Macau in transformationAs many reports have been saying, Macau is changing its pillar business gradually from gambling-only to more diversified industries. March and April are normally slow in the calendar of travel agencies, but this is not the case for Macau, a city that never calms down. Superstars from both China and abroad have included Macau on their concert tours such as Samuel Hui, the Cantonese music legend, HEBE from Taiwan, and American pop star Katy Perry. Musical theatre lovers will also be thrilled to see ever-popular CATS and The Beauty and The Beast, which are fun for the whole family.Macau is a small town with endless possibilities for fun. In addition to the luxury hotels, there are many local lanes with unique stories. For example, the Japanese restaurant and tea shop you can read about in this issue. You will be amazed at how many special shops with various histories are ready for you to discover. The smoggy days do not stop us from enjoying life. 小城热话 WhaT’S hOT!

继百老汇音乐剧《猫》之后，陆续有两套由动画改编的著名舞台剧会

来到澳门演出，当中包括脍炙人口的迪士尼动画《美女与野兽》舞台

剧，将会在暑假期间（6月19日-7月26日）来到澳门威尼斯人剧场上

演，一群百老汇原班制作人马再度聚首，是亲子游的重头戏。

这是一个关于服从、爱，和一点点冒险的故事，主人公野兽是被女巫

施咒的王子，必须要学懂爱与被爱才能变回原来的俊俏模样。艺术作

品最引人入胜的地方，往往是每个人都能从一个故事里看到不同的讯

息，这部经典之作同样有此效果。

电影版《美女与野兽》首映于1991年，数数手指，已有24年历史。

相比于颇具历史意义的百老汇巨作，喜欢新制作的观众，还是会在澳

门找到心头好。在这之前，由日本知名动画作品《火影忍者》改编而

成的舞台剧也会于5月22-24日驾临澳门威尼斯人剧场，这是亚洲巡

演的次站，真人表演的日本动画很少有机会看到，绝对是漫画迷们值

得“扑飞”（抢票）的好节目。

After Broadway’s masterpiece “CATS”, The Venetian Macao is bringing in several world-class productions to their Venetian Theatre, and one of them is the beloved musical “Beauty And The Beast”.You may have already heard the synopsis, but for anyone unfamiliar, the plot of the stage musical based on the popular Disney movie follows the Beast’s attempts to change back into the handsome gentleman he used to be. In the course of the story, there is filial piety, submission, love, and a little bit of adventure. What is so interesting about this musical is that each audience member sees and takes away something different.The film was made in 1991, so it has been 24 years since the story premiered. A younger production, which is also a stage play, is the Japanese “NARUTO”. Originally a popular animation production within Asia, “NARUTO” was adapted to the stage and premiered in Japan in March. The play is coming to Macau in May, also at The Venetian Theatre, for the first stop in its Asian Tour. Lovers of Japanese animation will dare not miss it.

消解怨气有很多种方式，听老歌，重拾旧世代的正能量情怀，也是一个不错的方法。就

好像上世纪七十年代的香港，八十后和九十后也许不太了解那一段属于香港的峥嵘岁

月，但从许冠杰的歌中，多少能看出点端倪。1974年是粤语歌坛的发展里程碑，电视

剧《啼笑姻缘》和许冠杰的《鬼马双星》唱片同期面世，大受欢迎，虽然歌词很“

小市民”，被认为难登大雅之堂，但那可是被当年香港人认为很有“香港精

神”的本土意识抬头代表之作。《狮子山下》、《奋斗》等歌曲陆续推

出，各种港式文化渗入中国内地甚至海外华人群，港人也从过去“过

客，寄居”的心态转为“以港为家”的自豪。

如今歌舞升平的年代，奋斗精神仍在，但似乎人们很难再从生

活细碎中找到容易受感动的细节，这也许是现在的港式流

The fast paced urban life is one of the reasons of hard feelings, especially for the generation born in the modern days with better life quality and weaker ability to cope with stress. Oldies songs would be a recipe of recovering the peace of mind, for example those by Samuel Hui, a HK superstar popular in 1970s. His album Games Gamblers Play launched in 1974 was a yearly hit with hilarious lyrics yet positive attitude of life, or the Hong Kong Spirit of the era, followed by more of the same type. The inspiring songs were soon welcomed by the mainland and even the overseas Chinese communities, playing an important role in empowering Hong Kong citizens to find their identity.The songs glorifying endeavoring sprit faded in the more peaceful and affluent time, gone with it the upbeat vibe across the society. But Samuel Hui in his 70s will bring it back by his tour concert of What a Wonderful World 2015 in the Cotai Arena on April 4th.It will be a yesterday-once-more experience, also a passionate celebration of the upcoming Easter for his fans.

The Script Road – Macau Literary Festival is back for its 4th edition, scheduled to happen from March 19 to 29, 2015, with its base at the Old Court Building. The festival, founded by local newspaper Ponto Final in 2012 as the first grand meeting of literates from China and Portuguese Speaking Countries ever to be organized in the world, is bringing again more than 30 renown guests to town – writers, publishers, filmmakers, visual artists and musicians.Chinese writer Wang Anyi, Chairwoman of Writers’ Association of Shanghai and author of novels such as The Song of Everlasting Sorrow, is amongst the star guests this year. On the Portuguese-speaking side, Angolan author Ondjaki, winner of the prestigious Jabuti Prize (2010) for his novel Avódezanove e o Segredo do Soviético, and the Saramago Prize (2013) for Os Transparentes is one of the most highlighted names.Lyrical flow and sonic intensity join forces on The Venetian® Macao’s Cotai Arena stage March 21st, 8pm, as The Script Road brings Macau a triple bill, heavy on the hip hop, featuring Hong Kong’s legendary LMF and the gab-gifted Gabriel o Pensador from Brazil. Macau’s own boisterous Blademark leads the charge.

澳门文学节将于三月十九日强势回归，包括著名作家

王安忆、翁贾基、黄碧云、Francisco José Viegas、

及著名导演许鞍华、乔·伯特洛（João Botelho）等

在内的来自中港澳台及葡语系国家的多位知名文化界

人士届时将齐聚澳门释放文学魅力，儿童文学将是本

届文学节的一大亮点。

“隽文不朽”澳门文学节由葡文报纸《Ponto Final》于2012年首次举办，是全球首个聚集中国与葡语系国

家文化艺术工作者的文学交流盛会。“本届文学节华

语作家阵容鼎盛。内地作家方面，王安忆乃中国当代

最优秀的小说家之一，慕容雪村则是颇具批评精神的

独立作家，80后小说家颜歌创作力惊人，至今已出版

十部小说。此外，香港著名作家黄碧云，台湾跨域诗

人、编剧鸿鸿和本澳青年作家邓晓炯皆在当地文坛获

奖无数成就非凡。特别值得一提的是本届文学节还邀

请到曾获“2014年国际安徒生奖”提名的儿童文学作

家杨红樱。

文学节的另一大亮点是电影展映，本届文学节还将同

时举办三场视觉艺术展，同时将一如既往地在文学节

举办期间为本澳观众呈上一场星光熠熠的音乐盛事。3月21日周六晚假威尼斯人金光综艺馆，“隽文不朽”

音乐会所有嘉宾歌手将倾情演出拿手曲目，包括大懒

堂LMF和刃记等等。

American superstar Katy Perry has been busy touring the world over the last few years, and Macau will be her first stop in Asia during the Labor Day holiday in May. 肖像艺术泛指人类对自身或特定个体形象所进行的诠释记录，涵盖立

