    I. Part Operation :- To mt phn chu trnh gia cng trong tin trnh sn xut. Khi m mt NCManufacturing Workbench trn mt ti liu CATPart hoc CATProduct, tiliu gia cng s khi ng mi mt phn chu trnh gia cng mc nh.- Khi mun to mt Part Operation mi, hoc khi to NC t Start v munnhp chi tit mi vo gia cng ta s s dng lnh to Part Operation mi.

    1. Click nt Part Operation ICon . Mt Part Operation mi c m ratrong Manufacturing Process v mt i tng Part Operation c thmvo Tree. truy cp cc thng s ca Part Operation, ta Click p vo itng Part Operation trn cy ph h hoc s dng Menu ng cnh. Hpthoi Part Operation c m ra.

    2. Nu cn, nhp tn mi ca Part Operation vo hp Name v nhpComment cho Part Operation.3. Click vo Machine ICon trn hp thoi thit lp mt my cng c choPart Operation. Hp thoi Machine Editor xut hin.

    4. Chn loi my cng c CNC mong mun bng cch Click vo cc IContng ng.

    + 3-Axis Machine : My cng c 3 trc.

    + 3-Axis Machine with rotary table : My cng c 3 trc vi bnquay (4 trc).

    + 5-Axis Machine : My cng c 5 trc.

    + Horizontal Lathe Machine : My tin trc nm ngang.

    + Vertical Lathe Machine : My tin trc thng ng.

    + Multi-Slide Lathe Machine : My tin nhiu bn xe dao.- Vi mi loi my, u c cc Tab thng s xc nh cc thng s ca mynh trc chnh Spindle; danh sch dao Tool Catalog; - Biu tng my s c t vng ResourcesList cng vi cc dng cct trn cy ph h.

    5. Click nt Machining Axis ICon gn mt trc to tham kho camy vo Part Operation. Mt hp thoi Machining Axis xut hin. Cc to OutPut s c din t theo h trc to ch nh ny khng k khi trc to a phng ca my c Insert vo chng trnh.

    6. Click nt Product ICon lin kt mt chi tit c sn vo PartOperation. Mt ca s trnh duyt c m ra chn chi tit c sn voPart Operation. Chn chi tit v Click OK.

    7. Chn cc Tab Geometry chn cc dng hnh hc nh chi tit, phi Stock,n Part Operation. chn Click nt v chn sau chn i tng trong mn hnh ho riPress phm ESC, nu khng mun chn th Click p.

    - Design Part : Chn chi tit trong mn hnh ho (ch cho m phng).Hu dng nu mun m phng sau s ct vt liu.

    - Stock : Chn i tng nh dng phi trong mn hnh ho nhngha phi ban u. Khi m phng phi s c hnh dng ca i tng cchn.

    - Fixtures : Chn i tng lm g. Hu dng nu mun m phngct vt liu sau ny. Nu mun mt s g t c th, c th thit k tt ccc chi tit ca g, sau lp rp chi tit, g ln vi nhau hon chnh.Cho vo gia cng v dng lnh ny cng nh cc lnh trn chn cc itng tng ng m phng s cho ra s mong mun.- Safety Plane: Chn mt phng Plane lm mt phng an ton chung choPart Operation.8. Chn Position Tab nh ra im tham kho trn Part Operation nhim thay i dao Tool Change Point, im ci t tm Table Center Setup,im gc Home Point.9. Chn Option Tab nh ra kiu NC Output sinh ra cho chu trnh ProfileContour l mi dao tiu chun Standard Tool Tip hay Cutter Profile.10. Click OK to Part Operation.

    II. Manufacturing Program :- Mc ny nm trong Part Operation. Dng qun l cc chng trnh giacng v n cha cc chng trnh gia cng. C tc dng to, chn chngtrnh gia cng, xp th t s dng Copy/Paste hoc Drag/Drop hoc xo ccchng trnh gia cng, iu chnh 1 chng trnh gia cng.- Sau khi to song Part Operation s tip tc to tip ManufacturingProgram c th to cc chng trnh gia cng trong n ng vi my v ccthng s k thut to trong Part Operation.- Click nt Manufacturing Program sau Pick vo Part Operation tosn trong cy ph h to ti liu Manufacturing Program trong n.- Hnh sau minh ho s tip ni c xp xp trn cy ph h.- C th dng chut ko th hay Copy/Paste hoc Cut/Paste thay i th tcc chng trnh gia cng cng nh nhn bn cc chng trnh gia cng.Click p c th iu chnh cc chng trnh gia cngvvv hoc xo bn.

