What is Fire Resistant Doorset?

A Doorset is a complete assembly with afire-resistance rating (i.e. 30min, 60min,120min) fitted as part of a passive fireprotection system to reduce the spread offire and smoke between compartmentsand to enable way out from a building.

What Does a Doorset Include?

The Doorset includes door leaf with fireresistance hardware, hardwood framewhich consist of intumescent strip andsmoke seal, typically called a “Doorset“fixed on to a structure that holds the firedoor assembly in place.