体、平面，如雕塑、绘画及影像等类型的创作，包括头像、胸像、半

身像、全身像等。目前最早可追溯至公元前二百年左右的埃及彩绘石

雕。

肖像画在绘画类中属于人物画范畴，中国传统称之为“写照”、“传

神”或“写真”。它是照相术发明之前，人们将容貌、精、气、神留

传给子孙后代常见的有效途径。西方肖像油画的兴起源于欧洲文艺复

兴。与此同时，在文艺复兴后期的明清两际，油画由天主教耶稣会传

教士带入澳门，转而传入了中国。

西方早期油画创作，承袭了其自身悠久的写实传统，因此对肖像画的

界定亦以写实肖似为依归。但自十九世纪末始，以至今日，印象、表

现风格兴起，肖像创作亦在二十世纪末出现了新的定义，“肖像画是

某种图像，它记录了艺术家对模特个性的介入，同时又基于艺术家对

模特个性的理解。”在写实之外更多地包容了印象、表现与现代艺术

的特征。

一直展出至今年末的“十九、二十世纪馆藏肖像油画展”绝对是澳门

艺术博物馆的珍藏奉献，通过不同的油画肖像，可以观摩到不同时代

不同文化背景下的人物风情。这次展览共展出二十六件艺博馆收藏的

十九、二十世纪肖像作品。展品以写实为主，包括部分印象、表现与

现代风格，其中十九世纪啉呱或啉呱工作室八件，另外中外十四位艺

术家十八件。

Portraiture, in general, refers to an interpretation and record of oneself or specific individual image created by a human being, which employs three dimensions or two dimensions, such as sculpture, painting, image production, etc., and takes the form of head, bust, half-length, full-length, etc. So far the earliest portraiture can be dated back to the painted Egyptian stone statues of c. 200 BC.Portrait painting pertains to the genre of figure painting in the field of painting, and is traditionally referred to Chinese terms as xiezhao [capturing the appearance], chuanshen [conveying the spirits] or xiezhen [capturing the lifelikeness]. Prior to the invention of photography, it was a common and effective means of passing down the appearance, essence, energy and spirit of the ancestors to their offspring.19th and 20th Century Portrait Oil Paintings - MAM Collection showcases 26 portrait paintings – mainly realistic, with a small number featuring impressionism, expressionism and modern art - from these centuries assembled by the Macao Museum of Art. Of these portraits, eight were produced by the 19th century painter Lam Qua and his studio, while 18 were painted by fourteen foreign and Chinese artists.

“Start”作为“2UP”第一次发表艺术创作之展览名，有一

Entitled “Start” (Qi-Dian), meaning ‘rebirth and unfolding’, 2UP’s debut art exhibition presents the influences of video game culture on the younger generation, with Qi symbolizing the beginning of the studio’s creative career and Dian meaning pixels. These pixel pictures show Macao’s cityscape, its surroundings and characteristic figures, full of distinctive flair, reflecting what’s going on in this micro-megacity, offering light-hearted, alternative visual effects that elicit chuckles and strike a chord with viewers.

重彩华章广彩瓷器300年精华展览GuanGCaI porCelaIn: HIGHlIGHT FroM 30 yearS

广彩即广州织金彩瓷的简称，是清代专为外

销而生产的釉上彩绘瓷器品种。当时为适应

外销的需要，将景德镇所烧的素瓷坯运到广

州后，根据外商的需求，加以彩绘，再经

700oC-750oC‧烘烤而成。广彩始于清代康雍

之间，盛于乾隆、嘉庆，终清一代不绝，流

传至今。其工艺特点是吸收传统的五彩和粉

彩技艺。广东省博物馆联合广东民间工艺博

物馆、广州市非物质文化遗产保护中心共同

举办此展览。从各馆的藏品和个人作品中精

心挑选出200余件/套精美的广彩瓷器以飨观

众，力图能较全面地展示广彩的发展历程和

独特魅力。

Guangcai is a unique type of porcelain originated in Guangzhou dated back in Qing Dynasty. To meet the requirement of overseas customers, the plain colored porcelain was treated by overglazed color and fired in 700—750 after being transported to Guangzhou. It is popular not only throughout the Qing Dynasty, but also in modern days. The exhibition was hosted by Guangdong Museum, Guangdong Folk Arts Museum and Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center in Guangzhou, aiming to fully demonstrate the history and unique charm of the Guangcai by over 200 pieces selected from museums and private collections.

《历史的照片照片的历史》系列今年将介

绍一位活跃于一九五零年代后期至一九七零

年代初期的沙龙派女摄影家常惠珍的作品，

且还是她亲手晒放的原作。常惠珍女士在

1914年生于苏州，一九三零年代中期与夫婿

庞冠华先生移居香港，相夫教子之外还经营

了一家建筑公司。她约在1958年四十多岁时

才开始从事摄影，之后十多年间在香港和国

际的摄影坛中积极活动，屡次参加沙龙摄影

比赛，入选和获奖的数目甚多。特别是1967至1972年间，她的黑白照片曾经连续五届名

列国际沙龙的世界十杰的名单之内，并得到

美国摄影学会五星级摄影家荣衔及会士衔。

Nancy Sheung was born in 1914 in Suzhou and moved to Hong Kong in the mid 1930s with her husband Mr. Pong Kuan Wah. Whilst supporting her husband and raising the children, she was also operating a building company. She started to photograph in her forties, in about 1958, and for more than ten years since then she was very active both in Hong Kong and worldwide. Her photographs had entered numerous salon competitions and won many trophies and awards. Most notably, for five consecutive years from 1967 to 1972, she was listed in the world’s top ten photographers in the monochrome print division, and received from the Photographic Society of America the titles of five-star exhibitor and associate membership.

我是如此愚笨：黄嘉瀛个展I aM SuCH a Fool and So do you: WonG Ka-yInG Solo exHIbITIon

黄嘉瀛常用宝丽来拍照，不能删除、重拍，

也没有菲林底片，好不方便，但它似乎比现

在流行的数码照相机或传统的菲林照相机更

珍贵。黄嘉瀛在1990年出生于香港。她和很

多香港年轻人一样，一边兼职工作，另一边

追随梦想。在大学期间的2011年曾休学一

年，去了中国粤北韶关为缺乏教师的当地小

学义务教学一年。2013年毕业于香港中文大

学，毕业后以自由人型式从事各种文艺相关

的工作，而保持足够的空间和经济能力平衡

生活及继续创作。

Wong Ka-ying often takes pictures with her Polaroid camera. With it film images cannot be redeveloped. As soon as you press the shutter button, there’s no turning back. The photos are therefore seen to be more precious than those produced from the traditional or the digital camera. Wong Ka-ying was born in 1990 in Hong Kong. Like most Hong Kong young people, she has a part-time job while pursuing her dream. During her university life, in 2011, she took a gap year to be a volunteer teacher in Shaoguan in Northern Guangdong, China where lacking school teachers. Since her graduation at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013, she has been taking various cultural and art related jobs, and maintaining sufficient space and finances to balance between making a living and pursuing a dream.

三年之喜，更见文艺More arts to come to 3-year-old FRC今年是澳门独立展览空间“官乐怡基金会”成立三周

年，基金会属下设有艺廊，让年轻艺术家多一个展现自

己的机会。该基金会是官乐怡大律师的心血，而藉此机

会，官大状承诺会为澳门培养更多人才。

This year marks the third anniversary of Macau’s private exhibition space – The Rui Cunha Foundation Gallery – funded and operated by the namesake Foundation, a dream of local lawyer Dr Rui Cunha. In an interview with Cguide, Dr. Cunha pledged to present more art to and from Macau.

