3. RESERVATION :

(a) Reservation for various Categories and Classes of Posts with respect to

Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Socially and Educationally

Backward Classes, Differently Abled Persons, Women & Ex-

Servicemen shall be in accordance with the prevailing Rules/Orders of

the Government.

(b) Candidates belonging to the Reserved Categories (SC/ST/SEBC) of the

Gujarat origin, shall ONLY be eligible for Reservation benefits.

(c) In case of Non-availability of sufficient number of Candidates

belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Socially and

Educationally Backward Classes, the same may be considered for being

filled-in by the Un-reserved Candidates, subject to those vacancies

being dealt with in accordance with law.

4. FEES AND MODE OF PAYMENT :

(a) Candidate have to pay separate Fees for each post and Fees paidbetween 01/08/2017 to 15/08/2017 (both days inclusive) shall be

considered as VALID.

(b) Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes,Socially & Educationally Backward Classes, Differently AbledPersons and Ex-Servicemen are required to pay Examination Fees of

.250₨ /- (plus the usual Bank Charges) and all other Candidates are

required to pay Examination Fees of .500₨ /- (plus the usual Bank

Charges), through any of the Core Banking Service Branches of the

State Bank of India, using the Special Format of 'CASH

VOUCHER', as appended to this Advertisement, from 01/08/2017 to15/08/2017, during the Bank Working Days and Hours.

(c) The concerned Bank Branch, will retain ‘Bank Copy’ of the Cash

Voucher and return the other ‘Office Copy’ & ‘Candidate’s Copy’ tothe Candidate, as 'Receipts'.

Note : Candidates will have to preserve both the copies of the Cash

(ii) Nonetheless, irrespective of the option(s) for Posting given, theSelected / Wait-Listed Candidate, shall have no indefeasibleright of Posting qua the District of his/her choice and theHigh Court of Gujarat reserves the right for Posting anyCandidate in any District / establishment as also that of transferof Posting.

(e) On the basis of recommendations made by the Committee, the PrincipalJudicial Officer of the District shall issue Appointment Letter to theconcerned candidate.

(f) Any candidate who does not accept such appointment shall losehis/her right to appointment and shall not be considered for appointmentin future on the basis of the Select List in question.

(g) The Wait List shall consist of not more than 10% of the number ofvacancies notified, subject to other requirements and shall be operatedONLY in case of non-joining of Candidate(s) or Cancellation of thecandidature of a Candidate.

(h) The Select List & Wait List shall remain in force until the postsadvertised are filled-up or for a period of 1 (One) Year, from the date ofits publication, whichever is earlier.

6. DISQUALIFICATION FOR APPOINTMENT :

No person shall be eligible for appointment to the service –

(a) unless he/she is a citizen of India.

(b) if he/she is dismissed from service by Central Government or any StateGovernment or U.Ts. or any High Court or Statutory or Local Authority.

(c) if he/she has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude orwho is or has been permanently debarred or disqualified by the HighCourt or the Union/State Public Service Commission or by anyRecruiting or Examination Conducting Authority from appearing inCompetitive Examinations or Selections.

(d) if he/she directly or indirectly influences the Recruiting Authority byany means for his/her candidature.

(e) if he is a man, has more than one wife living. And, if a woman, hasmarried a man already having another wife.

(f) if he/she may be found in possession with any electronic gadget(s)during any of the Examination / Test.

7. HOW TO APPLY :

(a) Before filling-up the ‘On-line Application’, Candidate is advised tothoroughly read and understand the Detailed Advertisement and theInstructions therein and should ensure that he/she fulfills all theeligibility criteria and other norms mentioned above and that theparticulars filled-in by him/her are true and correct in all respects.

In case, it is detected at any stage of Recruitment Process or even after

Appointment, that a Candidate does/did not fulfill the eligibility norms

and/or that he/she has/had suppressed / twisted or truncated anymaterial facts, his/her Candidature shall be liable to be Cancelled. If,

any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after Appointment,his/her service will be liable to be terminated with immediate effect.

(b) All eligible Candidates ONLY After Payment of their requisite

Examination Fees as mentioned in Para No.4 above, should apply

‘On-line’, through the link provided on High Court Website http://hc-ojas.guj.nic.in, in the prescribed format from 01/08/2017 to15/08/2017. Please note that the Last Date for submission of On-line

Application is 15/08/2017 till 23:59 hours.

