Fazit für eine moderne Ernährungsstrategie
• Nicht nach Makronutrienten unterscheiden (Low-‐Carb, Low-‐Fat, Vegan, etc), sondern die Gefährdungspoten&ale kennen.
• Eine ausgewogene Ernährung ist immer noch langfris&g die beste.
• Vermeiden von falschen Zuckern (Fructose/Alkohol) und falschen FeZen (trans-‐FeZe, Omega 6 FA!!)
• Vollkorn ist noch lange nicht gesund (cave moderner Weichweizen ist immunologisch ak&v!!)
