Tnh ton thit k h dn ng c kh l yu cu khng th thiu i vi mt k
s ngnh c kh, nhm cung cp cc kin thc c s v my v kt cu my.
Thng qua n mn hc Chi tit my, mi sinh vin c h thng li cc kin
thc hc nhm tnh ton thit k chi tit my theo cc ch tiu ch yu v kh
nng lm vic; thit k kt cu chi tit my, v khung v b my; chn cp chnh
xc, lp ghp v phng php trnhby bn v, trong cung cp nhiu s liu mi
v phng php tnh, v dung sai lp ghp v cc s liu tra cu khc. Do khi
thit k n chi tit my phi tham kho cc gio trnh nh Chi tit my, Tnh
ton thit k h dn ng c kh, Dung sai v lp ghp,... tng bc gip sinh vin
lm quen vi cng vic thit k v ngh nghip sau ny ca mnh.
Trong : Tnh ton thit k h dn ng c kh T1, T2
Chi tit my tp 1, tp 2 him v ca em l thit k hp gim tc hai cp. Loi hp l: Hp gim tc bnh
rng tr. H c dn ng bng ng c in b truyn qua kh p ni v ihp gim
tc v ni trc n hi truyn ng nxch ti.
Ln u tin lm quen vi cng vic thit k, vi mt khi lng kin thc tng
hp ln, v c nhiu phn em cha nm vng, d tham kho cc ti liu song khi
thc hin n, trong tnh ton khng th trnh c nhng thiu st. Em mong
c s gp v gip ca cc thy c gio.

I. Tnh chn ng c, phn phi t s truyn v momen

1. Chn ng c
a. Xc nh ch tiu cn thit chn ng c
iu kin lm vic ca ng c in: c b truyn xch
chu va p v cng sut lm vic:
