő vállalkozások - logisztikai tevékenység - az újonnan felmerülő gazdasági igényeknek megfelelni akaró vállalkozók - a multinacionális cégek lehetséges beszállítói - iparban tevékenykedők

A Lenti Ipari Park a korábbiakban is számos módon próbálta segíteni a vállalkozások munkáját, színvonalas kiszolgálásuk érdekében. A hagyományos ingatlanforgalmazói tevékenység mellett, több más dologban mint pl. pályázatírási, őrzés-védelmi, könyvelési, képzési és gazdaságfejlesztő szolgáltatás közvetítésével nyújt segítséget a. betelepedett vállalkozásoknak.

Az ipari park Lenti város közigazgatási területén, de a városon kívül, Körmendre és az osztrák és szlovén határhoz vezető főútvonal mentén, 98 hektáron elterülve, a 90-es évek óta szolgál otthonul a város legnagyobb vállalatai nak, s immár egyre több kis- és közepes vállalkozásnak.

Te aim of Lenti Industrial Park is to help small and medium sized enterprises join the industrial production which has already started in the town, and to join the development which has already been started by settled-in, functioning, modern plants. Parallel to this the Lenti Industrial Park strives to find local suppliers for the companies settling down in the Park. Therefore a Service House and Innovation Centre was built, finished by spring 2004, with 1200 square meters area, to help strengthen small and medium sized enterprises, and to help them cooperate with larger companies, providing infrastructural and technical assistance in the centre of the town. The Service House is at the entrepreneur’s service in an excellent environment and infrastructure and with numerous services. The Service House attempts to support enterprises dealing with the following ranges of activities: - beginner enterprises dealing with commerce and services - logistic activities- entrepreneurs who would like to comply with new economic needs- possible suppliers of multinational companies- those functioning in industry

The Lenti Industrial Park has always tried to help the work of enterprises, to achieve high quality services. Besides the traditional estate-dealing it gives assistance to new enterprises in many more fields e.g. tendering, protection and guarding, bookkeeping, training, and economy developing services.

The industrial park is within the administrative borders of Lenti, but it is in the outskirts, along the highway leading to Körmend and the Austrian, Slovenian borders. It occupies 98 acres, and has been the home of the largest companies of the town since the nineties, and it has been expecting more small and medium sized enterprises, too, so far.

The settling of most of the companies was motivated by the location of Lenti at a three-sided border, the economic cross-border potency, and excellent infrastructure, besides the prices of sites which are cheap compared to other parts of the country. Some of them have decided to settle down in the Zala county small town, because of the trained workforce here. Our park has some 30 acre of empty area to be built in. The starting price of the sites is 15-25 Eur + VAT/square meters, including water, gas, electric supplies and a link to the public sewage channel depending on the size of the area.
