株式会社高知銀行と高知高専双方が保有する研究技術、情報及びノウハウ等を活用することで、地域の発展と新産業育成などの産業振興に取り組んでいます。シーズ発表会や連携公開講座「こども金融・科学教室」等を開催しています。

南国市と双方の連携協力に関する協定を締結し連携協議会を設置しています。相互に協力し、人材の育成と地域社会の振興、発展に寄与することを目的に、出前授業や夏休みこども教室、教養講座等の実施やイベントへの出展を行っています。

Sydney Institute of Technology との学術交流に関する協定（姉妹校提携）学生並びに教員の交流を通じて、対等で友好的な関係を築き、教育並びに学術研究の両面で協力を促進するために協定を締結しました。平成 28 年度は、第 10 回海外語学研修を実施しました。

高知県警察とサイバーセキュリティに関する協定高知県警察と高知高専が相互に連携し、不正アクセスなどのサイバー空間の脅威に連携して対応するためのものです。不正アクセスなどに関する情報共有や技術交流が盛り込まれ、警察官が高知高専の教材で技術を学んだり、警察官が学生に防犯教室を開いたりします。

Agreement on Academic Exchange with Sydney Institute of Technology (Sister School Affiliation)An agreement was concluded to establish equal and friendly relationship and promote collaboration both in educational and academic sides through the exchange of students and teachers. The 10th Overseas English Program was held in 2016.

Collaboration Agreement with Nankoku CityA collaboration agreement was concluded with Nankoku City and the council for collaboration was established. We cooperate for the purpose of fostering human resources and promoting regional development to deliver visiting lectures, summer workshops for children, civil education programs, and make presentations in local events.

Collaboration Agreement with The Bank of Kochi, Ltd.The Bank of Kochi, Ltd. and NIT（KOSEN）, Kochi College collaborate to promote regional vitalization and industry development such as fostering new businesses by utilizing the respective knowledge, skills, and information we have.We deliver presentation meetings on business seeds and collaborative lectures "Finance and Science Workshop for Children."

Collaboration Agreement on Cyber Security with Kochi Prefectural Police DepartmentThis agreement was concluded in order for Kochi Prefectural Police Department and NIT（KOSEN）, Kochi College to collaboratively address various threats in cyber space and it includes information sharing and technology exchange on unauthorized accesses and more. It is expected that police officers learn relevant technologies through materials offered by NIT（KOSEN）, Kochi College and that they provide crime prevention seminars for students.
