UVODNIK
Spoštovani bralci Biltena in ljubitelji slovenskih poštnih znamk,
poletje in s tem čas počitnic ali vsaj nekoliko bolj lagodnih dni sta za nami in spet je čas, da vam predstavimo nove slovenske poštne znamke. Še prej pa bo zagotovo dobrodošla informacija o spremembi cen poštnih storitev: od 1. avgusta 2018 namreč veljajo višje cene za prenos nekaterih pošiljk v notranjem in mednarodnem prometu.
Če izpostavim le glavne spremembe, je nova cena za standardno pismo v notranjem prometu 0,43 EUR (prej 0,40 EUR), kar ustreza nominali A, nova cena za navadno pismo do 50 g pa 0,52 EUR (prej 0,48 EUR), kar ustreza nominali B.
Nova cena za standardno pismo v mednarodnem prometu (nominala C) je 1,17 EUR (prej 1,00 EUR), nova cena za navadno pismo do 50 g v mednarodnem prometu (nominala D) pa je 1,31 EUR (prej 1,26 EUR).
V tej številki Biltena predstavljamo znamko Euromed Postal ter razglednično dopisnico, posvečeno 150. obletnici prvega slovenskega tabora, ki sta izšli že 9. julija. Pripravili smo tudi pet novih rednih poštnih znamk, tiskanih na samolepilnem papirju v polah po 50 znamk. Na njih so predstavljene ogrožene vrste sesalcev iz različnih življenjskih okolij.
Ponovno iskreno vabljeni v svet slovenskih poštnih znamk.

Sehr geehrte Bulletin-Leser und Liebhaber slowenischer Briefmarken,
der Sommer und damit die Ferien- und Urlaubszeit oder zumindest die schönen Tage liegen nun hinter uns und es wird wieder Zeit, Ihnen die neuen Ausgaben slowenischer Briefmarken vorzustellen. Doch zuvor wird die Nachricht über die Preisänderungen für Postdienstleistungen sicherlich willkommen sein. Ab dem 1. August 2018 gelten nämlich höhere Preise für Postsendungen im In- und Auslandsverkehr.
Um nur die wichtigsten Änderungen hervorzuheben: Das neue Porto für Standardbriefe im Inlandsverkehr (Nennwert A) beträgt 0,43 € (früher 0,40 €), für gewöhnliche Briefsendungen bis zu 50 g (Nennwert B) liegt das neue Porto bei 0,52 € (früher 0,48 €).
Das neue Porto für Standardbriefe im Auslandsverkehr (Nennwert C) beträgt 1,17 € (früher 1,00 €), das neue Porto für gewöhnliche Briefsendungen bis zu 50 g im Auslandsverkehr (Nennwert D) liegt bei 1,31 € (früher 1,26 €).
In dieser Bulletin-Ausgabe stellen wir Ihnen die Briefmarke Euromed Postal und die Bildpostkarte, die dem 150. Jahrestag der ersten slowenischen Tabor-Versammlung gewidmet ist und am 9. Juli erschien, vor. Zudem haben wir fünf neue selbstklebende Dauermarken im Bogen zu je 50 Marken vorbereitet. Als Motive werden gefährdete Säugetiere aus verschiedenen Lebensräumen vorgestellt.

Dear Bulletin readers and Slovene postage stamp enthusiasts,
The summer, and with it the holidays or at least a slightly more leisurely routine, is now behind us and it is once again time to present our new Slovene postage stamps to you. Before I do, here is some useful information about changes in the prices of postal services: from 1 August 2018 onwards the prices of some domestic and international postal services have increased.
To highlight only the main changes, the new price for a standard domestic letter is €0.43 (previously €0.40), which corresponds to the A rate, while the new price for an ordinary letter weighing up to 50 g is €0.52 (previously €0.48), which corresponds to the B rate.
The new price for a standard international letter (C rate) is €1.17 (previously €1.00) and the new price for an ordinary international letter weighing up to 50 g (D rate) is €1.31 (previously €1.26).
In this issue of the Bulletin we present a new Euromed Postal stamp and a picture postcard dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the first Slovene national rally, both of which came out on 9 July. We have also prepared five new definitive stamps, printed on self-adhesive paper in sheets of 50 stamps. They show endangered mammals from a variety of habitats.
Once again, welcome to the world of Slovene postage stamps.

Škrateljnova domačija v Divači
Med ohranjenimi primeri kraške stavbne dediščine v Sloveniji je tudi Škrateljnova hiša v Divači. Današnja podoba hiše je posledica postopnih sprememb, ki so jedro stavbe, zgrajeno v 17. stoletju, preoblikovale. Stavba je dobila novo podobo z novo namembnostjo. V tem odličnem stavbnem primeru je od leta 1998 Muzej slovenskih filmskih igralcev in igralk s stalno razstavo življenja in dela igralke Ide Kravanje (z umetniškim imenom Ita Rina), ki se je rodila 7. julija 1907 v Divači. V nekdanjih hlevih je še stalna razstava slovenskih filmskih igralcev in igralk, hram s skednjem pa je preurejen v večnamensko dvorano. Na zaprtem kraškem dvorišču ali borjaču je osrednji družabni prostor. Tako je Škrateljnova hiša danes urejeno pričevanje o slikoviti kraški stavbni dediščini, ki je bila s strokovnimi prizadevanji rešena pred propadom po koncu druge svetovne vojne.
Nadstropna Škrateljnova hiša je torej zanimivo pričevanje o stavbnem razvoju od 17. stoletja dalje. Strokovnjaki domnevajo, da so v 18. stoletju pozidali mogočen kaminski dimnik, v tem ali naslednjem stoletju naj bi hiša dobila tudi značilne stebričke, uredili so zunanje kamnito stopnišče, ki je zamenjalo prvotno leseno, in poskrbeli za še nekatere spremembe v stavbnem pohištvu. Streha hiše je tudi danes pokrita s staro kraško kritino, tj. s kamnitimi škrlmi ali škrlami, izjemno so oblikovani kamniti okenski okviri in vratni portali. Staro jedro hiše iz 17. stoletja dokazuje navezanost na zasnove starejše stavbne dediščine na Krasu.

