What We Do

Permanent Staff

Our service fee’s are very competitive. In addition, if for any reason the employee does not fill your needs or leaves your company in the first 3 months, NB will provide you a replacement at no additional cost.

Temporary Staff

The candidate will stay as an NB employee for the first 640 hours of service at a rate that defies that of our competitors. When they have completed the 640 hours, you are free to hire them with no additional costs. NB is responsible for paying the costs related to income taxes, social benefits, handling all WSIB claims until they are hired by you.
