Potrebno:

- 300 ml mleka- 1 kašičica šećera- 40 g svežeg kvasca- 2 belanceta- 3 kašike ulja- 1 kašičica soli- 150 ml jogurta- 850 g brašna

 

Fil:

- 60 g kajmaka- 60 g sira- 60 g sirnog namaza- 30 g putera

 

I još treba:

- 2 žumanceta- 1 kašika ulja- 1 kašika mleka- susam- margarin

U toplo mleko staviti šećer , kvasac i kašičicu brašna. Ostaviti da kvasac nadođe. U vanglicu staviti belanca, ulje, so i jogurtzatim viljuškom malo umutiti. Dodati mleko sa nadošlim kvascem i brašnom zamesiti testo. Testom udarati o radnu površinunajmanje 50 puta, zatim pokriti krpom i ostaviti na toplom mestu 30 minuta.

Nadošlo testo ponovo premesiti zatim na pobrašnjenoj radnoj površini oklagijom razvući krug od 60 cm. Testo iseći prvounakrst zatim svaki od četiri dela  na još 7 manjih trouglova tako da na kraju dobijete 28 kiflica.

Za fil umutite sve navedene namirnice zatim na svaki trougao stavite po manju kašičicu. Prilikom uvijanja kiflica, testo pomalo povlačite da se još malo izduži i istanji. Složite na pleh i ostavite da odstoje dok se rerna ne zagreje.

Sjediniti žumanca, mleko i ulje zatim premazati kiflice i posuti ih susamom. Na svaku kiflicu staviti po parče margarina i peći uzagrejanoj rerni na 200 °C oko 18 minuta ili zavisno od vaše rerne.

Salty rolls

A perfect breakfast for those who don’t have time to make one in the morning!

Ingredients:300ml of milk1 tsp of sugar40g of fresh yeast2 egg whites3 tbs of oil1 tsp of salt150ml of yogurt850g of flour

for the filling:100g of cheese70g of cheesy spread30g of butter1 egg yolk

You will also need:1 egg yolk1 tbs of oil1 tbs of milksesame seedsmargarine

Add the sugar, the yeast and a teaspoon of flour into warm milk. Leave the yeast to swell up. Add the egg whites, the oil, thesalt and the yogurt into a saucepan and beat using a fork. Add the milky yeast and knead the dough. Slam the dough onto thesurface at least 50 times, then cover it with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes.Knead the dough again and stretch it out so that it is 1cm thick. Make circles, about 7 to 8 cm wide and place them on abaking tin.Using the bottom of the glass you used to make the circles, make a mold inside the cirles.Mix the cheese, cheesy spread, butter and egg yolk for the filling and place a teaspoon of it into the mold you just made.Combine the egg yolk, the oil and the milk and cover the muffins with it.Sprinkle sesame seeds and add a bit of margarine on top of each muffin.Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 18 minutes.
