between the social and professional bodies.• Strengthening and re-orientation of the

employment of new engineers, who are affected by the economic crisis, to contemporary professional activities.

• Exploiting new technologies to create self-employment initiatives

• Design of up to date tools for the efficient organization of services offered by local social care agencies

• Enhancement of knowledge and skills of unemployed beneficiaries in order to organize local social care agencies
