a three months training in a well disciplined atmosphere.

To inculcate among trainees the aspects of

communication skills , leadership, camaraderie, discipline

and patriotism.

To enable the candidates to seek better jobs

commensurate with their qualifications and capabilities

by enhancing their employability and thereby contribute

to the alleviation of unemployment.

To bring the SC/ST and other eligible backward

communities to the main stream through proper training.

To make a healthy society of disciplined and learned

young generation willing to serve the nation.

Footprint

There are around 50 study centres in Kerala

with each centre having an enrollment of

approximately 50 students

NAPT has drawn a plan for major expansion

in India covering four states in the first phase

and later for a pan India foot print

The organization is headquartered at

Thiruvanathapuram, the capital of Kerala

with centres across the State

Business model

Each SBA will have number of

District Business Associates (DBA)

under it. Number of DBA depends

on the population and requirement

of that particular state. In order to

get the SBA status one has to pay a

fees Rs 2 crore in equal installments

to NAPT

DBA and it has to appoint at least

3-5 study centres under it. Each

DBA has to pay Rs. 10 lac in equal

installments for getting the DBA

status.
