      ACI was tremendously suffering with their entire Supply Chain Network,  especially, Procurement Planning, Demand Planning and Inventory Management  from the very beginning of its journey in 1991. Some of the anomalies are  high Inventory, huge wright-off, repetitive product and material shortage,  inability in maintaining the delivery date of export and institutional  orders, premature software systems and sub-standard process resulting in  erroneous inventory and pipeline data for which requirement was not being  generated correctly so procurement was very often not optimal and so on -- a  very unhealthy Supply Chain Network. From the last 10 years, they have tried  to harmonize the SCM with four different experts (2 planners and 2  procurement experts) but there was no significant improvement. In 2013 I took  the responsibility and within three months the root causes of such anomalies  are identified, pinpointed and took initiative to correct these to overcome  the problems, like system development and process re-design, implementation  of industry best practices and team build-up. Within ten months of my joining  at ACI, the situation of SCMD is ever best. 75% reduction of RMPM short

      supply, 98.5% expiry reduction of RMPM, optimum stock level, better support  for export and institutional orders.

      · As ERP Expert: After Go-Live of SAP in 23rd Dec'11, Square organized a Post  Go-Live Support Team (12 Member Team) for troubleshooting the data and system  related problems and dealing with enormous queries (related to LE, WM, SD,  MM-IV, PP-PI, etc.) coming from every End-User. Being the CTM of MM, PP, WM  and SD and representing the highest number of plants and materials (Materials  of Six Plants), had to deal with the highest number of problems and queries  also. Queries are related to MM (GR, GI, Physical Adjustment, Material  Master, PR, PO, STO, Stock Anomalies, etc), WM  (Transfer Requirement, Transfer Order, Put Away, Stock Removal, Picking,  Physical Adjustment, etc.) PP (Process Order, Planned Order, MRP, Master  Data, etc.) and SD (Outbound Delivery, Sales Order, Post Goods Issue, Selling

      Price, STO, etc.) modules. As a result of the hands on experience of  end-to-end SAP Implementation and troubleshooting of varieties of problems of  Supply Chain and Logistics Execution Modules, achieved profound knowledge of  the functional domain as well as the SAP Modules. At Square recognized as the  ªBest Expert in SAPº among all CTMs of Square. As a reward got promoted from  Executive, M-14 to Senior Executive, M-13 in 2013.
      · As Inventory Controller: Within nine months after stopping Offshore Planning  in Feb'12, from Feb'12 to Oct'12, the inventory value rose to 93.3% higher  (almost double than Feb'12), which resulted in decreased Profit Margin for  Square in 2012. As a special assignment appointed by management to optimize  the inventory level, again started running MRP and inventory controlling from  Nov'12 at Pabna Plant. By May'13, the inventory  value was optimized by decreasing 39% in value (380 Million Taka).

      · As Functional Unit Developer: In Oct12, some stock related anomalies due to  pilferage was identified in Pesticide Unit and Agrovet  Division in Pabna. Square Management assigned with  a special task to identify the root causes and process gaps of such  pilferages and provide an effective and sustainable solution which was  successfully accomplished through logistics process redesign, warehouse best  practice introduction & implementation, and manpower development.
