Kopierschutz für LISA-Vollversionen

Installation des HASP HL USB-Hardlock für die Inbetriebnahme von LISA/FOTO/BLUH200

1. Laden Sie sich zuerst die drei Test-Programme von www.maptec.de herunter und installieren Sie diese im gleichen Ordner.

2. Rufen Sie LISA auf, über den Button ‚REGISTRIEREN’ (rechts) gelangen Sie in das Registrierungs-fenster. Nehmen Sie hier die entsprechenden Einträge für den Lizenznehmer vor und legen Sie bei Hardlock-Betrieb den Optionspunkt auf ‚using with USB-key. Mit OK wird die Registrierungsdatei: ‚t2v_reg.txt’ in einem wählbaren Installationsordner angelegt. Senden Sie bitte diese Datei gezippt als eMail-Anhangsdatei zu contact@maptec.de .

3. Sie erhalten zurück die Lizenzierungsdatei: ‚t2v_lic.txt’; diese Datei bitte ins Installationsverzeichnis kopieren (entpackt), aus ihr wird der Lizenznehmer ausgelesen sowie der Beginn der 12 monatigen Downloadfrist festgelegt. Soll ein zweiter Rechner mit Hardlock betrieben werden, gehört diese ‚t2v_lic.txt’ ebenso ins Installati-onsverzeichnis. Ohne angesteckten Hardlock läuft LISA als Testversion. Sofern kein Hardlock-Betrieb erwünscht ist muss für jeden Rechner eine Lizenz beantragt somit eine eigene ‚t2v_lic.txt’ angelegt werden.

4. Die Installation der Treiber für den HASP HL Hardlock geschieht in der Weise wie sie auf S. 5 unter Variante 2 (deutsch) bzw. S. 7 (englisch) der aktuellen Preisliste erläutert ist.

5. Danach stehen Ihnen die Programme als Vollversion zur Verfügung. Variante 1: LISA wird über die IP-Adresse der Netzwerkkarte (MAC-Adresse) sowie die Seriennummer der Festplatte vor unberechtigter Nutzung und Weitergabe geschützt. Jede erworbene Lizenz ist damit fest an einen Rechner ge-bunden.

• Vorteil dieser Lösung: Keine spezielle Hardware (Kopierschutzstecker) nötig, damit entstehen auch keine Kosten hierfür bzw. für den Versand. Auf diese Weise ist der Bezug der Software wie auch der Übergang von Test- auf Vollversion komplett via Internet möglich.

• Nachteil: Der Rechner muss eine Netzwerkkarte bzw. ein Modem haben, und LISA läuft wirklich nur

auf diesem einen Rechner. Werden Netzwerkkarte und/oder Festplatte ausgetauscht, benötigen Sie eine erneute Freischaltung.

Wichtig für Nutzer, die LISA auf mehreren Rechnern betreiben (wollen): Die beschriebene Option muss für je-den Rechner separat durchgeführt werden! Um Verwechslungen zu vermeiden, ist es dann ratsam, jede Datei T2V_REG.TXT mit separater Mail zu senden, in deren Betreff-Zeile eine eindeutige Kennung steht (z.B. „Frei-schalten PC1“). Variante 2: Als Alternative besteht die Möglichkeit, LISA über einen Kopierschutzstecker zu betreiben (HASP der Firma Aladdin Ltd., für USB-Schnittstelle). Sie bekommen von uns die Rechnung. Nachdem diese bezahlt ist, erhalten Sie die Datei T2V_LIC.TXT sowie ggf. den Kopierschutzstecker. Kopieren Sie die Datei bitte in das LISA-Programmverzeichnis (z.B. c:\lisa). Falls Sie die Variante 2 gewählt haben, bevor Sie den HASP in einen freien USB-Port stecken, führen Sie das Pro-gramm HaspUserSetup.exe (HASP-Treiberinstallation) aus. Wenn die rote HASP-LED konstant leuchtet läuft LISA als Vollversion. Je nach Version des Betriebssystems kann es nötig sein, dass Sie sich für das Registrieren als „Administrator“, also mit vollen Rechten, anmelden müssen. Falls Sie Hardwarekomponenten Ihres Rechners austauschen mussten oder einen neuen Rechner erworben ha-ben, müssen Sie das Programm erneut freischalten lassen (nur Variante 1). Falls Sie eine Netzwerkversion installieren möchten, muss LISA auf dem Server installiert und dort registriert werden. In diesem Fall kann nur Variante 1 geliefert werden.

Installation of the HASP HL USB-Hard lock for putting into operation the LISA/FOTO/BLUH200

1. First download the three test-programs you obtain on www.maptec.de and install them in the same folder.

2. Call LISA.. Click onto the Registration button right-hand in the main window. Once this window is open, insert the information you are asked for as licensor. Concerning the hard lock operation, put the dot on “using with USB-key”. By clicking the OK-button, the registration file ‘t2v_reg.txt’ will be put into an installation folder of your choice. Please send this file as a zipped email-attachment to: contact@maptec.de.

3. You will receive the license file ‘t2v_lic.txt’. Please unpack and copy this file in the installation list di-rectory. From this list, the licensor will be selected and the start of the 12 months- lasting download-period will be fixed. If you wish to use a second computer with hard lock, this ‘t2v_lic.txt’ needs also to be put in the installation list directory. Without the connected hard lock, LISA will go as test version.

In case you do not wish to use a hard lock, you need to apply for one license for each computer and therefore create a separate ‘t2v_lic.txt’.

4. The installation of the drivers for the HASP HL hard lock happens according to the information pro-vided on the current price list on page 7 (English version) and on page 5 alternative 2 (German version).

5. After that, the programs are at your disposal as full version.

Variant 1: LISA is protected against unauthorised usage and distribution by connection of the software with the network adaptor’s ID address (MAC address) and the harddisk serial number. Thus, each license is connected to the par-ticular computer.

• Advantages of the solution: No special hardware (copy protection key) is needed, and no fees are to pay for this and the delivering. The distribution of the software, updates, or the upgrade from test to unlim-ited version so can be done completely via internet.

• Disadvantage: The computer must have a network adaptor or a modem, and LISA will indeed run only

on this one computer. If the network adaptor and/or the harddisk are changed, you need a new upgrade. Important for users wishing to run LISA on several PCs: The procedure described must be applied to each indi-vidual computer! To avoid confusion it is advisable to send each file t2v_reg.txt with a separate mail providing an unequivocal identification in the concern row as for instance „conversion full LISA PC1“. Variant 2: As an alternative, LISA can also be run using a copy protection key (HASP dongle for USB port from Aladdin Ltd.). You will receive the bill from our side. After it has been paid we will let you have the file T2V_LIC.TXT which you then have to copy into the LISA programme directory (e.g. c:\lisa), and in case of variant 2 also the copy protection key. Before you put the HASP into a free USB port, run the program HaspUserSetup.exe (HASP-driver installation). Now, if the red HASP-LED light is on, LISA runs as a full version.
