OGGETTO: APPROVAZIONE DI NORME REGOLAMENTARI PER LA CONCESSIONE DI SPAZI A PARTITI POLITICI PER L'INSTALLAZIONE DI BACHECHE

Come p r e s c r i t t o d a l l ' a r t i c o l o 14 (6° e 7°comma) d e l l o S t a t u t o d e l Comune d i C r e v a i c o r e , s i è convocato i l C o n s i g l i o Comunale n e l l a a p p o s i t a A u l a d e l Muni c i p i o , oggi 15 Marzo 1996 a l l e ore 20,30 i n adunanza s t r a o r d i n a r i a d i 1° convocazione, p r e v i a n o t i f i c a d i i n v i t o s c r i t t o a d o m i c i l i o . R i t e n u t o che l e r i c h i e s t e d i c u i sopra possano e s s e r e s o d d i s f a t t e prcviQ approvazione d i alcu n e norme che d i s c i p l i n i n o l a m a t e r i a da oggi e per i l f u t u r o f i n o ad esaurimento d e g l i s p a z i d i s p o n i b i l i ;

A PARTITI

I l Comune d i C r e v a i c o r e , v i s t a l a necessità d i s o d d i s f a r e l ' e s i g e n z a m a n i f e s t a t a da più p a r t i t i e/o f o r m a z i o n i , gruppi , a g g r e g a z i o n i p o l i t i c h e senza finalità d i l u c r o , d i pote r a v e r e l a possibilità d i e s p o r r e o i g i o r n a l i o comunicazioni d i p a r t i t o o a l t r e che g l i s t e s s i intendano dare a i c i t t a d i n i ; mette a d i s p o s i z i o n e s p a z i p u b b l i c i d e s t i n a t i a l l ' i n s t a l l a z i o n e d i a p p o s i t e bacheche .

l ' i d e n t i f i c a z i o n e d e g l i s p a z i d i s p o n i b i l i compete a l Sindaco, s e n t i t a l a Conferenza d e i Capigruppo ed i n accordo con l ' u f f i c i o T e c n i c o Comunale ed i l Corpo d i P o l i z i a M u n i c i p a l e . Ogni p a r t i t o o Gruppo potrà r i c h i e d e r e d i i n s t a l l a r e 1 bacheca per m a n i f e s t i , ed una per l ' e s p o s i z i o n e d e l p r o p r i o g i o r n a l e se e s i s t e n t e .

G l i o n e r i per l a c o s t r u z i o n e d e l l e bacheche sono a c a r i c o d e i r i c h i e d e n t i come pure q u e l l i r i f e r i t i a l l a manutenzione o r d i n a r i a e s t r a o r d i n a r i a d e l l a bacheca.

Sarà c u r a d e i p a r t i t i o gruppi p o l i t i c i r i c h i e d e n t i p r o c u r a r s i l a bacheca, secondo un unic o modello proposto d a l l ' A m m i n i s t r a z i o n e Comunale; l e bacheche dovranno e s s e r e rigorosamente i d e n t i c h e . L a s c e l t a d e l l a D i t t a a c u i a f f i d a r e l a f o r n i t u r a è demandata ad a p p o s i t i a c c o r d i f r a l e f o r z e p o l i t i c h e s t e s s e J P a r t i t i e/o G r u p p - i — P o l i t i c i por 1 ' a f f idamento-éclla forni-to a—s-ìr rivoìgeranno p e r t a n t o a l l a D i t t a da l o r o s t e s s i p r e s c e l t a .

a r t . 5 L ' i n s t a l l a z i o n e , d i norma,- verrà e f f e t t u a t a a cura d e l l ' A m m i n i s t r a z i o n e Comunale l a qual e , a l a v o r o u l t i m a t o , addebiterà a i r i c h i e d e n t i i l costo d e l l a manodopera d e l pe r s o n a l e ed e v e n t u a l i a l t r i c o s t i s o s t e n u t i .

Dovrà e s s e r e impegno d e i r i c h i e d e n t i mantenere costantemente i n ord i n e e p u l i t a l a bacheca, e i n p a r t i c o l a r e per q u e l l e r i s e r v a t e a i g i o r n a l i , a s s i c u r a r e l ' e s p o s i z i o n e g i o r n a l i e r a o p e r i o d i c a ma comunque aggiornata a l l a data d i pubblicazione. E ' i n o l t r e a c a r i c o d e i medesimi i l pagamento d e l l a T a s s a Occupazione S p a z i e d e l l a t a s s a p e r l a pubblicità e q u a n t ' a l t r o p r e v i s t o d a l l a n ormativa i n v i g o r e .

a r t . 7 Qualora non ve n i s s e r o r i s p e t t a t e l e condizioni d i c u i a l l ' a r t . 6 per un periodo d i 45 g i o r n i , l'Amministrazione Comunale provvedere a richiamare formalmente g l i inadempienti. Dopo t a l e richiamo i l p r o t r a r s i d e l l *indempienza d i u l t e r i o r i 45 g i o r n i produrrà l a c o n f i s c a d e l l a bacheca.

a r t . 8 La responsabilità per quanto verrà a f f i s s o n e l l e bacheche non potrà i n a l c u n modo r i c a d e r e s u l l ' A m m i n i s t r a z i o n e Comunale, ma sarà a c a r i c o d e g l i a s s e g n a t a r i s t e s s i ;

Le bacheche d i P a r t i t i e/o Gruppi che per q u a l s i a s i motivo dovessero r e c e d e r e o s c i o g l i e r s i , d i v e r r a n n o d i proprietà d e l l ' A m m i n i s t r a z i o n e Comunale.