Der Škratelj-Hof in Divača
Zu den erhaltenen Beispielen des slowenischen Architekturerbes der Karstregion gehört auch das Škratelj-Haus in Divača. Das heutige Erscheinungsbild des Hauses ist die Folge schrittweiser Veränderungen, die den Kern des im 17. Jahrhundert erbauten Hauses zu einem restaurierten und erneuerten Erscheinungsbild mit neuem Nutzungszweck umgestalteten. In diesem ausgezeichneten Beispiel der Karst-Architektur befindet sich seit 1998 das Museum der slowenischen Filmschauspieler mit der Dauerausstellung über das Leben und Wirken von Ida Kravanja (mit Künstlernamen Ita Rina), die am 7. Juli 1907 in Divača geboren wurde. In den einstigen Stallungen gibt es noch eine Dauerausstellung über slowenische Filmschauspieler und -schauspielerinnen, während der Speicher und die Scheune zu einem Multifunktionssaal umgebaut wurden. Der geschlossene Karst-Innenhof ist der zentrale gesellschaftliche Raum. Das Škratelj-Haus ist heute ein gepflegtes Zeugnis des malerischen Architekturerbes der Karstregion, das durch fachmännische Bemühungen vor dem Verfall nach dem Ende des Zweiten Weltkrieges gerettet worden ist.
Das mehrgeschossige Škratelj-Haus ist also ein interessantes Zeugnis der Entwicklung der Architektur seit dem 17. Jahrhundert. Experten vermuten, dass der mächtige Schornstein des Kamins im 18. Jahrhundert gebaut worden war. Damals oder im 19. Jahrhundert soll das Haus auch die typischen Säulen erhalten haben, ebenso sollen die steinerne Außentreppe, welche die einstige Holztreppe ersetzte, und noch einige Veränderungen der Baumöbel entstanden sein. Das Dach des Hauses hat heute eine traditionelle Karst-Bedachung, d. h. mit Steinschindeln. Eine außergewöhnliche Form haben die steinernen Fensterrahmen und Türportale. Der alte Kern des Hauses aus dem 17. Jahrhundert zeugt von der Verbundenheit mit den Grundelementen des älteren Architekturerbes in der Karstregion.

The Škratelj House in Divača
The Škratelj House in Divača (SW Slovenia) is a notable example of the architectural heritage of Slovenia's Karst region. The house owes its present-day appearance to a process of gradual changes that has seen the nucleus of the building, built in the seventeenth century, renovated and converted to a new purpose. Since 1998, this fine example of rural architecture has housed the Museum of Slovene Film Actors, including a permanent exhibition dedicated to the life and work of the actress Ida Kravanja (professionally known as Ita Rina), born in Divača on 7 July 1907. The former stables contain a permanent exhibition on Slovenia's screen stars, while the storehouse and barn have been converted into a multipurpose hall. The traditional walled yard or borjač is a place to meet and mingle. The Škratelj House today is a fine example of the picturesque architectural heritage of the Karst region, saved from ruin by the efforts of experts after the Second World War.
The two-storey house itself is an interesting example of architectural development from the seventeenth century onwards. Experts believe that the house's tall chimney was built in the eighteenth century, while the distinctive little columns and the external stone staircase (replacing the original wooden steps) were added in the same period or in the following century, along with a number of other changes to fixtures and fittings. The house is today roofed in the traditional Karst style with stone slates. The stone window and door frames are of remarkable design. The old seventeenth-century nucleus of the house shows a direct connection to an older architectural tradition in the Karst.

150. obletnica prvega slovenskega tabora v Ljutomeru
V pomladi narodov leta 1848 je bil izoblikovan slovenski narodni program Zedinjena Slovenija, po katerem naj bi se vsi prebivalci slovenskih dežel združili v skupno enoto z deželnim zborom, v kateri bi slovenščina dobila veljavo uradnega jezika. Program je dobival podporo s podpisovanjem peticije, narodno gibanje pa je s kulturne ravni prešlo na politično raven. Po preoblikovanju monarhije v dualistično Avstro-Ogrsko so mlajši slovenski liberalni politiki leta 1868 sprožili niz zborovanj na prostem – taborov, katerih osrednja točka je bila zahteva po uveljavitvi programa Zedinjena Slovenija in uradni rabi slovenskega jezika. Prvi slovenski tabor je bil sklican 9. avgusta 1868 v Ljutomeru, na njem se je zbralo kar 7000 ljudi. V taborskem gibanju se je do zadnjega tabora v Zgornjih Buhljah pri Grabštajnu 9. avgusta 1870 zvrstilo 18 taborov, največji je bil v Vižmarjih pri Ljubljani 17. maja 1869, kjer se je zbralo 30.000 udeležencev. Tabori so bili sklicani ob nedeljskih popoldnevih, poleg osrednje točke so govorniki obravnavali še gospodarske, šolske, upravne in lokalne zadeve. Zaradi množičnosti in naraščajočega vpliva gibanja med prebivalstvom je vlada tabore prepovedala, gibanje je sčasoma zamrlo, slovenska politika pa se je razcepila na dva tabora.

Während des Frühlings der Nationen 1848 wurde das slowenische Nationalprogramm Vereintes Slowenien ausgearbeitet, demzufolge alle Bürger slowenischer Länder unter einer Vertretungskörperschaft mit Landtag vereint sein sollten, in dem Slowenisch als offizielle Sprache gelten sollte. Das Programm erhielt durch die Unterzeichnung von Petitionen eine breite Unterstützung und so stieg die nationale Bewegung von der kulturellen Ebene zur politischen Bewegung auf. Nach Umgestaltung der Monarchie in die Doppelmonarchie Österreich-Ungarn organisierten jüngere slowenische liberale Politiker 1868 eine neue Reihe politischer Versammlungen unter freiem Himmel, sog. Tabor, deren Schwerpunkte die Forderung nach der Umsetzung des Programms des Vereinten Sloweniens und des offiziellen Gebrauchs der slowenischen Sprache waren. Die erste slowenische Versammlung (Tabor) fand am 9. August 1868 in Ljutomer statt, an der 7000 Menschen teilnahmen. Die Tabor-Bewegung umfasste bis zur letzten Versammlung in der Ortschaft Zgornje Buhlje pri Grabštajnu (damals Oberwuchl bei Grafenstein) am 9. August 1870 insgesamt 18 Versammlungen. Die größte Massenversammlung fand am 17. Mai 1869 in Vižmarje bei Ljubljana statt, an der 30.000 Menschen teilnahmen. Die Versammlungen fanden an Sonntagnachmittagen statt. Außer dem Hauptpunkt der Tagesordnung sprachen die Redner noch Themen aus der Wirtschaft, Bildung, Verwaltung sowie lokale Themen an. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Teilnehmer und des steigenden Einflusses der Bewegung auf die Bevölkerung wurden die Versammlungen von der Regierung verboten. Die Bewegung wurde mit der Zeit schwächer und kam zum Stillstand, während sich die slowenische Politik in zwei Lager teilte.