回顾过去三年的成绩，官大状“既有满意的地方，

也有不太满意的地方”。原因在展览：“我努力

不懈的同事，已落实了很多计划去推广澳门及这里的人

才。这些人才在文化艺术领域很有天份丶很有兴趣。”

与此同时，官大状和同事也非常有抱负，每每希望多向

前迈进一点丶多踏一步，让澳门的文化传统得以传承。

官大状希望我们保持乐观：“因为年轻一代开始明白，

他们对澳门有责任。”我们都看得见，澳门越来越多优

秀的文艺人才，因为未来会非常美好。

对于未来三年，官大状认为：“这是个适合让我们回顾丶

调整丶进步的时机。在过去三年，我们在某些澳门阶层

中，得到认同，但还有很多阶层并未认同我们。因此，

未来三年我们期望踏出更大一步。”

When it comes to the past three years, Dr Cunha said he “was both satisfied and not with the achievements”,

for on the one hand, “a lot of plans have been implemented by my hardworking staff to promote Macau and its young talent, who were dedicated to arts and culture”; while on the other, Dr Cunha and his team are “ambitious, and consider more work should be done in order for the history of Macau to pass on through generations.” Forecasting the upcoming three years, “(it) is the right time for us to make assessments, adjustments, and improvements.” Dr Cunha said. “Over the past three years, we have gained some acceptance in some of the communities, but there are still others in which we haven’t been accepted.” Dr Cunha added. “As a result, we aim to reach out more.”Dr Cunha encouraged us to feel optimistic, “because the young generations understand they have a role in Macau.” Dr Cunha said. As we can see, more young artists are shining in Macau, so the future is really going to be beautiful.

Fortes” is somewhat an autobiography of Pakeong Sequeira, lead vocal of local veteran rock band “Blademark”, who is also a painter and graphic artist. Pakeong has traveled extensively to showcase his work.Pakeong told us that “the book is autobiographical. It is a collection of all the artwork I have done since becoming an artist.” Pakeong became an artist in 2005, which is already 10 years to date. That was also the year

“Blademark” was formed.The most recognizable graphic works by Pakeong are simplistic, with a heavy focus on lines and curves. Usual colours are black and white. The themes are quite philosophical. Pakeong says, “I have done other works too. So this autobiography is going to have a mixed motif.” Pakeong insisted that “this book isn’t only an artistic collection; rather, it is a platform from which I share my life as a Macau citizen with my readers. It tells the story of why Pakeong has become this Pakeong.” This book is going to be thick: 600+ pages, printed in Chinese and

English.“The future is positive.” Pakeong said on the future of local art. “We have a good atmosphere, a good direction, and good support from the government.” But where is the local audience? Pakeong agrees that “Local citizens should take a step and support local arts in person. Show that passion.”Pakeong’s book launching will be held at 18:30 on 9 April, and between 10 and 30 April there is an “Lub Dub” exhibition of Pakeong’s old and new works; while the MOwave launches at 18:30 on 23 April; both at The Rui Cunha Foundation Gallery, of course.

Electronic Birthday

There is a series of activities in celebration of the 3rd Anniversary, one of them is an electronic music party, which is also a compilation launch party. 15 local productions of electronic music were compiled into a CD, MOwave, featuring 15 different excerpts from local talent. The producer of the CD, Brandon from local band “Evade”, talked to Cguide about the idea.“There was a moment when we were brainstorming a new album, and we thought it might be a chance for us to collect good talent in the city.” Brandon said on the initiative of the MOwave. “It (the CD) doesn’t have to be by Evade only.” So here it is. The CD will be on

sale at designated outlets in Hong Kong and Macau, including Tin Vek Audio Shop, Pin-to Música, Macau Design Centre, etc. Brandon explained, “MOwave is a local creative work rather than a commercial compilation.”When it comes to the future of art in Macau, Brandon said, “Before the era of Internet, there hadn’t been many ways for local musicians to present their productions. Over the past few years, with the emergence of YouTube, SoundCloud, etc., there have been more opportunities for them to shine.” For young talents, Brandon has the following suggestions. “Young talent shouldn’t focus only on Macau. They should have a more international worldview.”

璇宫—澳门第一家旋转餐厅

澳门北京街有一家非常不起眼的酒店，很多时候你经

过此地也未必能发现它的存在，这家有二十多年历史

的酒店原来叫京澳酒店，于1993年开业，现在叫维景

酒店，酒店顶楼的西餐厅“璇宫”是澳门第一家旋转

餐厅。

步入位于26楼的“璇宫”，360度环回落地大玻璃，

会有豁然开朗的感觉，偌大的圆形餐厅，餐桌不多且

保留宽阔的空间。由金沙丶星际酒店丶新葡京到松山

灯塔，1小时45分的旋转“旅程”欣赏尽澳门半岛最急

促变化的新口岸区。

去年七月，“璇宫”重新开业，中间那个舞台仍旧存

在，20年前这里曾是夜夜笙歌的高级餐厅，有驻场的

歌手和乐队，音乐伴随着美酒佳肴旋转。重开后的“璇

宫”完好地保留了那个舞台，只是不知音乐何时会再度

奏起。

粤菜有传统的“璇宫”做的西餐，不花巧，只是牛排

转了用A4和牛，而猪排则是西班牙黑豚，配合这个时

代的味觉潮流。餐厅只供应晚餐，价格也比想象中便

宜，一碗西式浓汤叫价五十元，配上餐厅现做的面包

让人吃出温暖的满足感；而份量足够三个人吃的西班

牙海鲜饭也只是二百多元，是一个性价比极高的浪漫

餐厅之选。

Rotunda Revolving Function Room

Metro Park Hotel is a low profile building tucked on the Rua de Pequim. Originally known as Hotel Grandeur which opened in 1993, the hotel is the location of Rotunda Revolving Function Room, or the first rotating restaurant in Macau.The round-shaped space on the 26th floor feels bright and spacious thanks to the surrounding French windows, which overlook the most dynamic area of NAPE. In a one hour and forty-five minute rotation you will take in a view of the Sands Cotai, Galaxy Macau, Grand Lisboa and the lighthouse of Colina da Guia. The place was once a high-end gathering venue offering exquisite cuisines and wines and live performance on the central stage. The stage remains there after the restaurant’s reopening last July, though it is no longer active.The restaurant serves only traditional western dinners, such as the A4 Wagyu and Spanish pork. The price is surprisingly affordable, MOP50 for a bowl of soup and just over 200 for Spanish Paella, which can easily feed three.