    III. Organize Machining Processes in a Catalog:- Thit lp tin trnh gia cng trong mt Catalog.Start > Infrastructure > Catalog Editor Workbench.1. cha mt qu trnh gia cng nh l mt Catalog Component, chnCatalog Editor Workbench t Start Menu.

    2. Click Add Family ICon to mt h i tng. Hp thoi hin ra.3. Nhp tn cho Component Family. Click OK.4. Click p vo tn ca Component Family trong mn hnh ho.

    5. Click Add Component ICon to mt Catalog Component. Hpthoi hin ra.6. Click Select External Feature, sau chn Component Family trong mnhnh ca ti liu chng trnh gia cng *.CATProcess.

    7. Click OK to chng trnh gia cng ca Catalog Component Family.8. Click File > Save as Save Catalog.

    IV. Apply a Machining Process:- p t mt chng trnh gia cng t Catalog vo mt chi tit cn gia cng.

    1. Chn Open Catalog ICon . S dng ca s trnh duyt m Catalog to trc .2. Click p vo tn ca Catalog Component Family to.3. Click p vo tin trnh gia cng p t chng trnh gia cng c trongCatalog Component Family. Mt hp thoi xut hin cho php p t chngtrnh gia cng. 2 kiu nhp c th c nh ngha:

    - Geometry to Machine- Insertion level in a Program.

    4. Chn chi tit (chnh xc hn l chn phn gia cng ca chi tit) giacng. C th l mt phn ca chi tit hoc mt mu gia cng.

    - Sau Click OK trong hp thoi.5. Chng trnh c cp nht cha ng Operations trong MachiningProcess.

    V. Insert a Tool Change:

    T thanh cng c Auxiliary Operations .- To, chn mt dng c ct trong chng trnh. C th thm dng c ct ccb hoc to ra tt c dng c ct cn thit t ng thay i trong chng trnh.Add a Tool Change Locally:1. Trong cy ph h, chn i tng chng trnh mun Add Tool Change.2. Chn ICon cn thit trong thanh cng c Tool Change Toolbar. Hp thoihin ra.

    3. Chn Tool Tab Page nh ra dng c tham kho. C th tinhnh mt trong cc cch sau:- To mt dng c ct mi.- Chn dng c ct khc c trong ti liu .

    - Chn dng c ct khc trong ti liu hoc trong Catalog .

    4. Chn Tool Assembly Tab Page nu mun nh ra c im cngngh lp rp ca dng c ct vo trc chnh my.

    5.Chn Syntax Tab Page .6. Click OK to Tool Change trong trng trnh. Dng c c Add lncy ph h.- Click Replay hin th dng c ct va to hoc va iu chnh ti imthay dng c ct.Generate tool changes automatically:1. Right Click vo Manufacturing Program trong cy ph h v chnGenerate Tool Changes t Menu ng cnh. Chng trnh s Updated vi ttc cc dng c ct c to ra.2. Delete Tool Changes c t ng to ra. Right Click voManufacturing Program trong cy ph h v chn Delete Generated ToolChanges t Menu ng cnh. Tt c dng c ct c t ng to ra c xob t chng trnh.

    VI. Insert a Machine Rotation :- Machine Rotation l to s quay ca bn my. Lnh ny s Insert MachineRotation trong chng trnh. C th Add Machine Rotations cc b Locallyhoc to ra tt c Machine Rotation thch hp mt cch t ng trongchng trnh Generate.Add a Machine Rotation Locally1. Trong cy ph h, chn i tng chng trnh mun add MachineRotation,sau chn Machine Rotation ICon . Hp thoi hin ra:

    2. Chn hng quay: Theo chiu kim ng h (Clockwise); Ngc chiu kimng h (Counter-Clockwise); Shortest.

    3. Nhp gi tr gc quay. Bn my c quay bi gc ny quanh trc (A, B,C). Trc ny c nh ngha bi my tham kho bi Part Operation. Kiuquay c thit lp bi kiu tuyt i Absolute.

    4. Chn Syntax Tab Page .5. Click OK chp nhn vic to Machine Rotate trong chng trnh.- to Generate Machine Rotations Automatically. Right Click vo itng Manufacturing Program trong cy ph h v chn Generate MachineRotations trong Menu ng cnh. Chng trnh ny c cp nht vi tt cMachine Rotations cn thit.- xo Delete Machine Rotations that were automatically Generated.Right Click vo Manufacturing Program trong cy ph h v chn DeleteGenerated Machine Rotations t Menu ng cnh. Tt c Machine Rotationst ng to ra s c xo b khi chng trnh.