(c) Candidate should have his/her own/family 'registered' Mobile Numberand the same should be kept active during the entire Recruitment

Process.

(d) Candidate should scan his/her photograph having 5 c.m. of height and3.6 c.m. of width (15kb) and signature having 2.5 c.m. of height and7.5 c.m. of width (15kb) in jpg format, for uploading the same at

relevant space in the On-line Application.

(e) Steps for submitting ‘On-line Application’ through the ‘OJAS’ Module :

i) Fill-up all the Fields given in On-line Application including

mandatory Fields, carefully.

ii) ‘Save’ the On-line Application, by clicking ‘Save’ button.

iii) Thereafter, a new pop-up window will appear, displaying the

‘Application Number’, meaning thereby the Application is saved

successfully. Candidate shall, note down the entire string of theApplication Number (e.g. HCG/201718/57/11111). By clicking

‘Show Application Preview’ Button, will display on-screen

preview of the Application.

iv) Thereafter, by entering Application Number and Date of Birth,upload scanned photograph and signature at relevant space on

the application and ensure that, the uploaded ‘Photograph’ &

‘Signature’, are distinctly recognizable, after uploading.

Note : Please ensure that the ‘Signature’ of the Candidate alone

should be scanned and uploaded, as the same will be

verified by the High Court at every stage, and if the

‘Scanned Signature’ does not match with the signature of

the Candidate at the time of successive verifications

during the Recruitment Process, his/her Candidature is

દરાગવલ સીધી ભરતીની જગયાઓ અનવય પસદગી/ પરવતકષા યાદી તયાર કરવા માટ ઉમદવારો પાસથી OJAS ની વબસાઇટ ઉપર ઓન-લાઈન અરજી૫તરકો મગાવવામા આવ છ. આ માટ ઉમદવારોએ https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in વબ-સાઈટ ૫ર તા. ૨૬/૦૭/ર૦૧૭ (બપોરના ૧૪-૦૦ કલાક) થી તા. ૦૮/૦૮/ર૦૧૭ (સમય રાતરીના ૧૧.૫૯ કલાક સધી) દરમયાન ઓન-

લાઈન અરજી કરવાની રહર. ૧) અરજી કરવા માટની વવગતવાર સિનાઓ ( આ જાહરાતમા ફકરા ન. ૭ મા દરાગવલ છ. ત

સહીત) આ સમગર જાહરાત ઓન-લાઇન અરજી કરતા પહલા ઉમદવાર પોત ધયાનથી વાિવી જરરી છ.

૨) ઓન-લાઇન અરજી કરતી વખત ઉમદવાર કોઇ પરમાણપતરો જોડવાના નથી. પર, ઓન-

લાઇન અરજી કરતી વખત પરમાણપતરોમાની વવગતોન આધાર ઓન-લાઇન અરજીમા અરજદાર સમગર વવગતો ભરવાની રહ છ. આથી પોતાના બધા જ પરમાણપતરો જવા ક,

રકષચણક લાયકાત, વય, રાળા છોડયા પરમાણપતર, જાવત, રારીરરક ખોડખાપણ (લા પડ હોય તો), માજી સવનક (લા પડ હોય તો) તમજ અનય લાયકાતના અસલ પરમાણપતરોન સાથ રાખીન ઓન-લાઇન અરજીમા એવા પરમાણપતરોન આધાર સમગર વવગતો ભરવાની રહ છ. જથી અરજીમાની ખોટી વવગતોન કારણ અરજી રદ થવાપાતર ઠર નહી.

૩) પરીકષા પવત - પસદગીની પરરિયામા જાહરાતમા ફકરા ન.-૯ મા દરાગયા જબની પરથમ તબામા હલકષી પરશનોવાળી MCQ- OMR / MCQ- ઓન-લાઇન પવતની સપધામતમક લખિત પરીકષા અન તયારબાદ, ભાગ-૨ ની કોટર પરોફીસીયનસી (કાયમ કષમતા) કસોટીની

પરરિયામાથી ઉમદવાર પસાર થવા રહર. ૪) જરરત ઉપથત થય પરીકષા સદભની અક સિનાઓ મોબાઇલ નબર પર

એસ.એમ.એસ. થી આપવામા આવર. આથી, અરજીપતરકમા સબવધત કોલમમા મોબાઇલ નબર અવશય દરાગવવો અન સમગર ભરતી પરરિયા પણગ થાય તયા સધી, નબર જાળવી રાખવો અવનવાયગ રીત જરરી છ.

