Men’s Ministry – “Recharged”
• Description: Strives toward building a community of faithful men who are equipped to lead themselves and their families to follow God’s path for their lives.
• Volunteer Areas: – Small Group Facilitators – Special Events –Men’s Bible Study Team
Women's Ministry (S.T.E.P) • Description: Encourages
women of One and Collin County through God’s word to truly aligning their lives with His purpose, and to becoming women who Serve, Teach, and Encourage with Purpose!
• Volunteer Areas: –Bible Study Team –Special Events Team
Couples • Description: Creates
environments where couples of all ages can grow in love, respect, and support each other through godly examples.
• Volunteer Areas: – Events Team – “Unbreakable Class Team – Marriage Mentors – Administrators – Pre-Marital Class Team
Singles Fellowship • Description: Strives to
encourage singles to fully embrace the season of singleness that God is allowing them to experience and serve God whole-heartedly.

Life Groups • Description: Possesses a heart to ensure everyone
gets connected to a life-changing community. • Volunteer Areas:
– Singles/Couples Placement Team – Follow-up Placement Team – Life Group Evaluation Team – Event Planning Team(Trainings for LG Leaders) – Curriculum Building Team – Life Group Leader Assimilation
Onederful Kids • Description: Partners with
parents to enthusiastically teach our children about Jesus Christ in a way that is fun and meaningful to guide them towards a heart for God.
• Volunteer Areas: – Administrator – AWANA – Nursery – Parent Check In – Special Events – Teachers/Teachers Assistant
Youth Ministry • Description: Passionate
about partnering with parents and mentors to equip Jr. and senior high students to make wise decisions at the forks in their spiritual journey.
• Volunteer Areas: – DV8 Middle School Ministry – 2:52 High School Ministry – Programming Admin
KidCare • Description: Provides
childcare for special events outside of Sunday services and for life groups that require help with childcare during their meeting times.
• Volunteer Areas: –Administrator –Teachers –Youth Volunteers (15 & up)
Creative Services • Description: Provide God
honoring musical, dance, dramatic performances, and visual arts that inspires and draws people deeper into worship.
• Volunteer Areas: – Audio/Visual – Choir – Dance – Drama – Program Management – Worship Arts

INVOLVED
PartnerCare • Description: Helps educate those
who are interested in partnership and baptism as well as connecting them to volunteer areas and life groups.
• Volunteer Areas: – Partnership Class Team – Baptismal Team – Service Counselors (prayer team) – Shuttle Ministry Team – Baby Dedication Team
Volunteer Center • Description: Provide visitors and
partners opportunities to become fully engaged in the church. Volunteer Center’s priority is to get partners connected to a ministry

Guest Services • Description: Strives to create a
warm/friendly environment throughout the church so that every guest feels welcomed, important and informed.
• Volunteer Areas: – Administrator – First Time Visitor team – Link Cafe – Merchandise Store – Parking Lot – Ushers/Greeters – Facilities Management
Outreach • Description: Partnering with
non-profit organizations to meet the needs of the Collin Country and the World through service and missions.
• Volunteer Areas: – Community Outreach Team – Evangelism Team – 5th Sunday Compassion Team – Foreign & Regional Missions
OneCare • Description: Serves One
Community Church by providing prayer, counseling and partnering with life group member to assist with material assistance for those in need.
• Volunteer Areas: – Bereavement Team – Financial Needs Team – Hospital/Care Visits – Intercessory Prayer Team
Medical Ministry • Description: Provides
medical emergency assistance to One Community Church guests and partners during services and events. Additionally, they provide educational seminars on healthcare.
• Volunteer Areas: – Medical Staff – Nurses, Doctors,
Practitioners .
Stewardship Ministry • Description: Strives to provide
education and support in the areas of fiscal responsibility, career advancement and business development for One Community Church and Collin County.
• Volunteer Areas: – Financial Counselors – Hospitality/Registration – Job Board/Resume Team – Marketing Team – Logistics Team
Communications • Description: Informing the body and the
community that a unique place exists in the Collin County area with exciting events, authentic community, and transformational teaching.
• Volunteer Areas: – Administrator – Content Writers – Graphics Team – Newsletter Team – Photography Team – Website Team
Logistics&Operations (Secret Service)
• Description: Partners with the facilities team for room-set on Sunday mornings and special events as well as setup/teardown for stage props.
• Volunteer Areas: – Stage Prop Crew(Sunday services and Special events) – Room Setup/Tear Down(Sunday services and Special events) – Facilities Management back-up team
Church wide Special Events • Description: Manages the
creation, implementation, and execution of church wide special events.
• Volunteer Areas: –Administrator –Event Planner –Event Workers
Conference Svcs/ Décor Team • Description: Creates inspiring environments
through interior décor as well as effective and relevant seminars that honors God and the mission of ONE Community Church
• Volunteer Areas: –Decorative Designers –Administrator –Project Manager –Operations(Handy man work)
Lead Pastors Office • Description: Assists with the
planning and execution of special projects for One Community Church under the leadership of the Senior Pastor and his Executive assistant.
• Volunteer Areas: – Office Assistant – Training and Development – Capital Campaign Team
Administration • Description: Efficiently runs the day to day
operations of the church, as well as overseeing the budget and expenditures of the church
• Volunteer Areas: –Finance – IT Support –Human Resources –Men of Valor (security)