炸鸡与啤酒因一套电视剧成为时尚的食品，同样因为

电视剧，咸鱼包也在澳门出现了，就在“丽景轩”。

“丽景轩”在哪里？相信十个澳门人有九个都不知

道，如果说半山上的濠璟酒店，那大家就会记起在澳

门没有多少五星酒店的年代，我们或多或少都曾在四

星酒店内的中餐厅“丽景轩”饮宴，这也许算是澳门

人的集体记忆吧。1999年澳门回归，濠璟酒店曾接待

过国家前主席江泽民，他亲手题的词至今仍在陈列在

酒店大堂。

濠璟酒店内的“丽景轩”，不奢华的装潢，在一个被

遗忘的角落，但仍旧营业。“丽景轩”的菜式细致淡

雅，不以名贵食材作招徕，推荐的菜式青芥蟹籽大虾

球，微微的青芥味和蜜糖，配合得极好；香公砵仔焗

鱼云十分香口，都是值得一试的菜式。

此外，当然不能不吃以椰菜丶肉末和马友咸鱼作馅料

的咸鱼包。咸鱼包曾在去年的美食节上供不应求，而

丽景轩每日作限量发售，想试的朋友最好预订。

Li Jin Xuan is a Chinese restaurant in the Riviera Hotel, a four-star hotel which was once Macau’s best before the five-star competitors arrived. The hotel was also known to have hosted the reception banquet of former Chinese Chairman Jiang Zemin whose calligraphy is still hanging in the hotel lobby.Though the glory days have faded, the restaurant is still serving guests with elegantly prepared dishes in the moderately decorated space. Other than traditional Cantonese cuisines such as crab roe and shrimp balls, you will also have an opportunity to taste the ever-popular salty fish steamed dumplings here, a recent food fad thanks to a TV drama’s mention. New Furusato is the first and the largest Japanese restaurant to open in the Hotel Lisboa, which was Macau’s first five-star hotel. The hotel has been providing guests with accommodation, food, drinks, and gambling facilities since its opening in 1970. It is the landmark of Macau, its birdcage shape often likened in fame to the Ruins of St Paul. The Japanese restaurant, which opened in 1971, was originally a contract restaurant operated by a Japanese chef and a kitchen team from Hong Kong and Macau. The hotel took ownership in 1999, moved it next to the Gallery Lounge, and renamed it New Furusato.While few had the chance to taste the Japanese dishes offered here 40 years ago, the restaurant is definitely a place to taste real fresh Japanese sushi, sashimi and teppanyaki.

1 日本小玉米Japanese BaBy Corn (Mop38)小玉米就是我们知道的玉米笋，是玉米

清嫩的果穗。小小的，三两口就完成一

条，也是开胃菜的精选。玉米笋同样

爽口，水份虽没椰菜苗多，但不要小

看它，清甜的玉米香还是丰满非常。

These small, lovely baby corns are of mouthful sizes that also prepare you for further delicacies. They also have crispy texture and above that, the sweet flavour of corn.

2 象拔蚌刺身GeoduCk Clam sashimi (Mop138)广东人的火锅配料常会出现这道美馔，

但其实用来作刺身也同样精彩。象拔

蚌本身爽滑而且鲜甜，作刺身则能品

尝最原本的鲜味，不经调味也不经煮

熟，香滑可口。据店家解释，这次吃

的算较大，日本人吃的通常更小只，

各取所需。

Even though it is a popular Chinese hotpot ingredient, it is as appetizing to be tasted fresh. The clam is thinly cut, juicy and delicious. Every bit of the freshness is preserved on the plate.

3 黑松露和牛刺身WaGyu sashimi With BlaCk truffle (Mop188)这个价钱吃到和牛刺身简直超值。和

牛本身香滑味浓不在话下，配上黑松

露口味层次更见丰富。从照片可见，

和牛油脂分布平均，入口即化，而不

觉腥味，是上品中的上品。

Wagyu at this price is really a steal. Richness of the wagyu beef isn’t countered by the fragrance of the black truffle but, rather, enrich the tastes of each other. The beef melts like ice cream once eaten, leaving a prolonged fatty aftertaste.

4 松叶蟹肉“饺子”CraB “dumplinG” (Mop88)一见菜名，就莫明想问为何要加引号。

店家好像懂读心，立刻解释因为日本

饺子通常都用煎的，而这个饺子则用

上粤式手法，用蒸，较平和清淡。然

而，包着满满的蟹肉，一丝丝，就好

像吃原蟹一般。

Why quotation? Because in common Japanese recipes, dumplings are fried. This one is quite Cantonese for it’s

steamed. Anyway, the dumplings are filled with slices of crabmeat so you may think you’re cracking a whole crab?

5 吉列唐心蛋soft-Boiled eGG Croquette (Mop48)最简单的通常是最难做好的，所以这

道菜是重点推介。要将蛋煮得外熟内

软已经不易，更要退壳并裹上烟肉和

炸粉，进油锅炸脆。一口咬下去，里

面依然是软棉棉的流心，当中需要的

心思跟口味一样“驾势”。

The easiest recipe is sometimes the hardest: it best describes this croquette. Making a soft-boiled egg is difficult, not to mention peeling off the shell afterwards, wrapping it up with bacon and breadcrumb, before deep-frying it. The egg yolk flows like lava when you bite in.

6 鲍鱼手羽先Grilled ChiCken WinGs With aBalone (Mop88)这道菜是店家的自信之选。“手羽先”

即是烧鸡翅，坊间做法多数是把鸡翅

起肉再烧，烧熟了其实也是鸡翅。小

樽的这道则在鸡翅中酿入小鲍鱼，外

面软滑的鸡肉包着有嚼劲的鲍鱼，层

次丰富丶口味浓厚。What is so special with this chicken wing is that the chef has inserted half an abalone into the chicken wing before putting it to the grill. Smooth chicken versus crunchy abalone is just mesmerising.

7 盐烧吞拿鱼鲛Grilled tuna Joint (Mop688)想要品尝，请提早预订。吞拿鱼即金枪

鱼，鱼鲛即侧鳍的部份。懂吃的你都知

道侧鳍是鱼最嫩滑的部份，而大小则足

够十人分吃（当然要另点其他菜式）

。金枪鱼油脂丰富是众所周知，所以

一口吃下是满满的鱼香，而且omega

3丰富，对脑部健康非常有益。

You must pre-order if you want to try this. This joint is indeed the meat around the pectoral fin of the tuna, which is the most tender of all fish meat. The size is good for 10 people (plus some other dishes). It is full of fish oil and Omega 3: good for the brain.

The restaurant presents an array of delicately flavored culinary masterpieces for the most discerning guests.Tenmasa at Altira Macau mirrors the intimate ambience of the Tokyo venue, combining seductive modern design with ozashiki (traditional tatami rooms). Four different private and semi private rooms offer traditional counter seating. In addition, there are three smaller rooms, each accommodating up to four people.The highly skilled chefs work their art before the diners using special metal chopsticks to sense the vibrations of the food, ensuring that each dish is cooked to perfection and presented crisp and piping hot straight from the fryer to the guest’s plate. The largest local wine event, the Macau Wine and Dine Festival

2015 brings with it over 38 booths of internationally recognized products – offering wine, spirits and food from around the world - including France, Portugal, Italy and the United States. The festival was a five-day extravaganza of entertainment, wine courses, tastings and more. Supported by the Macau Economics

Department (DSE), the Macau Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM), the Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO), and the Macau Sommelier Association, organized by The Wine Society of Macau and sponsored by The Venetian Macao, the Macau Wine and Dine Festival offers free entry to the public.To celebrate the official launch of the festival, officiating guests cracked open a bottle of sparkling wine to the cheers of the gathered crowd of eager revellers. 最後一口，汤将还有温度的。功夫汤随季节变更，故你