    VII. Insert A Machining Axis or Origin :- Lnh ny dng to mt h trc to gia cng v gc to gia cngtrong chng trnh. N l h to dng tnh ton ng dng cToolpath.- V d: Cc to xut ra c tnh ton trong h to gia cng AXS1 vigc to Origin (0,0,0) l:

    Tng t cng vi ng Toolpath trong mt h to gia cngMachining Axis AXS2 vi Origin (0,0,20) l:

    1. Click nt Machining Axis ICon . Hp thoi hin ra.2. Chn biu tng Origin h trc to ng a ra.3. Chn 1 im hoc 1 ng trn nh ngha gc to ca h trc to gia cng.

    4. Chn 1 trong cc trc (trc Z chng hn) trong ICon ng nh nghahng ca trc . Mt hp thoi hin ra:

    - C th nh ngha trc Z bng tay Manual (chn 1 ng thng hoc 1cnh no , hoc chn 2 im trong mn hnh nh ngha hng), hocc th nhp vct ca trc Z nh hng trc Z bng cch nhp vo cctrc X, Y, Z cc gi tr ( 1...1 ). Hoc c th quay trc Z (Angles) quanh 1 trcno . Thng ngi ta nh ngha trc Z trc do mt XY lun vung gcvi trc Z.- Click OK xc nhn hng.6. Lp li vi cc trc khc hoc cc mt phng XZ, YZ.7. C th Click Origin Checkbook nu mun ch nh mt Origin.- Cho kiu my no n c th c s dng nh ngha mt OriginNumber v Group . Kt qu s nh sau:

    Dng cui cng c Origin l (0,0,0) v s Number (1) v nhm Group (1).

    8. Nhp tn ca trc to gia cng to. Tn ny s c hin th trnmn hnh.9. Chn Syntax Tab Page .- Chn Initialize from PP words table CheckBox tra cu trc to giacng hoc Origin nh ngha trong PP table c tham kho bi PartOperation.- Mt khc, nhp mt PP Instruction cho h trc to gia cng hoc Orgin.C php do ngi dng nh ngha ny khng lin kt vi PP Table v gi trca n khng c kim tra bi chng trnh.10. Click OK to h trc to gia cng hoc origin h tr chu trnhtrong chng trnh.

    VIII. Insert a PP Instruction :- PP Instruction: Ch lnh cha ng cc hm iu khin c h tr chomi quan h dng c-chi tit (Tool-Part). Chng c th c bin dch biPost Processor ch nh.1. Trong cy ph h Tree, chn i tng chng trnh tham kho. PPInstruction s c thm vo sau i tng ny trong chng trnh.

    2. Click nt Post-Processor Instruction ICon . Hp thoi xut hin:

    3. Nhp c php ca PP Instruction. C th lm theo cc cch sau:- Nhp 1 hoc nhiu c php PP Word lin kt trong vng Text.

    - Click trong hp thoi truy cp PP Words la chn.

    4. Chn Word Major mong mun. Nu c php c nh ngha cho MajorWord ny trong bng chng cng cho php c la chn. S la chn chin th trong vng la chn hin hnh. Nu c php la chn cha ng ccthng s (v d &RVAL), s c nhc hon thnh c php vi gi tr s.Click Apply thm c php la chn cho PP Instruction.

    IX. Edit a Tool in the Resource List:- Bin tp mt dng c trong danh sch ngun.1. Click p hoc Right Click n trong Menu ng cnh v chn Definition.Hp thoi hin th cho php iu chnh cc thng s hnh hc ca dng c,cc thng s cng ngh, iu kin ct gt v c im b dao ca n.2. Click nt More>> m rng hp thoi truy cp Geometry, Technology,Feeds & Speeds, v trang b dao Compensation Tab pages.3. C th nh ngha thng s hnh hc dng c Geometry Tool bng 2 cch:- C1: Click p vo cc thng s trong ICon v nhp s liu vo hp thoic to ra.- C2: Nhp s liu vo trang Geometry Tab Pages. ng vi cc k hiu sliu trn hnh v.