150th anniversary of the first Slovene national rally in Ljutomer
The Slovene national programme United Slovenia was formulated in the year 1848, the "Spring of Nations". Under this programme, all the inhabitants of the Slovene lands would unite to form a single unit with their own provincial parliament or assembly, in which Slovene would be recognised as the official language. The programme obtained support through the circulation and signing of a petition, and the national movement made the transition from the cultural to the political level. In 1868, following the transformation of the Austrian Empire into the Dual Monarchy of Austria-Hungary, young Slovene liberal politicians organised a series of outdoor rallies, the central demands of which were the implementation of the United Slovenia programme and the official use of the Slovene language. The first Slovene rally was held on 9 August 1868 in Ljutomer and attracted 7,000 people. The movement organised a total of 18 rallies, ending with the last one in Zgornje Buhlje/Oberwuchel near Grabštajn/Grafenstein, today part of the Austrian state of Carinthia on 9 August 1870. The largest rally took place at Vižmarje near Ljubljana on 17 May 1869 and brought together 30,000 participants. The rallies were held on Sunday afternoons and, as well as the principal issues, speakers addressed economic, educational, administrative and local matters. The mass participation and the growing influence of the movement on the population led the government to prohibit the rallies. The movement eventually died out, with Slovene politics splitting into two camps.

Evrazijski ris
Ris (Lynx lynx) je bil v preteklosti prisoten na celotnem območju Slovenije. V začetku 20. stoletja je izumrl predvsem zaradi izgube življenjskega prostora in pomanjkanja plena. Leta 1973 so v Slovenijo iz Slovaške pripeljali in ponovno naselili šest risov. Naselitev je bila uspešna in risi so se kmalu razširili tudi v sosednje države. Po 45 letih razvoja v izolaciji je danes dinarska populacija risa genetsko izrazito osiromašena in mu brez ustreznih varstvenih ukrepov grozi ponovno izumrtje.
Planinski zajec
Planinski zajec (Lepus timidus) živi v večjem delu alpskega sveta in v višjih legah predalpskega sveta v Sloveniji. To je hkrati tudi skrajni jugovzhodni rob njegove razširjenosti v srednji Evropi. Planinski zajec se z barvo kožuha sezonsko dobro prilagaja okolju, v katerem živi, saj je njegov kožuh poleti rjavkasto siv, pozimi pa snežno bel. Izdajajo ga le vse leto črne konice uhljev. Najpogosteje se zadržuje na planinskih pašnikih, gorskih livadah, visokih barjih in v ruševju, pozimi tudi v gozdovih visokogorja in sredogorja.
GEFÄHRDETE SÄUGETIERE
Eurasischer LuchsDer Luchs (Lynx lynx) kam in der Vergangenheit in ganz Slowenien vor. Infolge des Verlustes des Lebensraumes und des Beutemangels starb er Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts aus. 1973 wurden sechs Luchse aus der Slowakei in Slowenien neu angesiedelt. Die Wiederansiedlung war erfolgreich und die Luchse begannen sich bald auch in die Nachbarländer zu verbreiten. Nach 45 Jahren Entwicklung in der Isolation ist die dinarische Luchspopulation heute genetisch extrem verarmt und dem Luchs droht ohne entsprechende Schutzmaßnahmen das erneute Aussterben.
SchneehaseDer Schneehase (Lepus timidus) lebt in großen Teilen der Alpen und in höheren Lagen des Voralpenlandes in Slowenien. Dies ist zugleich auch das südöstlichste Randgebiet seines Vorkommens in Mitteleuropa. Der Schneehase passt sich mit seiner Fellfarbe saisonal gut an die Umgebung, in der er lebt, an. Er trägt ein braungraues Sommerkleid und ein schneeweißes Winterkleid. Allein die immerzu schwarzen Ohrenspitzen heben sich vom übrigen Fell ab. Am häufigsten hält sich der Schneehase auf Almweiden und Bergwiesen, in Hochmooren und Bergkieferwäldern, im Winter auch in den Wäldern des Hoch- und Mittelgebirges auf.
SumpfspitzmausDie Sumpfspitzmaus (Neomys anomalus) ist an das Leben im Wasser angepasst. Dank der Schwimmborsten an den Hinterfüßen und am unteren Schwanzrand, welche die Schwimmfläche vergrößern, ist sie ein guter Schwimmer. Ihre Beute jagt die Sumpfspitzmaus im Wasser und an Land. Sie ernährt sich von Wirbellosen, wie zum Beispiel Insekten und Schnecken, sowie von kleineren Fischen, Kaulquappen von Amphibien und von kleineren Amphibien. Sie lebt in der Sumpf- und Ufervegetation in Flussniederungen, Karstfeldern und anderen Niederungen, wo es Still- oder fließende Gewässer gibt.
ENDANGERED MAMMALS
Eurasian lynxThe Eurasian lynx (Lynx lynx) was once present across the entire territory of Slovenia. It died out in the early twentieth century as a result of habitat loss and a shortage of prey. In 1973 six lynxes were brought to Slovenia from Slovakia in an attempt to reintroduce the species. This proved successful, and lynxes soon spread to neighbouring countries. Today, after 45 years of development in isolation, the Dinaric lynx population shows clear signs of genetic impoverishment and unless adequate protective measures are taken is once again faced with the threat of extinction.
Mountain hareThe mountain hare (Lepus timidus) is found across a large part of Alpine and Prealpine Slovenia. This is also the far south-eastern extremity of its distribution in central Europe. The mountain hare is well adapted to the environment in which it lives, with its brownish-grey summer fur changing to snow-white in winter. Only the black tips of its ears give it away throughout the year. The mountain hare is most commonly found in mountain pastures and forest meadows, on high moors and amid dwarf pines. In winter it is also found in mountain and highland areas.
Mediterranean water shrewThe Mediterranean water shrew (Neomys anomalus) is well adapted to life in the water. Bristles on its hind paws and the underside of its tail help it swim more easily. It hunts its prey both in the water and on land. It feeds on invertebrates such as insects and snails and also on small fish, tadpoles and small amphibians. It lives in marshy and riparian vegetation in river valleys, karst poljes and other lowland areas where standing or flowing water is present.
OtterThe otter (Lutra lutra) is a member of the Mustelidae family and the best adapted to life in water. Adult males weigh around 9 kg and are slightly bigger than the females, which usually weigh a third less. The otter's body is covered with thick, dark brown fur, which enables it to stay dry in the water. Otters live in streams, rivers and lakes and, in some parts of Europe, even in the sea. Otters are good swimmers and swim fast underwater to catch fish, their primary source of food. They also feed on freshwater crustaceans and, in the warmer part of the year, on amphibians, when these are found in and by the water.
WeaselThe weasel (Mustela nivalis) is the smallest member of the Mustelidae family and Europe's smallest carnivore. It inhabits a large part of the temperate climate belt in the northern hemisphere. It mainly chooses areas with dense vegetation where there is a sufficiency of small mammals. It feeds on rodents, particularly voles, and more rarely on birds, birds' eggs, fish, frogs and insects. It avoids marshy areas. Weasel numbers are declining in many areas as a result of changes in farming practices.