可能每次拜访“乐轩华”，也有机会品尝不同的滋味。

“芥茉大明虾球”既可作为头盘，作主菜也一样非常不

错。此道菜用上一整只虾，师傅巧妙地将它扭成球状，

卷在碟上，非常好看。制作过程用上最基本的调味，务

求保全虾的鲜甜味美。配合糊状的芥茉汁，当中加入蛋

黄酱，去提升鲜味。大虾相较小虾，口感更爽脆。

如果人数够多，不妨点尾“清蒸大青斑”，皆因鱼类对

身体和脑部健康都有益。而且，最重要的是，蒸鱼送饭

绝对是人间美味。

作为澳门唯一一家法国品牌酒店，澳门十六浦索菲特酒

店值得拥有一家法国餐厅。面积不大，只有24个座位，

但环境非常舒适惬意，适合不同场合。

位处酒店六楼的“派意舫”，同样拥有醉人澳门旧城景

色，但来得更近更亲切。黄昏的晚霞，透过餐厅的三个

大落地窗，把餐厅染成玫瑰红，确实是最佳的开胃菜。

“派意舫”每周五天为你送上精美晚餐，配上精致可人

的餐单，选择实在而不花巧。餐单内，每道菜都有五到

六样选择，当中不少在客前烹调。这种制作方式，据主

厨Vincent解释，是非常传统的法式烹调方法，而现在很

多澳门餐厅已不再奉行。换言之，来“派意舫”用餐，

则是五感的体会。

餐厅计划每年邀请二到三位客席厨师来澳献艺，联同

Vincent主厨呈献更多有趣的美味。2015年的首位客席

厨师是与Vincent主厨同样来自法国布列塔尼半岛（Brit-tany）的Jean-Yves Guého大厨，是一位米其林星级大

厨。他们将联手制作最精彩的海鲜法国美馔，皆因布列

塔尼盛产海鲜。

在品味两位布列塔尼厨师的特别出品前，不妨先来品尝

“派意舫”的其他出品。例如“水煮蛋”，配上羊肚菌

酱丶法国大窿芝士丶面包粒，是一道非常开胃的前菜，

而羊肚菌酱也齿颊留香。

另一道让Vincent大厨非常自豪的菜式是“蓝鳍吞拿鱼塔

塔伴热情果丶香草沙律及芥辣雪糕”。鲜甜的生吞拿鱼

（金枪鱼），配搭热情果酱和芒果粒，鲜美味道更见升华。

Privé: Your Private Room

In the only French hotel in Macau, there should be - and is - a charming French restaurant. It is not an enormous outlet, with only 24 seats, but the cozy and intimate setting makes it the perfect choice for any occasions.Located on the 6th floor of Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16, it also features a view that overlooks the old town of Macau, at a closer proximity. The three large windows of the restaurant let in soothing rosy glow of the dusk, which is simply the best amuse-bouche of all meals.Privé serves dinner five days a week, with an appropriate menu for a fine dining outlet. There are five to six options for each course, many of them done at your tableside, a means, according to Head Chef Vincent, traditionally French and not many restaurants in Macau still keep. In other words, dining at Privé is a performance to be experienced by all five senses.The restaurant has a plan to invite two to three guest chefs to collaborate with Chef Vincent to present something even more interesting to diners in Macau. The first one in 2015 is Chef Jean-Yves Guého, a Michelin star holder, who comes from Brittany, the same origin as Chef Vincent’s. They will work together on some of the best seafood dishes from France that you can imagine. Why seafood? Because it’s the specialty of Britanny.Before sampling Brittany masterpieces by the two chefs, you should still visit Privé to enjoy. For instance, Slowly Cooked Egg with Morel Sauce, French Emmenthal Cheese and Croutons. It is a great one for appetizer and the fragrance of the morel sauce is totally dreamlike.Another dish that Chef Vincent takes pride in is Bluefin Tuna Tartar, finished with Tropical Fruits, Fresh Herbs Salad and Wasabi Ice Cream. The tuna tartar is, of course, uncooked, so it’s flavourful and fresh. Blending it with tropical fruits, such as mango and passion fruit, brings an even crispier taste.

The soup is seasonal so you may be sampling different soups each visit.Sautéed Prawn Balls with Wasabi Sauce is as good an appetizer as a main. A whole prawn - twisted - and the minimum seasoning are used to preserve the original taste. On top of that, the culinary team makes somewhat a wasabi reduction, blended with mayonnaise, to enhance the freshness. Prawn, instead of shrimp, is chosen because of the crispiness.If your group is large enough, opt for a Steamed Grouper with Scallions Oil, because fish is good for health, the brain, and your appetite. Chinese diners usually pair fish with steamed rice, as the sauce is a great companion.For dim-sum, Shaomai - with whole scallops - and Char-siu Vermicelli Roll (Cheong-fun) are good choices.

澳门爱茶人不少，但专业的茶馆却不是太多，因此一个既有创意

又能坐下来休憩喝茶的好地方，自然能聚集爱茶者人气。澳门

茶故事就是这么一个地方。

说到茶，很多人以为是老人家的玩意，但“澳门茶故事”告诉你，茶

的概念也可以被重新演绎成年轻文化产物。原本坐落于大三巴黄屋仔

的澳门茶故事去年搬到澳门士多纽拜斯大马路附近，光顾人群也从游

客为主变成社区老街坊为主。

说到澳门的茶故事，必须从店内的镇店茶“正山小种”说起。产于福建

省武夷市的正山小种红茶是世界上第一种红茶，甚至要早于以红茶著称

的西方茶文化！根据资料记载，1557年葡萄牙人进入澳门后，开始运

送茶叶回国，十六世纪，欧洲人在航海、造船方面有绝对领先地位，葡

萄牙更是数一数二的，他们将正山小种带往欧洲推广，所以，正山小种

和澳门密不可分，也是澳门茶故事的“House Tea”。茶馆的老板同时

也是设计达人，所以无论是店内装潢还是茶的包装，都非常跳脱，有种

让人一看就爱上的魔力，尤其是女孩子！原来店内除了售卖茶叶，也会

不时举办品茶讲座，且悬挂在墙上的，摆放在地上的所有东西（家具，

装饰等等），全都是明码实价销售的，茶故事的标志以逗号结束，也寓

意着这个故事未完，仍有很多开放性的可能性。

Many people in Macao love tea, but there are not many professional teahouses. Therefore, a comfortable place full of creativity for tea

drinking and leisure can gather a lot of tea lovers. Macao Tea Story is such a place. When it comes to tea, many people might think that’s something for the elderly, but Macao Tea Story tells you that the conception of tea can also be redefined as something belonging to youth culture. Macao Tea Story used to be located in the Yellow House of Ruin of St. Paul, and last year it has moved to the area near Avenida de Sidonio Pais. Its main group of regular customers also changes from the tourists to the residents of the community. Passers-by will become fascinated by the exquisite decorations here, which are the combinations of both the European romanticism and the traditional Chinese atmosphere. Speaking of the tea story of Macao, first the shop treasure “Wuyi Bohea” must be mentioned. Wuyi Bohea, which is produced in Wuyi, Fujian Province, is the first black tea in the world. Its appearance was even earlier than the Western tea culture, which is famous for its black tea. According to the historical materials, when Portuguese came to Macao in 1557, they began to ship tea leaves to their country. In 16th century, Europeans were well advanced in marine navigation and ship building, and Portuguese took the lead among them. So they brought Wuyi Bohea back to Europe to sell. Therefore, Wuyi Bohea is inseparable from Macao, and it is also the “House Tea” of Macao Tea Story. The owner of the teahouse is also a talent of designing, so both the interior decorations of the teahouse and the package of the tea are very original. They have the charm to make you love them at the first sight, especially for girls! Besides selling tea, Macao Tea Story also holds lectures of tea-tasting occasionally. And all the objects (furniture, decoration, etc.) in the shop, no matter on the wall or on the floor, are on sales with price labels on them. The logo of Tea Story terminates with a comma, which also means that there are still many open-ended possibilities since the story is to be continued.

