Permasalahan Rekomendasi

Tidak ada pihak yang menangani secara khusus administrasi pengelolaan proyek

MIDEC sehingga menyulitkan proses monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan proyek

Perlu dibentuk kesekretariatan MIDEC untuk menangani administrasi dan monev pelaksanaan masing-masing proyek

Inisiatif proyek MIDEC belum sepenuhnya didasarkan pada kebutuhan peningkatan daya saing produk industri untuk ekspor

Inisiatif proyek MIDEC akan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Demand Driven, Supply Driven dan Export Driven

Selama ini skema kerjasama proyek MIDEC hanya difokuskan Basic Study, Dispatchment of Expert, Training, dan Seminar/Workshop

Perlu dipertimbangkan untuk menambah skema kerjasama ke arah provision of equipment dan improvement of manufacturing industry infrastructure

Informasi terkait MIDEC belum tersosialisasikan dengan baik kepada

Stakeholder, sehingga masih ada kebingungan untuk memberikan

inisiatif proyek MIDEC baru

Perlu dilakukan sosialisasi secara kontinu dan komprehensif kepada seluruh stakeholder, dan penyediaanlayanan informasi dari Sekretariat MIDEC setelah terbentuk

24MIDEC – New Initiatives Approach

1. Penegasan kembali bahwa sebagaimana tercantum pada Implementing Agreement, salah satu area kerjasama di bidang industri manufaktur adalah improvement of manufacturing industry infrastructure, yang selama ini belum diberikan oleh pihak Jepang;

2. Menambahkan provision of equipment sebagai salah satu fokus kegiatan pada proyek MIDEC;

3. Perubahan sektor kerjasama MIDEC yang tadinya 13 sektor (6 cross sectors dan 7 specific sectors) menjadi 10 sektor industri prioritas sesuai dengan arah kebijakan pengembangan industri sebagaimana tercantum pada RIPIN (Rencana Induk Pengembangan Industri Nasional)
