M-750TG HOT AND COLD WATER MIXING UNIT

The Strahman M-750TG Stainless Steel Mixing Unit produces instant hot water from a steady supply of hot and cold water in any desired proportion. The unit features a specially designed blending chamber to thoroughly and evenly blend the hot and cold water, and it is also equipped with a dial-type gauge that accurately indicates the wash water’s exact temperature.The M-750TG mixing unit is constructed from all stainless steel.

M-5700TG STEAM AND COLD WATER MIXING UNIT

The Strahman M-5700TG Stainless Steel Mixing Unit produces instant hot water from a steady supply steam and cold water. Users can easily regulate the temperature by turning the unit’s steam and cold water valves. The unit also features a specially designed blending chamber to thoroughly and evenly blend the steam and cold water. The M-5700TG Series is equipped with a dial-type gauge that accurately indicates the wash water’s exact temperature.As an added safety measure, these units shut off their steam source automatically if the cold water supply falls below 50 PSI for any reason. This prevents hazardous steam from exiting the unit and causing the user steam burns.

The Strahman M-5700TG mixing units are constructed from all stainless steel, so they will not discolor, they are easy to clean, and are ideal for use in special water applications like purified water.

CEC-1000 CABINET SERIES

Strahman’s CEC-1000 stainless steel cabinets keep mixing units and hoses out of the way and free from dust. Any standard Strahman wall-mounted mixing unit-hose station can be installed in this spacious cabinet, which is designed with flush hinges to allow the unit’s large double doors to swing open at 180, making it easy to access and clean the enclosed unit.

RECESSED CABINET SERIES

The Strahman’s recessed mixing units are designed to conceal mixing unit piping in a stainless steel box for recessed wall mounting. All exposed parts are either bronze chrome-plated or stainless steel, depending on the selected unit. These units are ideal for new construction or other places where concealed piping and good looks are desirable.

PEDESTAL SERIES #2

Strahman’s latest pedestal-type mixing stations incorporate a sleeker, more economical design. The mounting configuration is still completely constructed of stainless steel, making it ideal for applications. An added feature to this simplified design is its ability to support ball and globe valve configurations as well.

Los visores de flujo VFC cumplen con la función de permitirnos observar a través de los cristales templados, el flujo de líquidos, vapores y gases.

Posee dos cristales templados, a fin de optimizar la visión con la posibilidad de iluminar la mirilla. Es de paso total y bidirreccional. El fluido es obligado a una leve perturbación de turbulencia que amplifica su observación. Es fabricado en acero inoxidable SS-316 y puede ser roscado o bridado.

TOMA MUESTRA DE AGUA DE LA CALDERA

El toma muestra de agua para caldera se construye a partir de acero al carbono presiones de agua de hasta 14 barg. Están disponible con una placa atornillada superior colocadas a los serpentines de enfriamiento que facilita su extracción para su limpieza e inspección.

• Presiones de caldera hasta 85 barg y• Temperaturas de hasta 300 degC.

El análisis periódico del agua de la caldera es esencial para garantizar que el total real disueltos de sólidos (TDS) se encuentran dentro de los cálculos recomendados. También se requiere para comprobar si el equipo de control de TDS si los hay, esta funcionando correctamente. En su caso, la TDS se puede volver a calibrar para alinear con el resultado del análisis.