Močvirska rovka
Močvirska rovka (Neomys anomalus) je prilagojena življenju v vodi. Zahvaljujoč plavalnim ščetinam na stopalih zadnjih nog in spodnjem robu repa, ki povečujejo plavalno površino, je dober plavalec. Svoj plen lovi tako v vodi kot na kopnem, hrani pa se z nevretenčarji, kot so žuželke in polži, pa tudi z manjšimi ribami in paglavci dvoživk ter manjšimi dvoživkami. Živi v močvirni in obrežni vegetaciji po rečnih podoljih, kraških poljih in drugih nižinskih legah, kjer je prisotna stoječa ali tekoča voda.
Vidra
Vidra (Lutra lutra) sodi v družino kun in je med našimi kunami najbolj prilagojena življenju v vodi. Odrasli samci tehtajo okoli 9 kg in so nekoliko večji od samic, ki so navadno za tretjino lažje. Telo pokriva izredno gost, temno rjav kožuh, ki vidri omogoča, da v vodi ostane suha. Živi v potokih, rekah in jezerih, ponekod v Evropi pa tudi v morju. Vidra pod vodo s hitrim in spretnim plavanjem lovi ribe, ki predstavljajo večji del njene prehrane. Poleg rib se rada hrani še s potočni raki, v toplem delu leta, ko se dvoživke zadržujejo ob in v vodi, pa so tudi te pomemben del njene prehrane.
Mala podlasica
Mala podlasica (Mustela nivalis) je najmanjši predstavnik družine kun in najmanjša zver v Evropi nasploh. Živi v večjem delu zmernega podnebnega pasu na severni polobli. Izbira predvsem okolja z gosto vegetacijo, kjer je dovolj malih sesalcev. Hrani se z glodavci, predvsem voluharicami, redkeje pticami, njihovimi jajci, ribami, žabami in žuželkami. Izogiba se močvirnim območjem. V številnih območjih se zaradi sprememb v kmetijskih praksah njihova številčnost zmanjšuje.

FischotterDer Fischotter (Lutra lutra) gehört zur Familie der Marder und ist von den in Slowenien vorkommenden Mardern am besten an das Wasserleben angepasst. Die ausgewachsenen Männchen haben ein Körpergewicht von etwa 9 kg und sind ein wenig größer als die Weibchen, die gewöhnlich ein Drittel weniger wiegen. Den Körper bedeckt ein extrem dichtes, dunkelbraunes Fellkleid, das dem Fischotter ermöglicht, im Wasser trocken zu bleiben. Fischotter leben in Bächen, Flüssen und Seen, in manchen Teilen Europas auch im Meer. Der Fischotter kann unter Wasser mit schnellem und geschicktem Schwimmen Fische jagen, die den größten Teil seiner Nahrung darstellen. Außer Fischen ernährt er sich auch gerne von Flusskrebsen. In den wärmeren Jahreszeiten, wenn sich Amphibien am und im Wasser aufhalten, stellen auch diese einen bedeutenden Teil seiner Nahrung dar.
MauswieselDas Mauswiesel (Mustela nivalis) ist der kleinste Vertreter der Familie der Marder und das kleinste Raubtier in Europa überhaupt. Es lebt in großen Teilen der gemäßigten Klimazone der Nordhalbkugel. Es sucht sich vorwiegend Umgebungen mit dichter Vegetation aus, wo es genügend kleine Säugetiere gibt. Es ernährt sich von Nagetieren, vor allem Wühlmäusen, seltener von Vögeln und ihren Eiern, Fischen, Fröschen und Insekten. Es vermeidet Sumpfgebiete. In vielen Gebieten geht ihre Zahl aufgrund von Veränderungen in der Landwirtschaft zurück.

The Pivka Seasonal Lakes Nature Park
The Pivka Seasonal Lakes Nature Park, established in 2014, covers an area of 140 square kilometres, 99% of which is included in the Natura 2000 network.
Water determines the rhythm of life between two extremes – severe drought and flooded fields. The area's blend of fields, meadows and forest demonstrates human adaptation to the rhythm set by the water. Abundant rainfall leads to the formation of lakes in karst depressions. These are not permanent lakes and are therefore referred to as seasonal or intermittent. Up to 17 seasonal lakes can be found in the Pivka basin, a number that makes them unique in the world. The largest of them is Palčje Lake (Palško jezero), which when full is the size of 300 football pitches. The longest-lasting is Petelinje Lake (Petelinjsko jezero), where the water remains for more than half the year.
In summer the lakes mysteriously disappear into the karst underground and, instead of water, nature offers us wonderful meadows full of sweet-smelling flowers, colourful butterflies and birdsong.A rich variety of species are to be found in and around the Pivka seasonal lakes. The area also offers a habitat to large carnivores: bear, wolf and lynx. It is also home to flora and fauna that have already disappeared from other parts of the world, and to an endemic shrimp of the Chirocephalidae family that is found only in Petelinje Lake.
The maintenance of healthy environment, clean drinking water and a high level of biodiversity is a key condition for quality of life and sustainable development for the present and future generations.

