SANCTION:  USATT,  1-­‐star  ELIGIBILITY:  Open  to  all  players  based  on  the  current  rating  list  published  by  the  USATT.  Unrated  players  may  play  in  any  event  but  can  only  advance  in  Open  events.  FEES  AND  RULES:  *  All  rules  and  regulations  of  ITTF  &  USATT  will  govern  *  Ratings  on  Aug  10,  2018  will  be  used  for  event  eligibility  *  Events  with  insufficient  entries  may  be  cancelled  and  fees  returned.  *  The  two-­‐minute  warm-­‐up  rule  before  the  match  will  be  enforced  *  Decisions  of  the  tournament  referee  are  final  REGISTRATION:  Players  must  register  with  tournament  officials  at  least  thirty  minutes  before  the  scheduled  starting  time  of  their  match.  DEADLINE  FOR  ENTRY:  All  entries  AND  FEES  must  be  received  by  August  10,  2018.  Online  registration  is  available  at  omnipong.com.  MATCHES  AND  SEEDINGS-­‐All  matches  will  be  three  out  of  five.  Tournament  Hotel  –
