at NYYC, Newport Rhode Island. I just finished a Pacific crossing from the Caribbean through the Panama Canal to Sydney Australia, via all the normal island stops. I then arranged shipment of the yacht to Colon, Panama and sailed the yacht back north to Newport, RI. I have sailed over 30,000 miles on Passion 4 C and loved every minute of it.

August 2015

Helmsman and bowman on the private sailing yacht Lulotte, a Swan 55 yawl for the 2015 Rolex Fastnet Race.

November 2012 Captain on board private S/Y Destiny, a Swan 46. I delivered her from St. George’s Bermuda to Soper’s Hole, BVI.

March 2012, various monthly regattas. Bowman and master sailer on private S/Y French Kiss, a Farr 40 for 2012 MEXORC. Responsibilities include all boat preparation and sail readiness, team cohesion and coaching.

AUGUST 2010-SEPTEMBER 2010: Bowman on S/Y Blue Nights, a Swan 45, private yacht. I was in charge of all sailing related aspects of the vessel for the 2010 Swan 45 World Championships, Porto Cervo, Sardegna. 2nd Place.

January 2007-April 2009, January 2010-December 2011

Bowman and Watch Captain on private S/Y Celeritas, a NYYC Swan 42. Celeritas competed with success in the NYYC Swan 42 circuit. We did four offshore races in 2008, including the Newport to Bermuda race, placing first in our one design class. We also received the Offshore Boat of the Year for 2008 in the Swan 42 One-Design Class.

March 2010- June 2010 Captain on private S/Y Fox, a Swan 53. 10 crew for offshore racing. During my time on board, I took the yacht from Chicago Illinois, transiting four great lakes (Michigan, Huron, Erie and Ontario), the St. Lawrence Seaway past Montreal, Quebec, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Gulf of Maine, Cape Cod Canal and finally, Buzzard’s Bay, ending up in Newport, RI. I then prepared the yacht for the 2010 Newport to Bermuda race. I was bowman for the race and Fox and crew sailed a good race. I have also been bowman and watch captain on various other offshore races and regattas for Fox.!

June 2010-July 2010 Bowman and watch Captain on S/Y Andromeda, a Swan 59 private yacht. 10 crew for the Pacific Cup, San Francisco to Kaneohe Bay Race.

My duties included all running rigging, sails and mast maintenance and preparation.

September 2007 Mid-bow on classic private S/Y Cotton Blossom II, a 1925 Q-Yacht, owned by Dennis Conner. My duties included daily race preparation and yacht maintenance.

June 2006-June 2007

Bowman on private S/Y Ole, an IOR 2-tonner. Responsible for race preparation.