Landschaftspark der Sickerseen von Pivka
Der Landschaftspark der Sickerseen von Pivka wurde im Jahr 2014 gegründet und erstreckt sich auf einer Fläche von 140 km2. 99 Prozent des Parks gehören zum Natura-2000-Netzwerk.
Das Wasser bestimmt den Lebensrhythmus zwischen zwei Extremen – großer Dürre und überschwemmten Feldern. Die Verflechtung von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern in der Landschaft zeugt von der Anpassung des Menschen an den vom Wasser bestimmten Rhythmus. Bei starkem Niederschlag entstehen in Karstmulden Seen, die nur vorübergehend sind, daher werden sie Sickerseen genannt. In der Region um Pivka kann man 17 Sickerseen finden, die ihrer Anzahl nach einzigartig auf der Welt sind. Der größte ist der Palčje-See (slow. Palško jezero), der während der Seenbildung eine Fläche von 300 Fußballfeldern umfasst, der beständigste ist jedoch der Petelinje-See (slow. Petelinjsko jezero), in dem das Wasser über ein halbes Jahr vorhanden ist.
Im Sommer verschwinden die Seen auf geheimnisvolle Weise in der unterirdischen Karstwelt und anstelle von Wasser bietet die Natur wunderbare Wiesen, voller duftender Wiesenblumen, farbenfroher Schmetterlinge und Vogelgesang.In der Region der Sickerseen von Pivka gibt es eine große Artenvielfalt. Ihren Lebensraum haben hier auch Großraubtiere wie Bären, Wölfe und Luchse gefunden. Hier leben auch Pflanzen und Tiere, die anderenorts auf der Welt bereits ausgestorben sind, sowie der Krebs Chirocephalus croaticus, ein Endemit, der nur im Petelinje-See vorkommt.
Die Erhaltung der gesunden Umwelt, des sauberen Trinkwassers und der großen Biodiversität sind die Voraussetzungen für ein qualitätsvolles Leben sowie eine nachhaltige Entwicklung der jetzigen und künftigen Generationen.

Krajinski park Pivška presihajoča jezera
Krajinski park Pivška presihajoča jezera je bil ustanovljen leta 2014, meri 140 km2 , 99 odstotkov ozemlja je vključenega v omrežje Natura 2000.
Voda določa ritem življenja med dvema skrajnostma – hudo sušo in poplavljenimi polji. Preplet polj, travnikov in gozda v pokrajini izpričuje prilagoditev človeka ritmu, ki ga določa voda. V kraških kotanjah se ob obilnem dežju pojavijo jezera, ki niso stalna, zato jih imenujemo presihajoča. Na Pivškem je moč najti kar 17 presihajočih jezer, ki so s svojo številčnostjo edinstvena v svetu. Največje je Palško jezero, ki je v času ojezeritve veliko za kar 300 nogometnih igrišč, najbolj obstojno pa Petelinjsko, v katerem voda obstane več kot pol leta.
Poleti jezera skrivnostno izginejo v kraško podzemlje, namesto vode pa nam narava ponudi čudovite travnike, polne dišečih cvetlic, pisanih metuljev in ptičjih napevov.Na Pivških presihajočih jezerih imamo bogato vrstno pestrost. Svoj življenjski prostor so tu našle tudi velike zveri, medved, volk in ris. Tukaj živijo tudi rastline in živali, ki so drugod po svetu že izginile, in pa endemit rakec škrgonožec, ki živi le na Petelinjskem jezeru.
Ohranjanje zdravega okolja, čiste pitne vode in visoke biotske pestrosti so pogoj za kakovostno življenje ter trajnostni razvoj sedanje in prihodnjih generacij.