除了出售各式中国上好茶叶以外，还保留着逾80年的

风貌格局，是海内外茶友们来澳门的朝圣地之一。

澳门曾是中国茶叶出口西国家的重要贸易出口，十月

初五街一带更曾是大小茶庄的聚集地，只是后来商业

重心转移，茶叶行业式微，同期能坚持经营下来的茶

庄不多，英记是其中一家。

“英记”位于一栋三层高的建筑内，建筑墙身分别写

着“英记茶庄”以及“寿眉王”几个醒目的大字，辨

识度非常高。店内的装潢极为简洁，右边是摆放着小

罐茶叶以及茶饼的玻璃柜，左边则是摆放各种散装茶

叶的架子，而紧贴着墙身的是大型的层架，架子上除

了整齐地摆放着以秀丽书法写着各种茶叶名字的大型

钖茶罐以外，还有老板从各地搜回来的特色茶具。据

老板娘卢太太介绍店内的格局多年以来都基本保持原

貌，就连用来装茶叶的罐子都是以前的。在“英记”

你可以找到各种来自中国的茶叶，如乌龙、普洱、铁

观音以及花茶等，而价格也十分的亲民，数十元即可

购入质量不俗的白牡丹茶，不论是自己浅尝还是作为

手信带给朋友都是不错的选择。

The crown of most traditional, classic and elegant tea house in Macau should go to IENG KEI CHA

on the Rua de Cinco de Outubro. It is a haven for tea lovers both at home and abroad because it has the best and most original product around.Back when Macau was the key port for exporation of Chinese tea, Rua de Cinco de Outubro was the hub of tea houses, most of which disappeared due to the fall of the industry. IENG KEI CHA, however, survived and thrived.Its location is marked by the striking shop name painted on the wall of a three-floor building. According to the owner Ms. Lu, almost everything in the simply decorated shop is original. This includes the teapots and the glass showcases on the right, the shelves on the left, and the large rack against to the wall for large pots and tea set collections. IENG KEI CHA offers all varieties of high-quality Chinese tea at affordable prices, a few dozen MOP could be enough for a bag of Bai Mu Dan good enough to gift or enjoy yourself.

‘If you give my wines more time, they will give you more joy’ Serge Hochar

The legendary Lebanese winemaker Serge Hochar, who passed away recently, was one of the world’s wine greats but more than that he was a true gentleman and a scholar. Serge Hochar’s conviction in his beliefs have provided much inspiration for many people including his sons Marc and Gaston, his nephew Ralph and I believe a lot more people in Macau and in Asia.Château Musar was founded in 1930 by Gaston Hochar and since 1959, his son Serge has been responsible for the wine making for what has become Lebanon’s most celebrated wine. In 1984, the respected wine magazine Decanter named Serge Hochar the first ever “Wine Man of the Year” for his extraordinary achievements, determination and dedication in producing wines during the difficult years of the Lebanese Civil War. The winery became organic in 2006. We recently held a tribute dinner for Serge at the MGM Macau with a tasting of Château Musar red’s with some amazing vintages including the 1972, 1991, 1994, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2005 and 2007. This was followed up with the whites as Serge believes his whites should follow the reds and we tasted the 1966 and 1980. Serge believes his wines needs 15 years, all in all before they are ready for drinking, if you give his wines more time, they will give you more joy.

位世界顶级的葡萄酒大师，也是一位具有真正绅士精神的学者。他秉

承的信念激励了很多人加入葡萄酒酿造的事业，包括两个儿子 Marc

和 Gaston、侄子 Ralph 以及澳门和亚洲的很多葡萄酒从业人员。

1959年，Gaston Hochar 创立了Château Musar品牌，他的儿子 Serge 负责葡萄酒酿造工作，并最终将其发展成为黎巴嫩最著名的葡萄酒。1984 年，著名葡萄酒杂志 Decanter 将 Serge Hochar 评选为“年度最佳葡萄

酒酿造师”，以表彰他在葡萄酒酿造方面的杰出成就，以及在黎巴嫩内

On the nose, this offers a combination of lifted still youthful aromatic black and red fruits with a touch of savoury spice, and subtle complexing oak. The wine is full bodied, powerful and shows great length.

This nearly 50 year old white Château Musar is made from native grapes called Obaideh and Merwah, ancient varieties dating back thousands of years and results in a style that reminds me of a Fino Sherry. A full bodied wine that shows yeasty flavours with an intense almonds character to the wines, especially on the nose.

The 1991 vintage is a great example of a mature amazing Lebanese wine. Well-structured for its age with a good concentration of red forest fruits, it is long and rich, balanced by savoury supporting tannins. Just what Serge would like.

Weddings are beautiful, yet complicated. It is impossible for any couple to juggle everything without a helping hand familiar

with all the steps and customs. In Macau, this person is known as Ms. Da Jin. Traditionally, Ms. Da Jins were those with a large happy family who, by holding weddings, would pass her happiness and fortune to the new couple. She was a good helper before and during the ceremony by aiding in the selection of a date, worshipping the ancestors, dressing up the bride, and carrying out formalities, to name a few ways.This role still exists in traditional Macau weddings, but has been modernized.Ms. Juan, in her sixties, is one of the handful Da Jins in Macau. She has over 30 years of experience hosting weddings. “The role used to be just a supporter in the ceremony,” Juan explained, “but now I am more like a wedding planner and hostess, or a chief commander of the whole event. Other than giving blessings, I also arrange the schedules, coordinate relationships between both sets of families and friends, and fulfill the requirements of the bride and groom; everything and anything to ensure a smooth and perfect wedding for the couple.”

并且深谙传统结婚习俗的大妗姐犹为重要。

大妗姐，俗称为“好命婆”，即有幸福完整、有子有孙的女人，人们

相信她可以把好运及福气传递给一对新人。大妗姐在婚礼前要安排过

大礼、迎亲、上头、安床、择日、拜祖先等事项，而婚礼期间，她们

要替新娘梳洗打扮、协助向长辈敬茶、说出合适的吉祥话等，是中国

传统婚嫁习俗中不可或缺的重要人物。随着时代发展，如今的大妗不

但要完成上述事项，更是婚礼的总指挥，必要时更担当营造气氛的全

能角色。

踏入耳顺之年的娟姐是澳门少数的全能大妗姐之一，拥有着30多年大

妗经验的她主持过大大小小的婚礼，见证着行业的变迁。“以前的大

妗姐是一个在婚礼时说好话、奉茶的角色。但现在的大妗姐是一个结

合了婚礼策划人的角色，除了全心祝福新人以外，从传统婚嫁习俗到

结婚日的流程安排，从协调亲家好友之间的不同意见到满足新人们对

婚礼的各项要求都得参与其中，目的就是要确保婚礼顺利进行，让新

人们无虑地享受整个结婚过程。”娟姐表示。

传统的中式婚礼习俗众多，而新人们什么时候准备婚

礼才算合适呢？常常听说的“过大礼丶安床丶上头”

又是什么呢？“现代人都比较忙碌，建议在婚宴前两

个月就该开始筹备。新人们一般会带同家人与大妗姐

先开会，以便了解长辈以及新人们各自的要求。”娟

姐说，“随后就是选日子‘过大礼’，这是订婚最重

要的仪式，因为完成此项后就是正式定立婚约的意

思，‘过大礼’中的礼品一般都以双数为主，取“好

事成双”的意头。而‘安床’习俗是指由一位“儿孙

满堂的女士”铺新床，并摆上各式喜果丶红绿豆及利

是等，值得注意的是安床之后就不能再让别人坐到床

上，直到新人们结婚当晚为止，建议在婚嫁前两三天

安床即可。至于为一对新人们‘上头’其实是一个成

人礼仪式，‘上头用品’包括尺丶镜子丶剪刀丶梳子

等，多在结婚前一晚进行，新人沐浴换上全新的睡衣

及内衣裤后，选择可看到月亮的地方而坐，于吉时由

儿孙满堂的长辈或是新人的妈妈为新人梳头，然后把

扁柏丶红绳系在新人头上。”

