  • Raspberry-pi Camera

The Raspberry Pi NoIR Camera Board has no Infrared filter, which makes it perfect for taking Infrared photographs or photographing objects in low light (twilight) conditions! The camera plugs directly into the CSI connector on the Raspberry Pi. It's able to deliver clear 5MP resolution image, or 1080p HD video recording at 30fps! Latest Version 1.3!

Custom designed and manufactured by the Raspberry Pi Foundation in the UK, the Raspberry Pi Camera Board features a 5MP (25921944 pixels) Omnivision 5647 sensor in a fixed focus module. The module attaches to Raspberry Pi, by way of a 15 Pin Ribbon Cable, to the dedicated 15-pin MIPI Camera Serial Interface (CSI), which was designed especially for interfacing to cameras. The CSI bus is capable of extremely high data rates, and it exclusively carries pixel data to the BCM2835 processor.

The board itself is tiny, at around 25mm x 20mm x 9mm, and weighs just over 3g, making it perfect for mobile or other applications where size and weight are important. The sensor itself has a native resolution of 5 megapixel, and has a fixed focus lens onboard. In terms of still images, the camera is capable of 2592 x 1944 pixel static images, and also supports 1080p @ 30fps, 720p @ 60fps and 640x480p 60/90 video recording.

The camera is supported in the latest version of Raspbian, the Raspberry Pi's preferred operating system.

ModMyPi's 360 Degree Flexible Gooseneck Raspberry Pi Camera Mount enables you to hold the Raspberry Pi camera in any position - point it up, point it down and point it all around! It's incredibly versaltile, and very useful if you won't want to plop it inside a 'block' type acrylic mount. As the name suggests, the mount can be bent in 360 Degree's and 17cm end to end length allows for plenty of flexibility whilst still allowing for millimeter perfect adjustments. It's lightweight, and subsequently works with a case and without a case.

The mount plugs directly into the 3.5mm Audio Jack on the Raspberry Pi, and is specially constructed of black anodised gooseneck tubing that's completely flexible, but stays fixed in the position it's bent into! The tube comes pre-assembled with 3.5mm right-angle audio plug on one end, and a 2mm bolt fixing on the other. Simply slide the 2mm bolt fixing through the top right hand corner of the camera, adding the included Nylon washers on either side, and bolt using the included Nylon half nut!

This bundle includes a specially designed black matte Pi Camera Box Case, a Magnetic Fish-Eye Lens and Camera Box Wall Mount.

The flexibility of this design is ideal for using a Raspberry Pi and its camera module in a variety of applications such as security with a wide angle fish-eye lens, process monitoring, computer vision, high-definition time lapses, motion sensing and many other fun projects.

Pi Camera Box Case The 'Nwazet Pi Camera Box' is designed for hosting a Raspberry Pi computer (model A

or B) and a Pi Camera module together in a compact and versatile enclosure. This all-integrated design ensures that the camera's fragile ribbon cable doesn't get damaged while exposed during operation. This case can accommodate an optional magnetic camera lens, which opens up new possibilities above and beyond the outstanding optical quality of the Pi Camera module. The black matte case is opaque, ensuring that the red led mounted on the Pi Camera module will not affect the ambient light captured by the camera. The back of the 'Pi Camera Box' can accept an optional wall-mounting bracket for permanent installations.

Features: Black matte acrylic, Assembly time: about 10 minutes, Access to all of Pi's

connectors, Features vents on the bottom, top, left and right walls, Features a slot for a GPIO ribbon cable, Works with any Raspberry Pi with mounting holes, models A and B (won't work with a rev.1), Dimensions: 101mm x 70mm x 33.3mm, 3mm thick black acrylic case (7 pieces, including left walls for both models A and B), 4x rubber feet

Camera Box Wall Mount The Raspberry Pi Camera, enclosed with the Pi in the Camera Box, and equipped with

a fish eye lens, is a very capable surveillance and monitoring system that is easy to connect and program. To make the most of it, the Pi Camera box should be steadily mounted to a wall or a ceiling and should be properly angled. This bracket allows tilting and swiveling of the device. Just tighten the thumb screws when you have found the right position and you're done.

Features: Bracket max. weight: up to 3.5kg (7.7 lbs), Wall / ceiling mounting screws, Tilt angle: -

24 to +15, Swivel angle: ~75 left and right, Thumb screws for easy angle adjustments

Magnetic Fish-Eye Lens The Raspberry Pi's camera offers great features out-of-the box, which can be

enhanced by adding interchangeable lenses. The fish-eye lens will give your Raspberry Pi camera a panoramic view of its surroundings, making it perfect for surveillance, security and general monitoring scenarios. The Pi Camera Box is designed to receive the small metal ring needed for binding the magnetized fish-eye lens to the case.

Features: Magnetic fish-eye lens, 180 degree angle (see note below), Self-adhesive metal ring mount, Plastic lens cap, Key-chain attachment https://www.modmypi.com/raspberry-pi-camera

  • BREADBOARD

This 'full-size' breadboard with 830 tie points is perfect for small and medium projects. It's 2.2" x 7" (5.4cm x 16.5cm) with a standard double-strip (630pts) in the middle and two power rails (200pts) on both sides. You can pull the power rails off easily to make the breadboard as thin as 1.4" (3.5cm). You can also "snap" these breadboards together either way to make longer and/or wider breadboards. This one's transparent, which means you can do all sorts of cool stuff - like adding LED's to the power rails!

The Adjustable Breadboard Power Supply Kit A good power supply is essential to any electronic projects, and this adjustable breadboard power supply kit is ideal for making your own breadboard-friendly very low drop-out adjustable power supply. While there are many existing designs for adjustable power supplies, this one makes improvements that make it more useful for hobby designs.
