Faster results through rational analysis

Today’s market is generally dominated by complex software requiring intensive training. The results-orientedengineer requires a user-friendly software that concentrates on the essentials. The program was designed with afunctional and simple user interface in mind (Windows-oriented) allowing the user to benefit from it immediatelywithout extensive training.Operation is very simple: select a measuring device, connect the transmission cable, transmit the data online, orfrom a storage medium to the PC or Laptop, then display and analyse it.The software “HYDROcomsys/WIN32” enables any HYDROTECHNIK measuring device equipped with an RS232 orUSB interface to transmit data.Data may be displayed graphically as well as in tables. Graphics may be processed and enhanced with text.Results can be printed or stored as data sheet or report format.Test curves may be transposed to monitor long-term invesitgations; the system also facilitates easy checking ofrepeat measuring. Results are either stored on diskette or simply transmitted as email attachments.The current line of communication between the service engineer and production or between development dept.and component manufacturer may thus be considerably shortened.This powerful software is a simple link between PC and measuring device and makes advanced analysis possiblein numerous industrial systems.

Practical , hand held meausuring devices must be user-friendly. ISDS sensors are automatically detected by themeasuring device during the power-up phase and thefollowing parameters are recognised: measuring range, thephysical size, the unit of measure, the signal exit and thecharacteristic curve.Confusing sensors and the need to enter sensor-specificdata are, therefore, a thing of the past.The Multi-Handy 3050 with storage capacity andconnectivity to many standard printers, real-time clock andPC-interface meets today’s challenges.The unit has a simple to use menu operation similar to thatin mobile phones.

Input channels: Four in total3 analogue input, 6-pins: 0 to 20 mA, switchable to 4-20 mA1 frequency input, 6-pins

Recognition of connected ISDS sensors

Standard measures: Pressure, pressure peaks, pressure differences, volume flow rate, revolutions, direct current, voltage,force, torque, distance and speed are freely selectable with 5-character displayrevolution: from 60 min -1 (with reference to 1 measuring point) 5-character display

Measuring rate: Analogue: 1 msFrequency input: between 0,25 Hz to 56 Hz a single period measurement.

From 56 Hz on the measuring time is constant = 17.7 ms.

State-of-the-art hand held measuring devices must conformwith modern technical requirements.Upon power-up it activates a new comfortable sensorrecognition covering all ISDS-sensors. The previouslyrequired presetting is no longer necessary; measuring maycommence immediately.A comfortably readable display presents the stored datagraphically. This type of presentation is more meaningful thanthe laborious calculation of numerous different values. We areconvinced that you will not want to miss these functions in thefuture.Simply follow the logically designed menu to carry out yourdesired program.