(૩) અનામત જગયાઓ ફકત ળ જરાતના અનામત વગગના ઉમદવારો માટ જ અનામત છ.

(૪) એક ઉમદવાર એક અરજી (No multiple application):

i.e. એક ઉમદવાર એક જ અરજી કરી રકર. તમ છતા, એકથી વ અરજી (multiple application)

ના રકથસામા ફી સહીત સવગ રીત યોગય રીત ભરલી અરજીઓ પકી સૌથી છલલી કનફમગ થયલી (સૌથી ઉિા નબરની) એકજ અરજી માનય રહર. ત વસવાયની બધી અરજીઓ રદ થર.

ii. એક કરતા વધાર અરજી કરવામા આવર તો (multiple application) ફી ભરલી છલલી અરજી સાથની ફીન, ફી નહી ભરલી અનય અરજી સામ ગણવામા આવર નહી.

iii. જ ઉમદવાર ફી ભરવાની થતી નથી. તવા ઉમદવારોની સૌથી છલલી અરજી (ફી સાથ ક ફી વગર) માનય ગણવામા આવર અન ત વસવાયની બધી અરજીઓ રદ ગણવામા આવર.

(૫) સામાનય વરહવટ વવભાગના તા.૧૧/૧૧/૨૦૧૪ના ઠરાવ િમાક-સીઆરઆર/ ૧૦૯૬/ ૨૨/ ૧૩/ ગ.૨(ભાગ-૧) ની જોગવાઇઓ ધયાન લઇન, મરહલાઓ માટ અનામત જગાઓ રાખવામા આવલ છ. મરહલાઓની અનામત જગયાઓ માટ લાયક મરહલા ઉમદવાર ઉપલબધ નહી થાય તો, ત જગયા સબવધત કટગરી (જનરલ, એસ. સી., એસ.ટી., એસ.ઇ.બી.સી.) ના પરષ ઉમદવારથી ભરવામા આવર.

(૬) માજી સવનક માટ વનયમાસાર ૧૦ % જગયા અનામત છ. માજી સવનક કટગરીમા પસદ થયલ ઉમદવારોન તઓની સબવધત જ ત કટગરી (જનરલ, એસ. સી., એસ.ટી., એસ.ઇ.બી.સી.) સામ સરભર કરવામા આવર. માજી સવનકની અનામત જગયા માટ લાયક માજી સવનક ઉમદવાર નહી મળ તો ત જગયા જ ત કટગરીના અનય લાયક ઉમદવારોથી ભરવામા આવર.

(૭) રારીરરક ખોડખાપણવાળા ઉમદવારોની જગયાઓ જ ત કટગરી સામ સરભર કરવામા આવર. રારીરરક ખોડખાપણવાળા ઉમદવારોની જગયા માટ લાયક રારીરરક ખોડખાપણવાળા ઉમદવારો નહી મળ તો ત જગયા જ ત કટગરીના અનય લાયક ઉમદવારોથી ભરવામા આવર.

(૮) જાહરાતમા જ ત કટગરીમા કલ જગયાઓ પકી મરહલા ઉમદવારો માટ અક જગયાઓ અનામત હોય તયાર મરહલા ઉમદવારોની અનામત જગયાઓ વસવાયની બાકી રહતી જગયાઓ ફકત પરષ ઉમદવારો માટ અનામત છ. તમ ગણવા નથી, આ જગયાઓ પર પરષ તમજ મરહલા ઉમદવારોની પસદગી માટ વવિારણા થઇ રક છ. પરષ તમજ મરહલા ઉમદવારો અરજી કરી રક છ. (દા.ત. કલ-૧૦ જગયાઓ પકી ૦૩ જગયા મરહલા ઉમદવાર માટ અનામત છ. પર બાકી રહતી ૦૭ જગયા સામ મરહલા ઉમદવાર પણ પસદગી પામી રક છ.)