Bovška ovcaBovška ovca je slovenska avtohtona pasma ovac, ki je namenjena prireji mleka in zgodaj odstavljenih jagnjet. Nastala je v Zgornjesoški dolini in dobila ime po kraju Bovec, kjer jo tudi največ redijo. Zaradi dobrih proizvodnih lastnosti in prilagojenosti na strme alpske pašnike je pasma razširjena na širšem območju Zgornjesoške doline, pa tudi na drugih območjih Slovenije. Zaradi majhne populacije jo uvrščamo med kritično ogrožene pasme.Živali te pasme so bele, črne ali pisane barve in imajo majhen telesni okvir. Za bovško ovco je značilna dobra mlečnost, zato je glavni proizvod ovčje mleko, ki ga rejci tradicionalno predelujejo v sir in tržijo pod zaščiteno blagovno znamko »Bovški sir«.
Posavski konjPosavski konj je slovenska avtohtona pasma, ki se je izoblikovala na območju porečja reke Save na Hrvaškem in v Sloveniji v preteklem stoletju, na osnovi avtohtone populacije kobil, z oplemenjevanjem z različnimi pasmami žrebcev. Danes je pasma razširjena ob spodnjem toku reke Save na območju Krškega in Brežic, redijo jo tudi na Hrvaškem. Velikost populacije posavskih konj se v zadnjih letih nekoliko povečuje, vendar je populacija kljub temu kritično ogrožena. Konje uporabljajo tudi za lažja kmetijska opravila na polju in v gozdu, za rekreativne namene in v turizmu, zlasti za vprego. Konji so manj zahtevni za šolanje in hitro sprejmejo delo pod sedlom in v vpregi.
Rjavo govedoRjavo govedo je tradicionalna pasma goveda, ki ima v Sloveniji dolgoletno tradicijo. Rjavo govedo odlikuje velika prilagodljivost skromnejšim razmeram reje, dolgoživost, odpornost in odlično izkoriščanje voluminozne krme. Temni parklji omogočajo uspešno pašo tudi na kamnitih kraških tleh. Pri pasmi so možni številni odtenki rjave do sive barve dlake, z možnostjo rahlih belih pigmentiranih delov. Rjava pasma je kombinirana pasma goveda, ki jo redijo rejci, usmerjeni v intenzivno in manj intenzivno prirejo mleka. Glavne odlike rjavega goveda so visoka prireja beljakovinsko bogatega mleka, ki omogoča najboljši izplen pri predelavi mleka v sir, dobra odpornost in plodnost, mirnost in prilagodljivost na različne pogoje reje ter podnebja. Rjavo govedo postaja tudi vse pomembnejša pasma za ekološko prirejo mleka.
ŽIVALSTVO – DOMAČE ŽIVALI Bovec-Schaf
Das Bovec-Schaf (Krainer Steinschaf) ist eine slowenische autochthone Schafrasse, die zur Milchproduktion und Aufzucht von früh entwöhnten Lämmern gezüchtet wird. Die Rasse entstand im Oberen Soča-Tal und erhielt ihren Namen nach der Ortschaft Bovec, wo auch die meisten Schafe gezüchtet werden. Dank der guten Milchproduktionseigenschaften und der Anpassungsfähigkeit an steile Alpenweiden ist die Rasse im weiten Gebiet des Oberen Soča-Tals wie auch in anderen Gebieten Sloweniens verbreitet. Aufgrund der geringen Population gehört das Bovec-Schaf zu den kritisch gefährdeten Rassen.Die Bovec-Schafe sind weiß, schwarz oder gescheckter Farbe und haben einen kleinen Körperrahmen. Das Bovec-Schaf ist für seine gute Milchergiebigkeit bekannt, daher ist das Hauptprodukt Schafsmilch, welche die Züchter auf traditionelle Art zu Käse unter dem geschützten Markennamen „Bovec-Käse“ (slow. „Bovški sir“) verarbeiten.
Posavina-PferdDas Posavina-Pferd ist eine slowenische autochthone Rasse, die sich im vorigen Jahrhundert im Einzugsgebiet der Sava in Kroatien und Slowenien entwickelte, und zwar auf der Grundlage der autochthonen Stutenpopulation durch Veredelung mit verschiedenen Hengstrassen. Heute ist die Rasse am unteren Flusslauf der Sava im Gebiet um Krško und Brežice verbreitet und wird auch in Kroatien gezüchtet. Die Anzahl der Posavina-Pferde hat sich in den letzten Jahren ein wenig erhöht, doch ist die Population trotzdem kritisch gefährdet. Die Pferde werden auch für leichtere landwirtschaftliche Arbeiten auf dem Feld und im Wald eingesetzt, ebenso fürs Reiten in der Freizeit und im Tourismus, insbesondere für Pferdegespanne. Die Pferde sind schnell lernfähig und nehmen die Arbeit mit Sattel und im Gespann gut auf.
BraunviehDas Braunvieh ist eine traditionelle Rinderrasse, die in Slowenien eine lange Tradition hat. Das Braunvieh zeichnet sich durch hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit an bescheidenste Zuchtbedingungen, Langlebigkeit, Widerstandsfähigkeit und effektive Nutzung von voluminösem Futter aus. Die dunklen Klauen ermöglichen eine gute Weide auch auf steinernen Karstböden. Die Rasse kann zahlreiche Farbtöne des Fells von braun bis grau haben, möglich sind auch leicht weiß pigmentierte Teile. Das Braunvieh ist eine kombinierte Rinderrasse, die von Züchtern gezüchtet wird, die auf eine intensive oder weniger intensive Milchproduktion ausgerichtet sind. Das Braunvieh zeichnet sich vor allem durch seine hohe Erzeugung von proteinreicher Milch, welche die beste Ausnutzung bei der Verarbeitung von Milch zu Käse ermöglicht, durch seine gute Widerstandsfähigkeit, Fruchtbarkeit, Ruhe sowie Anpassungsfähigkeit an unterschiedliche Zucht- und Klimabedingungen aus. Das Braunvieh wird auch für die ökologische Milchproduktion eine immer bedeutendere Rasse.
Bovec sheepThe Bovec sheep is a breed of domestic sheep native to Slovenia that is raised for milk and meat (early weaned lambs). The breed originated in the Upper Soča Valley and takes its name from the town of Bovec, which is also where the largest number are farmed. Thanks to its good qualities as a milk and meat producer and its adaptation to steep alpine pastures, the breed has spread across the wider area of the upper Soča Valley and to other areas of Slovenia. Owing to its small population, it is considered a critically endangered breed.The sheep of this breed are white, black or bicolour and small-framed. The Bovec sheep is a good milk producer, so the main product is sheep's milk, which farmers traditionally make into cheese and sell under the trademark name "Bovec cheese".
Posavina horseThe Posavina horse is an indigenous breed originating from the basin of the river Sava in Croatia and Slovenia in the past century, the result of crossing the native mare population with stallions of various breeds. Today the breed is found along the lower course of the Slovenian stretch of the Sava in the Krško and Brežice areas. It is also bred in Croatia. The size of the Posavina horse population has increased slightly in recent years but the breed nevertheless remains critically endangered. It is distinguished by a good slaughter yield. Posavina horses are also used for light agricultural work in fields and forests, for recreational purposes and in tourism, particularly as harness horses. The horses are relatively easy to train and adapt quickly to saddle and harness work.
Brown cowThe brown cow is a traditional breed with a long history in Slovenia. The breed is notable for its adaptability to poor conditions and for its longevity, hardiness and excellent conversion of coarse fodder. Its dark hooves also allow it to graze successfully in rocky karst areas. Coat colours include numerous shades of brown, ranging to grey, with the possibility of white pigmented areas. The brown cow is a combined breed of cattle bred by farmers focusing on intensive and less intensive milk production. The breed's main distinctions are high production of protein-rich milk (which allows the best yield when converting milk to cheese), hardiness and good fertility, docility and adaptability to different breeding conditions and climates. The brown cow is also becoming an increasingly important breed for organic milk production.

Drežnica goat
The Drežnica goat, named after the village of Drežnica, is Slovenia's only native goat breed. It is found in the Bovec and Drežnica areas. The breed is critically endangered and therefore the primary aim of breeders is to increase the population and prevent inbreeding.
Drežnica goats are grazing animals and very well suited to extensive (free-range) conditions. There are two types of Drežnica goats: in the Bovec area they are farmed as dairy animals. A typical local product, "Bovec cheese" is made from a specific blend of raw, full-fat goat's, sheep's and cow's milk. In the Drežnica area the goats are raised for their meat. The goats graze in mountain pastures from the early spring until the start of winter and are farmed exclusively for kid meat production. Males have impressive horns that can grow to up to a metre in length. Most females are also horned.

Drežnica-Ziege
Die Drežnica-Ziege ist die einzige slowenische autochthone Ziegenrasse, die ihren Namen nach dem Dorf Drežnica erhielt. Sie ist im Gebiet von Bovec und Drežnica verbreitet. Die Rasse ist kritisch gefährdet und so ist das Hauptziel der Zucht die Steigerung der Population und die Verhinderung der Paarung unter verwandten Tieren.
Die Drežnica-Ziegen sind extreme Weidetiere und für die extensiven Zuchtbedingungen sehr geeignet. Es gibt zwei Typen der Drežnica-Ziege. Im Gebiet von Bovec werden die Tiere im Milchtyp gezüchtet. In einem bestimmten Verhältnis aus roher, vollfetter Ziegen-, Schafs- und Kuhmilch wird der typische regionale Bovec-Käse hergestellt. Im Gebiet von Drežnica werden die Tiere im Fleischtyp gezüchtet. Die Ziegen weiden auf der Alm vom Vorfrühling bis zum Frühwinter und werden ausschließlich für die Erzeugung von Kitzfleisch gezüchtet. Die Hörner bei den Böcken sind mächtig und können auch bis zu einem Meter lang werden. Auch die meisten Ziegen haben Hörner.

