Our Process

Step 1: Complete the brief online Audition Form http://www.mcaworship.com/worship-team-auditions/, and click submit. Pastor Michael will receive an immediate email. This form gives me your contact info, and what instrument/vocal you’ll be auditioning. Michael will email or call you to set up your Audition. Step 2: Print this online application, fill it out, and bring it to your audition. Vocalists: During the audition you will meet with Pastor Michael for an orientation, sing prepared worship selections (your choice), and get a first-hand look at what the worship ministry at MCA is all about. Instrumentalists: During the audition you will meet with Pastor Michael for an interview, play a few worship selections of varying tempos and keys, and get a first-hand look at what the worship ministry at MCA is all about. Within a week of auditions, you will be contacted and given specific information about your involvement in the ministry.
