ĮVADAS
Navigacijoje ypač svarbu yra teisingai mokėti įvertinti hidrometeorologines sąlygas, norint
išvengti papildomų problemų. Šiais laikais meteorologinė informacija yra ne sunkiai pasiekiama,
tačiau reikia mokėti ją skaityti ir panaudoti praktikoje. Šio darbo tikslas yra įvertinti duoto maršruto
hidrometeorologines sąlygas, sudaryti tikslų vaizdą apie artėjančius pavojus laivybai ir parinkti
atitinkamą maršrutą. Taip pat norint parodyti prognozių tikslumą bus lyginami faktiniai orai su
prognozėmis.

Planuojamas išplaukimas iš Walvis Bay uosto 2016m. Vasario 13d. 0500 UTC laiku, atstumas
– 720Jm, kelionės trukmė lygiai 3 paros, vidutiniu greičiu 10 mazgų. Kursas sudarytas atsižvelgiant
į hidrometeorologines prognozes ir locijose pateiktą medžiagą apie navigacinius pavojus. Atvykimas
prognozuojamas tų pačių metų Vasario 16d 0500 UTC laiku.

4. WALVIS BAY
Walvis bay uostas (22°57‘S, 14°30‘E) įsikūręs vakarinėje Namibijos pakrantėje Pietrytinėje
Walvis bay pusėje. Pagrindinė uosto paskirtis – žvejybos industrija. Eksporto prekes sudaro žuvis ir
jos produktai, druska, varis, švinas, granitas, marmuras ir guanas. Dažniausiai importuojama
sunkioji technika, fosfatai, bitumas ir kiti naftos produktai.
Uosto vartai tarp Pelican Point (22°52,4‘S, 14°26,8‘E) ir Bird Rock, 5 mylios i rytus. Vartų
gylis – 12,8m. Laivai privalo visada turėti gylio atsargos bent 0,6m ir 1,2m iškastuose kanaluose.
Giliausia krantinė – konteinerių terminalas, o ilgiausia – pagrindinė prieplauka. Vidutinė
siziginių potvynių amplitudė apie 1,4m, vidutinė kvadratūrinių potvynių amplitudė apie 0,6m.

Maksimalus laivo ilgis 243m, o grimzlė 12,8m.
4.1 Informacija apie uosto navigacinius ypatumus
Dėl uosto radijo ryšio skaityti Admirality List of Radio Signals Volume 6(3). Numanomas
atplaukimo laikas turėtų būti pranešamas 72 valandos iki atplaukimo arba 96 valandos, jei į šį
periodą įeina sekmadienis arba valstybinė šventė. VHF ryšys turėtų būti sukurtas laivui priartėjus
prie uosto per 20 Jm. Laivai gali inkaruotis nustatytose vietose pažymėtose numeriais 1 ir 2, kurios
yra pažymėtos jūrlapyje. Locmanas yra privalomas uosto teritorijoje ir dirba nuo 0600 iki 2000.
Locmanas priima laivus 5 kabeltovai į Šiaurės Vakarus nuo Fairway Light-buoy (55°52,8‘S,
14°30,0‘E.

Dažniausiai sutinkami vėjai uoste yra SW krypties. NW krypties vėjai bet kokio dydžio yra
labai reti uosto teritorijoje. Žiemą stiprūs E krypties išneša nemažai vandens iš uosto ekvatorijos.
Rūkai yra dažni nepriklausomai nuo metų laiko, bet dažnesni arti kranto rudenį ir žiemą. Jie gali
atsirasti net prie 5 boforto skalės vėjų SW krypties, o žiemą ir vyraujant NW vėjams. Žema, smelėta
kranto linija ypač apsunkina sąlygas priplaukiant prie uosto rūko metu.

5. CAPE TOWN
Cape Town uostas yra įsikūręs Table Bay (33°55,5‘S, 18°25,7‘E). Šis uostas yra vienas
didžiausių uostų pietiniame pusrutulyje. Pagrindinės eksporto prekės yra vaisiai, vynas, sulčių
koncentratai, mėsa, žuvis, granito luitai, varis, tekstilė ir statybinės prekės. Importuojama daugiausia
sunkioji technika ir žaliavos. Įplaukimas į uostą iš N, per W, iki SSW, arba per eismo juostas arba
priekrantės laivų eismo zonas. Galimas praplaukimas pro Robbeneiland (33°48,4‘S, 18°22,0‘E) iš
šiaurės arba iš pietų. Mažiausias uosto priplaukimo gylis yra 15,7m. Giliausia ir ilgiausia krantinė
Main Quay in Ben Schoeman Dock. Siziginių potvynių amplitudė siekia 1,5m. Kvadratūrinių
potvynių amplitudė siekia 0,6m. Vandens tankis 1,025 g/cm3. Maksimalus laivo ilgis 370m, plotis
87m ir 12,8m grimzlė. Tankeriai ir laivai gabenantis pavojingus krovinius ar sprogmenis
neleidžiami švartuotis naktį. Apie atvykimą į uostą privaloma pranešti 96, 72 ir 1 valandą prieš
atplaukimą.
5.1 Metinė orų statistika
Nuo balandžio vidurio iki rugsėjo vidurio vyrauja N ir NW krypties vėjai. Jie retai pučia
stipriai iš šių pusių, tačiau dažnai keičiasi į W ir SW krypties vėjus ir sustiprėja. Blogiausias oras ir
stipriausi vėjai dažniausiai pasireškia vėjo krypčiai pasikeitus į W ir SW. Gruodžio, sausio ir vasario
mėnesiais patariama inkaruotis kuo labiau, kiek leidžia gylis į rytus.

Susisteminus visą surinktą medžiagą ir atlikus užduotis aiškiai matome, jog prognozės yra gan
tikslios. Per 24 valandas pastebimi tik maži nukrypimai nuo faktinių orų, nors reiso metu nebuvo
