1) Daily monitoring of +/- 150 SR producing wells in 4 different main Fields (Qarun, Karama, Wadi El-Rayan and Beni-suef) which are divided into many small Fields every Field has its own reservoir and Fluid properties. 2) Design Beam Pumping designs for Beam Pumping wells on SROD, Qrod and other software. 3) Failure analysis of Beam Pumping wells by Field troubleshoots and dynamometer card analysis. 4) Optimizing the parameters of the running Beam Pumping wells and follows up the results. 5) Decision maker for any workover for Beam pumping wells and create the workover program. 6) Follow up Beam Pumping equipment stock and Purchase the required equipment to cover the activity and finalize its paper work (MR, PO, CD and tickets) and track this documentation. 7) Update Beam Pumping database on daily bases. 8) Arrange and witness Dismantle Failure Analysis (DIFA) for the failed downhole pumps, beam pumping motors and surface pumping units. 9) Supervise Lufkin and QPC Field crews work in survey, workovers, maintenance and optimization. 10) Discuss new technologies of Beam Pumping with Vendors. 11) QPC uses 3 different sizes of Surface units, API insert Beam Pumping pumps (4 different sizes), N-97 and T-66 grade rods. 12) prepare daily, weekly and quarters reports. 14) Perform Beam Pumping & Progressive Cavity Pumps tenders.
