and millimeter wave product design,

Ownership

InMarch 2009, M/A-COMTechwas acquiredby John Ocampo. Mr. Ocampo is a successful

entrepreneur and an RF components industry

veteran. He co-founded SirenzaMicrodevices

(Nasdaq: SMDI), a diversified supplier of

RF semiconductors and components, which he

led through a successful IPO and eventual

sale to RFMicro Devices (Nasdaq: RFMD) in

2007. Mr. Ocampo’s more than 30 years of

experience in the RF industry also includes

management and engineering roles at

MagnumMicrowave and Avantek prior

to Sirenza.