ŽIVALSTVO – DOMAČE ŽIVALI
Drežniška koza
Drežniška koza je edina slovenska avtohtona pasma koz, ki je dobila ime po vasi Drežnica. Razširjena je na območju Bovca in Drežnice. Pasma je kritično ogrožena, zato je glavni rejski cilj povečevanje populacije in preprečevanje parjenja v sorodstvu.
Koze drežniške pasme so izrazito pašne živali in zelo primerne za ekstenzivne pogoje reje. Poznamo dva tipa drežniških koz: na območju Bovca redijo živali v mlečnem tipu. V določenem razmerju iz surovega, polnomastnega kozjega, ovčjega in kravjega mleka izdelujejo značilen “bovški sir”. Na območju Drežnice redijo živali v mesnem tipu. Koze pasejo na planini od zgodnje pomladi do začetka zime in jih redijo izključno za prirejo mesa kozličev. Rogovi pri kozlih so veličastni, saj lahko dosežejo tudi en meter v dolžino. Rogatih je tudi večina koz.

SLOVENSKI FILMI
On Our Own LandOn 21 November 1948 the first Slovene post-war feature-length film On Our Own Land (Na svoji zemlji) had its premiere at the Kino Union in Ljubljana. This was a fully professional production and, as critics enthusiastically noted at the time, an "art" film. This date stands as the symbolic date of the last act of the birth of Slovene professional filmmaking. The film is a "partisan film", both by its genre and for the fact that it was made by former partisans. At a commemoration a decade ago, it was pointed out by some of the surviving members of the cast and crew that the film contains surprisingly little propaganda. According to actress Štefka Drolc, that is why the film "looks better and better". Ageing well is a reliable sign of quality. The film's message is not defined by slogans blaming "united reactionary forces" for denying us Trieste, or by black-and-white portrayals of the anti-communist domobranci or home guard. Above all it radiates a stubbornly proud persistence, the message that we have existed and want to exist as Slovenes, "in the heart of Europe", as the working title of the film put it. However, "the Sloveneness of the film in the three-year-old Yugoslavia was not something that was taken for granted" (Aleksander Valič). Even less so, though in a different sense, were Slovenia and Sloveneness something taken for granted by the recently liberated inhabitants of the Primorska region. The Bača Valley setting thus became a metaphor for a small, closely huddled, poor and sunless patch of native soil that despite this – or even because of this – is still deserving of our love. What enabled this miracle? Certainly not only the film's talented director France Štiglic, who was then just 28 years old. Only love is capable of real miracles: the sense of connection that united all those involved in making the film, both those from Ljubljana and those from the Bača Valley.

Auf eigenem Land
Am 21. November 1948 fand im Kino Union in Ljubljana die Premiere des ersten slowenischen abendfüllenden Tonfilms der Nachkriegszeit „Auf eigenem Land“ (slow. „Na svoji zemlji“) statt, ein in Gänze professioneller und damals stolz als „künstlerischer“ Film bezeichnet. Es handelt sich um ein symbolisches Datum des letzten Aktes der Geburt der slowenischen professionellen Kinematographie. Dem Genre nach ein Partisanenfilm, der von ehemaligen Partisanen gedreht wurde. Vor einem Jahrzehnt stellten die immer noch vitalen Mitwirkenden am Film bei einer Feier in der Kinothek in Ljubljana weise fest, dass es im Film überraschenderweise wenig Propaganda gibt. Daher ist der Film „mit den Jahren immer schöner anzusehen“ (Štefka Drolc, Schauspielerin). Ein schönes Altern ist ein verlässliches Zeichen für Qualität. Die Botschaft des Filmes wird nämlich nicht durch feindliche Parolen gegen Italien und die schwarzweiße Darstellung der slowenischen Heimwehrkämpfer (Domobranzen) bestimmt. Aus dem Film weht vor allem sture und stolze Ausdauer und die Botschaft hervor, dass sich die Slowenen erhalten haben und auch weiterhin bestehen wollen. Und dies „im Herzen Europas“, wie der Arbeitstitel des Filmes lautet. Doch „das Slowenentum des Films war im drei Jahre alten Jugoslawien keine Selbstverständlichkeit“ (Aleksander Valič, Schauspieler). Noch weniger und in anderer Weise waren Slowenien und das Slowenentum eine Selbstverständlichkeit für die Einwohner der gerade von italienischer Okkupation befreiten Küstenregion Primorska. Der Schauplatz Baška grapa, eine enge Schlucht des Flusses Bača, wurde somit zur Metapher für ein kleines, enges, ärmliches und schattiges, trotz allem oder gerade deswegen liebenswertes Fleckerl Heimat. Und wie kam dieses Wunder zustande? Sicher nicht nur dank des talentierten, damals gerade erst 28 Jahre alten angelernten Regisseurs France Štiglic. Wahre Wunder vollbringt nur die Liebe: die Verbundenheit, welche das am Film mitwirkende Team vereinte, sowohl jene Mitwirkende aus Ljubljana als auch jene aus dem Bača-Tal.

Na svoji zemlji
21. novembra leta 1948 je bila v Kinu Union v Ljubljani premiera prvega slovenskega povojnega zvočnega igranega celovečernega filma Na svoji zemlji, v celoti profesionalnega, in kot so zanosno pisali takrat, “umetniškega” filma. Gre za simboličen datum zadnjega dejanja rojstva slovenske profesionalne kinematografije. Film je partizanski, tako po žanru kot po tem, da so ga posneli nekdanji partizani. Pred desetletjem so takrat še vedno vitalni sodelavci na slovesnosti v kinoteki modro ugotavljali, da je propagande v filmu presenetljivo malo. Zato se film “čedalje lepše gleda” (Štefka Drolc). Lepo staranje je zanesljiv znak kakovosti. Tistega, kar nam film sporoča, namreč ne določajo parole v slogu, da nam Trst odreka »združena reakcija« in črno-belo slikani domobranci. Iz njega veje predvsem trmasto ponosna vztrajnost, sporočilo, da smo kot Slovenci obstali in da hočemo obstati. In to “v srcu Evrope”, kot pove delovni naslov filma. Vendar “slovenskost filma v tri leta stari Jugoslaviji ni bila samoumevna” (Aleksander Valič). Še manj sta, sicer drugače, bili Slovenija in slovenskost samoumevni za pravkar osvobojene Primorce. Prizorišče Baška grapa je tako postala metafora za sicer malo, stisnjeno, revno in senčno, vendar kljub temu, ali celo prav zato ljubezni vredno rodno grudo. In kaj je omogočilo ta čudež? Gotovo ne samo talentirani, a komaj 28 let star priučen režiser Štiglic. Pravih čudežev je zmožna samo ljubezen: povezanost, ki je združevala ustvarjalce filma, tako tiste iz Ljubljane kot one iz Baške grape.