A traditional Macau wedding normally starts with a Pre-wedding Meeting hosted by Ms. Da Jin, and involves the couple to-be and members of both families. According to Ms. Juan who is one of the handful Da Jins in Macau, “The meeting is to figure out the requirements of the couple and their parents, followed by Gift Exchange which is also the symbol of a marriage contract traditionally. The next step is for a woman who has a happy extended family to prepare a Fortune Bed. The bed is normally prepared 2-3 days before the wedding and could not be sat by anyone else but the couple in the evening of ceremony. Another important step is Combing on the night before the wedding. The bride, wearing a new pair of underwear after a shower, will sit in the room with moon in the view. Her mother or another senior with a happy family will come to comb her hair and tie it with a red string or a small branch of cypress for good luck.

裙褂是中国传统婚嫁必不可缺少的礼服，澳门同

样沿袭着这样的习俗。位于营地大街的彩生

隆是澳门鲜见还设有全人手制中式裙褂服务的百年老

店，正谈婚论嫁的朋友不妨走访老店，寻找专属你的

龙凤裙褂。

彩生隆的前身是一家染布坊，后来因为染布行业式微

而转成现在的“开心生意”─婚嫁礼服店，现时执掌

店铺的是家族第三代传人黄永稣先生。据老板介绍，

传统的裙褂图案是以龙凤为主，取龙凤“呈祥”与“

情长”的粤语同音寓意。而除龙凤外，还会绣上五只

寓意“五福临门”的蝠鼠、牡丹花、鸳鸯等寓意吉

祥、百年好合的图案作点缀。

最常见的裙褂为金银线龙凤裙褂以及潮裙，一套看上

去有玲珑浮雕立体感的金银线龙凤裙褂叫价三万起

跳，因为整套裙褂上的图案需要人手一针一线地绣

上，花费时间较长，从量身到制成至少得花半年以

上。如果你是要褂王或是褂后(即裙褂上的金银线密度

极高，几乎看不到红布)，制作时间更长达8个月至一

年。而潮褂则是传统以及潮流的结合，潮褂上既有传

统的龙凤图案，还加入各种潮流元素如珠片等装饰，

也是潮人新娘们的不错选择。由于潮裙是采用机绣方

式，需时大大缩短，价格也更为宜人，三数千元便有

交易。

CHOI SANG LONG is a hundred-year old shop that specializes in hand-made wedding garments in

the traditional Chinese style. As the only tailor which survived the industrialization of garment making, it is definitely the go-to spot for engaged couples.Once a cloth dyeing shop, the owner has long since switched to the business of tailoring wedding dress, known colloquially as the “business of happiness”. According to Mr. Huang Yongsu, the third generation in this family business, traditional Chinese wedding garments are usually embroidered with dragons or phoenixes which are symbols of “fortune” and “love of life”. Flowers and other lucky animals are also common features. The most luxurious dresses are made with golden and silver threads for an embossed effect, and are normally higher than MOP30,000 a piece. These dresses are worth the price; the entirely hand-made procedure takes at least 6 months to complete. If you are fond of this style, in which almost the entire red fabric of the dress is covered in gold and silver thread, you’d better reserve 8-12 months in advance. The shop also prepares stylish designs for fashion lovers at a more affordable price; because they are not hand-embroidered, prices start at MOP3000.

What is your favourite dish in Macau?Chicken noodles soup in Macau style, of which the soup is cooked with chicken and traditional Chinese herbs; so it’s rich in taste that prolongs on the palate.

footsteps into the historiC Centre

From Avenida da Praia Grande to Praça de Ponte e Horta via Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, this route covers 16 culture sites and roads combined Chinese and Portugal features. The starting point of Avenida da Praia Grande is the business and political center of Macau. Two minutes after turning to the Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, you will reach the nearby Leal Senado Building and Senado Square. The building dated back to the 16th century is not only the site of municipal government, but an emerging venue of cultural exhibition in recent years.

出发，经过新马路一带街区，以司打口为终

点，全程将经过16个文化建筑景点及特色街

道。

南湾大马路是澳门目前的商业及政治中心，

附近的旧法律大楼是一个近年新兴的文化展

览场地之一。转入新马路两分钟后便到达民

政总署大楼及议事亭前地，民政总署大楼始

建于十六世纪，昔日俗称议事亭，是市政机

构的办公场所，内设展厅、图书馆以及富有

葡萄牙风格的花园。大楼内的墙上嵌有很多

具历史价值的石雕以及蓝瓷砖画，彷佛诉说

着澳门数百年来的历史。位于民政总署对面

的是具有古典风格美的邮政总局，经过时不

妨到里面参观或是在这里向亲友寄出澳门特

色的明信片。此外，附近以鹅黄色为基调的

西式教堂玫瑰堂以及充满中国传统特色的三

街会馆(关帝庙)也是不能错过的景点。从新

马路转进庇山耶街(炉石塘巷)，你将找到典

当业展示馆、同善堂历史档案陈列馆以及上

架行会馆三栋历史建筑。典当业展示馆“德

成按”是政府与民间合作的博物馆，展出澳

门昔日典当建筑的结构及营业用具。同善堂

历史档案陈列馆展示出慈善机构同善堂的历

史文物及档案资料等；距今已有170多年历

史的上架行会馆则是澳门最早的木艺工会会

所，每年农历六月十三日的鲁班诞，馆内会

It includes exhibition halls, libraries and Portugal-style garden. The historical stone statues and blue azulejo are the record Macau history dated back to hundreds years ago. The classic styled General Post Office opposite to the street is the best place to find exquisite postcards. You will also find the western-style St. Dominic’s Church and the eastern Kuan Tai Temple co-existed in the surrounding. In the following Travessa do Mastro are three historical buildings, namely Heritage Exhibition of a Traditional Pawnshop Business, Tung Sin Tong Historical Archive Exhibition Hall and Carpentry Guildhall, also three museums to have a glance of local business back in old days. The next spot of Rua da Felicidade, a famous red-light district before the foundation of China is a food street lined by gift shops and restaurants. The Cheng Peng Theatre, the first theatre in Macau and Rua da Caldeira are two other attractions in the area. Then comes the historical Inner Harbour and, to the direction of A-Má Temple, the last two sites of the route: two-floored Opium House, currently a clinic, and the Praça de Ponte e Horta used to be a special port for opium trade and now a large leisure square.