    4. Technology Tool Tab Pages: Thng s cng ngh ca dng c ct.

    - Number of Flutes: S rng dao.- Way of Rotation: Hng quay ca rnh. Ci ny tng ng vi hng quayca trc chnh.- Machining Quality: Cht lng gia cng (th, tinh)- Tooth Material: Vt liu rng ct.- Tool rake Angle: Gc trc ca dao ct.- Max Machining Length: di gia cng ln nht.- Max Life Time: Tui ct ca dng c (thi gian ct cho n khi phi mi lidao hoc phi thay dao).- Composition: Kt cu dao theo kiu ch to dao lin (1 Piece) hoc daomnh rng chp (Insert Holder).5. Feeds & Speeds Tab: Tab Pages xc nh cc thng s ct ca dng c.

    6. Nu Tool Compensation (b dao) c i hi, Click Compensation tab.

    - Right Click v tr tng ng iu chnh v add thm d liu b dao. ChnAdd trong Menu ng cnh hin ra. Hp thoi hin ra:

    - V tr b dao c tnh ton trn ng dng c khi gia cng cho tng loidao l khc nhau.

    - Click OK Update Tool.- Nh vy, khi tnh ton ng dng c, chng trnh s da vo cc im bdao P1; P2 hay Pi vi cc gi tr Corrector ID tnh ton. Vic chn ccim b dao s theo cc im Corrector ID trong hp thoi to ng dngc. V d nh sau:

    + Vi dao khoan Spot Drill c 3 im b dao P1; P2; P3 vi cc gi trCorrector ID tng ng 1,2,3. Ta c th chn trong hp thoi to ng dngc im b dao da vo cch chn Corrector ID. Nh hnh v di y:

    X. Edit a Tool Assembly in the Resource List:- Bin tp mi lp dng c ln trc chnh trong danh sch ngun.1. Edit a Tool Assembly cn Click p vo n hoc Right Click n v chnDefinition trong Menu ng cnh hin ra. Hp thoi xut hin:

    2. Nhp tn cho mi lp dng c.3. C th thay i s ca dng c ct.4. Click nt More>> m rng hp thoi.5. C 2 cch nhp cc thng s hnh hc ca dao.- C1: Click p vo thng s trn ICon v nhp thng s cn thit.- C2: Click vo trang Geometry Tab Pages v nhp vo cc cc gi tr cnthit.6. Click Technology Tab v nhp gi tr mong mun cho cc thng s cngngh ca mi lp.

    7. Click OK xc nhn.

    XI. Create a Tool Catalog from the Resource List:- To Catalog t cc cng c la chn trong danh sch Resource List.1. Chn cc dng c trong Resource List, sau Right Click chn Send toCatalog t Menu ng cnh.

    - Hp thoi hin th cho php bn to mt Catalog dng c mi Create a NewCatalog hoc ghi mt ci Catalog c sn Update an existing Catalog.

    2. Click OK to Catalog. Kt qu c hin th trong ca s New CatalogEditor.

    - C th xy dng mt Catalog t Excel hoc VB Files.

    XII. Replace Tools in the Resource List :- Thay th dng c ct trong Resource List trong cy ph h.- C th truy cp lnh ny bng cch g lnh: C:Replace Tools v Press Enter truy cp.

    1. Click Replace Tool ICon. Hp thoi xut hin.

    2. Trong Tool Table chn kiu l Manual Mode hoc mt Tool ReplacementCatalog. Phi chun b trc Catalog vi tn gi ca n.3. S dng Manual Mode:- Chn mt Tool c Rename trong list sau nhp tn mi vo vng To .- Nu cn, thay i dng c tham kho khc vi cng cch trn.- Click OK Update tt c cc dng c.4. S dng Tool Replacement Catalog. Thay th dng c ct trong mt chutrnh thnh dng c ct khc.

    - Khi chn Catalog mong mun, tt c cc dng c ct tham kho mi cnh v tr trong list.- Click OK cp nht tt c cc dng c ct trong ti liu.

    XIII. Machining Patterns :- To cc dy chu trnh gia cng theo mt hnh ch nht hoc mt hnh trnno .Create a Machining Patterns: To mt dy gia cng.

    1. Chn Machining Patterns ICon . Hp thoi xut hin:

    - Click Text No Point trong hp thoi hin th hp thoi la chn Pattern.N ln danh sch cc thnh phn c th thit k v gia cng Patterns. Chn 1kiu v OK.2. Hp thoi Machining Pattern xut hin tr li vi s im la chn thayth Text No Point.3. Click OK to.

    Use a Machining Pattern in a Machining Operaion:

    1. Click nt Drill ICon. Hp thoi xut hin.2. Thit lp cc thng s hnh hc, cc thng s cng ngh hnh hc, ch ct. Click OK to. Trong phn chn Geometry khi Click chn imkhoan, sau khi chn im th chn Machining Pattern t danh sch.

