•金氧半場效電晶體（MOSFET）持續供不應求，訂單能見度已到上半年，業績持續攀升。

• IGBT產品已完成650V/1200V開發，現於信賴性驗證中，預計2018年6月開始，可送樣品供客戶驗證。

•跨入車用Diode領域及高密度電源與系統保護裝置之技術發展。

• 2017年12月完成私募普通股增資作業，由朋程科技及璟茂科技參與應募計畫。除為公司營運資金注入充沛活水，更可進一步整合雙方優勢拓展業務發展與提升公司競爭力。
