PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

August 2012 as a Heavy Equipment Engine Mechanic. and 2013 to 2014 as

a Mechanical Foreman.

Job Responsibi l it ies includes:

• Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs, using engine

diagnostic equipment such as computerized test equipment and calibration

device

• Responsible to attend field problem complain.

• Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools.

• Clean, lubricate repairs and adjusts hydraulic pumps, safety valves and perform

other routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles.

• Good experience in Loader, excavator, Graders and Dozers etc…

• Test mechanical products and equipment after repair to ensure proper

performance.

• Read and understand operating manuals, and technical drawings.

• Overhaul and test machines or equipment to ensure operating efficiency,

assemble gear systems, and align frames and gears.

• Fit bearings to adjust, repair, or overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and

pneumatic equipment

• Replaces all defective vehicle parts/systems (e.g. brakes, fuel pumps, fuel lines,

gauges ,etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of vehicles in a safe

operating condition..

Working with M/s. Al SADA Machinery L.L.C, Dubai, UAE since Oct 14,

2006 to 17 Sep 2009 as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic.

Job Responsibi l it ies includes:

• Daily assignment and responsibility of the heavy Machinery in the workshop and Sites.

• Undertakes a wide range of repairs on site by analyzing faults, identifying defective parts, hydraulic system, replacing or repairing components, motor assemblies, and high-pressure oil circuits.

• Look after all types Heavy Machinery like Caterpillar, Volvo, Komatsu, Kawasaki, Hitachi, and Daewoo etc…

• Troubleshooting/maintenance Excavator, Rolla Dina pack, Wheel loader, Graders, Dozers, Bobcat, Heavy Duty Crane etc…

• Attends special training and familiarization workshops dealing with innovations in heavy equipment operations, repairs, and maintenance

• Carried out the monthly Greasing, hydraulic pumps & oil changing of all types of Heavy Machinery for Sites Area.