两层高的“鸦片屋”曾被先后出租作为货仓

和熔金场，现在是同善堂为市民提供中医针

灸及西医诊疗服务的诊所。“鸦片屋”旁是

柯邦迪前地，即“司打口”，曾是澳门乃至

中国史上首个鸦片专用码头和课烟税区，如

今的司打口是一个供市民及游客用的大型休

憩广场。

创意展现·活化艺城

喜欢澳门本地文创的朋友，当然不能错过由

普济禅院(观音堂)出发，途经二龙喉公园、

国父纪念馆、塔石艺文馆，最后到达澳门文

创重心望德圣母堂的“创意展现·活化艺

城”路线。

起点普济禅院又称观音堂，是澳门的三大古

庙之一，主要供奉观音菩萨，善信众多，香

火鼎盛。观音堂后院还有广阔幽深的后花

园，1844年中国钦差大臣耆英就在花园内

与美国代表签署中美《望厦条约》，极具历

史意义。沿着观音堂前的美副将大马路走到

士多鸟拜斯大马路，便到达松山山脚的二龙

喉公园。绿树成荫的公园曾是澳门总督的夏

宫，现在园内有各式各样的动物和雀鸟供游

人观赏。从二龙喉公园的石阶拾级而上探寻

中国首个灯塔东望洋灯塔的故事，或是乘坐

公园门口的观光缆车俯瞰公园一带的景色都

是不错的选择。细心的你可能会发现离公园

不远处有一座富有伊斯兰及洛可可建筑风格

的洋楼，那便是国父纪念馆，馆内珍藏了一

些孙中山先生留下的真迹及物品。

游览过国父纪念馆后，不妨往荷兰园方向前

进，迎来的会是澳门唯一具中国苏州园林

风韵的公园卢廉若公园，园内的的亭台楼

From Pou Chai Sim Iun via several sites of culture and creativities to the St. Lazarus Church, the route will be an inspiration to those who prefer theses aspects of Macau.Pou Chai Sim Iun is one of the three major historical temples in Macau, attracting many followers by the Guanyin worship. The secluded backyard garden is known by being the signing venue of the Treaty of Wanghia between China and the U.S in 1844. Walking from the Avenida do Coronel Mesquita in front of the temple to the Avenida de Sidónio Pais , you will reach the lush Flora Garden at the foot of Colina da Guia. The garden used to be the summer house of Governor of Macau and now is the home of many species of animals and birds. Taking the stone stairs or the cable car to the peak would be of the same fun, while the Islam-Rococo mixed architect nearby the garden is the Dr. Sun Yat Sen Memorial House.After paying tribute to the great man of China, the next stop of Lou Lim Ioc Garden is on the nearby Avenida do Conselheiro Ferreira de Almeida. 特色的建筑群以外，还可以购买澳门品牌的

原创产品作为纪念手信。

ponds and Tea Culture House in the traditional Chinese garden created a world of oasis. Advanced to the Tap Seac Square, several sites of culture and creativity will thrill the hearts of art, including the Tap Seac Gallery in a 2-floor typical mansion of upper class Portugal family in 1920s. The brown-auburn colored building of neo classic style has a roman arch entrance. The two indoor wells were reserved during a major reconstruction project. St. Lazarus Church, the end point of the route is one of the three oldest churches and a used-to-be temporary leprosy hospital. Now it has been developed into a hub of local culture and creativity, attracting tourists not only by the European style architectures but the creative and original souvenirs.

以绘画为生，好酷好浪漫！但随即而来的问题是：能养

活自己吗？是的，在澳门这样的物质社会，画家的确不

是份接地气的职业。这期Cguide请到澳门少数的全职画

家之一黎小杰与我们分享他的绘画生活。

Lai Sio Kit is one of a handful of successful local artists who make a living by painting. He shared with Cguide his experience of following his artistic dream to make it big in Macau.

《秘密花园》系列画作Secrect Garden


After obtaining both BA and MA degrees from Beijing’s Central Academy of Fine Arts, Lai Sio Kit

returned to Macau to begin his professional pursuit of art. “Being a professional artist to me means to paint on a regular schedule everyday,” Lai said. “Painting is part of my life, just like any other profession.” He continued, “Macau has no mature art market in which one can make a comfortable life by just painting. But I still think I am lucky because there were buyers of my works during my financial difficulties, and my efforts gained recognition. But I still need to hold the part time position of art teacher to maintain my livelihood.”Lai Sio Kit is known for his series titled Secret Garden, which portrays urban landscapes of Macau from a lofty perspective. “Rooftops are a private and small space despite their exposure. They serve different purposes for different people; one can either have a debris mound or a garden. This is a reflection of our life. That is why I called it Secret Garden,” he explained. Admiring his works is just like peering into the quiet corners of the city through a telescope. The leisurely cozy atmosphere is in sharp contrast to fast-paced urban life.After experimenting with different ways of painting, Lai realized his calling was oils. “I have been working with oil colors for over a decade. Those exhibited in the Art for All Society are those with which I am most satisfied because they are mature enough to express my exact thoughts through the best methods.” Melting life in paintings is his signature, which echoes through his audience. In “Transcendence – Works by Sylvie Lei and Lai Sio Kit,” he described the fading scenes around us using intricate tile patterns in his works. It is his unique way to share with us the city through his eyes, his view of which has changed dramatically during his years in Beijing.

黎小杰先后在北京中央美术学院获得油画系学士及硕士学位，回流澳门后开始

了他的全职画家之路。而他和许多每天在办公室的上班族一样，每天把大部

份的时间投入到他的绘画创作之中，最大的分别可能是他比较幸运，可以做自己爱

的事。“‘职业’对于我而言，就是有固定的时间作画，像别人的工作是生活的一

部份一样，绘画就是我生活的一部份”黎小杰说，“ 澳门没有像其他地区一样的艺

术市场，目前很难做到‘以艺卖艺’，但我想我走过的路还是幸运的，因为在我最

困难的时候还有人愿意买我的画作，或是作品获奖得到认可，但那些收入不足以完

全维持生活，所以我还有一个身份是兼职艺术导师。”

谈到黎小杰最为人熟悉的作品，一定少不了采用高角度去绘出澳门城市风貌，以

“屋顶”为题的《秘密花园》系列画作。“天台是一个私人但又曝露在外的地方，

在这狭小的空间里，有人用来摆放杂物和旧东西丶有人用来种植花草，各家各施其

法，充满生活气息和人味，所以我将它们称为‘秘密花园’。”黎小杰解释。站在

高处的他“窥视”出天台的景致而创作，观众就像是巨人使用着望远镜一样，窥探

着一个又一个原本安静存在于城市某一角落的“秘密花园”，这正是人们在追赶着

城市急速发展的过程中尤其值得珍惜的时光和景致。

艺术这条路的确并不好走，但黎小杰始终没有放弃，在画过不同题材的画作后，黎

小杰说他最擅长的是油画，“我超过十年都在与油彩打交道。目前最喜欢的应该是

在全艺社展出的作品，因为那作品要展达的想法与展示手段都比较成熟了。”把生

活融入到画作之中，是黎小杰作品最大的特色，每次的作品总是如此贴近生活，引

起观者的共鸣，如他刚完成的与另一位画家李英维的合展《临界──李英维丶黎小

杰双人展》，曾在北京生活多年的他回到澳门深感小城变化巨大，所以他向观众呈

现了他两套以瓷砖作为载体“逝格”系列作品，透过作品展现身边的事物正在慢慢

地消逝的状态。

影响脚部发育。

He has a distinguished lineage; at present, he is the vice chairman of Rio Hotel Macao. In order to build the most luxurious hotel “Louis XIII”, he spared no expense to invite one direct descendant of Louis XIII of France, Princess Tania de Bourbon Parme, to serve as Special Advisor of Chairman and design the hotel to conform to “royal” standards. According to the Financial Times, the price of a luxury suite in the total is $130,000 a night, entirely aiming at the rich market. The hotel offers six dining options, including the famous L’Ambroisie. In addition, bespoke services are offered in the hotel. Recently, Stephen Hung has ordered 30 Rolls-Royce Phantoms with Extended Wheelbase at a time and formed the largest-scale Phantom fleet.