IZŠLO BO NOVEMBRA 2018
Izšlo bo novembra 2018
Kot je že stalnica zadnjih izidov znamk v letu, bodo ponovno izšle štiri redne, praznične znamke na samolepilnem papirju. Tudi letos bosta dve znamki z božičnima in dve z novoletnima motivoma, vse bodo tiskane v polah po 50 znamk ter v zvežčkih. Navedene štiri praznične znamke bodo spremljali tudi pripadajoči ovitki prvega dne.
Ob koncu leta bomo izdali še eno serijo rednih poštnih znamk, tokrat na temo ekologije. Serija se bo imenovala Naše okolje, motivi petih rednih znamk, tiskanih na samolepilnem papirju v polah po 50 znamk, pa bodo: obnovljivi viri energije, čist zrak, voda kot pomembna dobrina, zmanjševanje količine odpadkov ter mikroplastika v morju. Nominale teh znamk bodo 0,05 EUR, 0,10 EUR, 0,20 EUR, 0,35 EUR in 0,50 EUR.
Druga znamka serije Slovenci po svetu bo posvečena Slovencem v ZDA. Znamka bo izšla v poli 25 znamk, njena nominala pa bo 0,52 EUR.
Serijo znamk, s katero obeležujemo 100. obletnico I. svetovne vojne, nadaljujemo z znamko v poli 25 znamk in nominalo 0,52 EUR. Obeležili bomo tudi 100. obletnico bojev Maistrovih borcev za severno mejo. Znamka bo izšla v poli 25 znamk, njena nominala pa bo 0,85 EUR.Ob 100. obletnici izida prve slovenske poštne znamke bo izšla znamka v poli 25 znamk z nominalo 0,43 EUR.
Pričenjamo tudi z novo serijo znamk Kmečke hiše na Slovenskem. Prva znamka v bloku bo prikazovala Benkovo hišo, njena nominala pa bo 2,15 EUR.
Novembra bo izšla tudi znamka v bloku, s katero bomo obeležili mednarodni dan invalidov. Nominala te znamke bo 0,63 EUR. S še eno znamko v bloku pa bomo obeležili 100-letnico slovenskega baleta. Nominala te znamke bo 1,17 EUR.
Opomba:Predstavljeni so nekateri osnutki znamk, pri katerih še lahko pride do sprememb.
Neuerscheinungen im November 2018
Wie alle letzten Neuerscheinungen von Briefmarken im Jahr erscheinen auch diesmal vier selbstklebende Dauerbriefmarken mit Festtagsmotiven. Auch in diesem Jahr gibt es je zwei Briefmarken mit Weihnachts- und Neujahrsmotiven. Alle Marken erscheinen im Bogen zu je 50 Marken und in Heftchen. Die vier festlichen Briefmarken gibt es samt passenden Ersttagsbriefen (FDC).
Zu Jahresende erscheint noch eine Reihe von Dauerbriefmarken, diesmal zum Thema Ökologie. Die Reihe mit dem Namen Unsere Umwelt umfasst fünf Dauerbriefmarken auf selbstklebendem Papier im Bogen zu je 50 Marken. Die Motive sind erneuerbare Energien, saubere Luft, Wasser als wertvolles Gut, Verringerung der Abfallmengen und Mikroplastik im Meer. Die Nennwerte dieser Briefmarken liegen bei 0,05 €, 0,10 €, 0,20 €, 0,35 € und 0,50 €.
Die zweite Briefmarke der Reihe Slowenen in der Welt ist den Slowenen in den USA gewidmet. Die Briefmarke erscheint im Bogen mit 25 Marken mit einem Nennwert von 0,52 €.
Die Briefmarkenreihe 100 Jahre seit dem Ersten Weltkrieg setzen wir mit einer Briefmarke im Bogen mit 25 Marken und einem Nennwert von 0,52 € fort. Ebenso erinnern wir an das 100-jährige Jubiläum der Kämpfe der Einheiten von General Rudolf Maister für die Nordgrenze. Die Briefmarke erscheint im Bogen mit 25 Marken mit einem Nennwert von 0,85 €.100 Jahre der Ausgabe der ersten slowenischen Briefmarke feiern wir mit einer Briefmarke im Bogen mit 25 Marken mit einem Nennwert von 0,43 €.
Im November erscheint auch ein Block mit Briefmarke anlässlich des Internationalen Invalidentages. Der Nennwert der Briefmarke liegt bei 0,63 €. Mit noch einem Block mit Briefmarke feiern wir 100 Jahre slowenisches Ballett. Der Nennwert der Briefmarke liegt bei 1,17 €.

Due in November 2018
As is now usual with the last stamp issues in the year, Pošta Slovenije will once again be issuing four definitive festive stamps on self-adhesive paper. Once again this year, these will consist of two Christmas stamps and two New Year stamps issued in sheets of 50 and booklets. The four festive stamps will be accompanied by the corresponding first day covers.
At the end of the year we will be issuing one more series of definitive postage stamps, this time on the theme of the environment. The series will be called Our Environment and the five definitive stamps, printed on self-adhesive paper in sheets of 50, will address the following themes: renewable energy sources, clean air, water as a vital resource, waste reduction, and microplastics in our seas and oceans. The face values of these stamps will be €0.05, €0.10, €0.20, €0.35, and €0.50.
The second stamp in the Slovenes around the World series will be dedicated to Slovenes in the USA. This stamp will be issued in a sheet of 25 stamps, and will have a face value of €0.52.
We continue our series of stamps marking the centenary of the First World War with a stamp with a face value of €0.52, issued in a sheet of 25. We will also mark the centenary of the campaign for the northern border fought by General Maister's fighters. This stamp will be issued in a sheet of 25 stamps and will have a face value of €0.85.To mark the centenary of the first Slovene postage stamp issue, we will issue a stamp with a face value of €0.43 in a sheet of 25.
In November we will issue a miniature sheet featuring a stamp marking the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The stamp will have a face value of €0.63. One more stamp will be issued in a miniature sheet to mark 100 years of Slovene ballet. The stamp will have a face value of €1.17.