    XIV. Replay a ToolPath :- M phng ToolPath chu trnh gia cng.1. Chn chu trnh gia cng v Click nt Replay hoc Right Click v chnReplay trong Menu ng cnh hin ra. Hp thoi Replay hin ra:

    - Feedrate: Tc dng c ct hin thi.- X, Y, Z: To mi Tip dng c ct.- I, J, K: Trc nh hng hin hnh dng c ct. Nu gi tr no l 1 th trcnh hng l trc , nu gi tr l 0 th dng c ct khng nh hng trc.- Machining Time=: Thi gian gia cng.- Total Time: Tng thi gian gia cng v thi gian ph. gi (hh):pht(mm):giy (ss).

    - Replay Mode:+ Point to Point : Dao khi chy m phng s i theo tng s im

    ca Toolpath ph thuc vo ngi dng nhp .

    + Continuous : Dao chy lin tc t u n cui chu trnh giacng.

    + Plane by Plane : Dao chy theo tng lp theo mt phng.+ Feedrate by Feedrate : Dao chy ti cc ng Toolpath c cng

    tc ct Feedrate.+ Stop on PP instruction : Dao dng khi gp cc lnh PP

    Instruction.

    - Tool Visualization Mode:+ Tool displayed at last position only : Dng c ct ch xut hin

    ti cc v tr cui cng.+ Tool Axis displayed at each position : Trc dng c ct xut hin

    ti mi v tr.

    + Tool Display at each position : Dng c ct xut hin ti mi vtr.

    - Color Mode:+ ToolPath displayed in same color : Hin th ng dng c

    Toolpath vi cng mu.

    + ToolPath displayed in different colors for different Feedrates :Hin th ng dng c vi cc mu khc nhau ti mi ng c tc ctkhc nhau. Mu vng Yellow (tc Approach); Mu xanh Green (tc Machining); mu xanh Blue (tc Retract); mu Red (tc cao Rapid);mu trng White (tc do ngi dng la chn).

    - Surface Machining Type:+ Trajectory of the contact point is displayed : ng i ca cc

    - Check Reachability ICon : Kim tra tm vi ca trc dng c ct camy n mt gia cng. Nu ti th dng c ct v u trc chnh s v tr giacng. Nu khng ti th dng c ct v u trc chnh s v tr Home. Dngc ny ch c hiu lc khi c s nhp my m phng VNC.

    - Video : M phng thc s gia cng vt liu t phi.+ Video from Last Saved Result l tip tc m phng s ht vt

    liu ca nguyn cng la chn t chi tit cn li sau khi m phng ccnguyn cng trc (s m phng cc nguyn cng trc ny phi c ghinh);

    + Full Video m phng tt c cc nguyn cng k c nguyn cngla chn ln cc nguyn cng khc trong chng trnh.

    + Mixed Photo/Video hin th kt qu gia cng ca tt c cc chutrnh gia cng trc chu trnh gia cng la chn mun m phng ca chngtrnh Machining (thng dng khi cha m phng cc chu trnh gia cng

Mun xo kt qu m phng th chn chu trnh gia cng cdu , Right Click sau chn Removed Video Result t Menu ng cnhhin ra.

    - Save Video Result in Cgr Files : Save kt qu m phng vo Files dngCgr.- Video Options : iu chnh khi m phng nh sau:

    Dng li ti v tr thay i dng c ct (Stopat tool change); Khi c s va chm dao (Collisions Detection) th dng lihoc tip tc; Pht hin s va chm dng c ct (Touch is collision)- Video Collisions Report : To bo co cc va chm dng c ct khigia cng.- Photo : Hin th kt qu gia cng thc.

    + Ti mi thi im, c th dng chut Pick vo bt c v tr no trnPhoto v mt hp thoi hin ra s bo cho bn bit cc thng tin v im Pick.

    + Ti v tr gc Corner ca Photo, Right Click v chn CloseUP trongMenu ng cnh hin ra hin th r hn gc .

    + Click li v chn Stock t Menu ng cnh hin ra tr li Photonguyn thu.- Start Machine Toolpath Simulation : Bt u m phng vi my VNC.- Analisys : thit lp cc thng s lin quan n Video. Hp thoi hinra:

    + Remaining Material: Hin th mu sc lp vt liu cn li trn phikhi m phng Video.

    + Gouge: Hin th mu sc ni m dng c ct ht vt liu t phi.+ Tool Clash: Hin th mu vng khi va chm dao trong khi dao ch

    chy nhanh Rapid.

    + Click Apply hin th mu.
