Project Details:

1. Direct to Customer (SM-D2C) – A web application

Client: Sony Music.

Project Description: This project provides customer-facing applications those expose the catalog of Sony Music media assets and provide avenues for fans to connect directly with the artists. Direct to Consumer (D2C) applications network supports hundreds of web properties, generates millions of dollars in revenue and services span ecommerce, mobile distribution, artist websites, social networking, media streaming and more.

Each contracted artist has to engage with fans and promote more sales which include features like news, blogs, album preview, photos, videos, integration with Social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler, Google+ etc.), subscribing fans, MP3 promotions, Geo tagging and integration with e-commerce platform.

The services provided by D2C group includes development, enhancement and maintenance of various applications pertaining to customer relationship management(CRM), ecommerce and artist websites such as CRM Fanconnect, Sales Dashboard, Artist Dashboard, Web Product Inventory System, Link Genie, Data Ware House(DWH), Commerce Contact US, Message Center and Analytics Tag Delivery applications.

Project Tasks/Responsibilities:

Worked as a Java Developer as well as a UI Developer using ExtJS and Core Java concepts with Springs Framework.

2. SME- RGNRTR – GATE (Global Artists Tours and Events Management)

Client: Sony Music

Project Description: A web application leveraging ExtJS and Core Java with MVC architecture to produce a web application to maintain detailed information about the Schedule of Musical tours and events of Sony Music Artists. This Application is used in UK and Europe countries by almost every Sony Music Artists Associations to organize any event using online app and then advertising of that event to the common people using various social media.

In a rapidly evolving digital music space, GATE application is responsible for exploring new opportunities and defining the direction for the future of music discovery and consumption.

Project Tasks/Responsibilities:

Worked as a Java as well as UI developer to implement an interactive web application using ExtJs for UI and Core Java for server side coding , which manages the Events, schedule of Tours and Events of all the Artists of Sony Music

It was a 2 member team, so I use to handle everything from development to End to End Testing.

Worked on modules based on ExtJs.

Worked in bug fixing and production support.

3. Digital Services Hub (DSH)

Client: Shell

Project Description: This project involves designing a Cloud Service Hub Stack Editor through which a stack of cloud services can be designed, configured and activated. It also allows monitoring each IAAS/PAAS service on cloud and performing operations like starting, stopping, terminating on them

The application allows user to show a pictorial representation of an existing stack of cloud resources or draw a new one. User will be able to configure those resources and activate them. The resources which are already running or which have been activated can be monitored using the editor. User can perform different actions like start, stop, terminate, delete etc. on each of the cloud service.

Project Tasks/Responsibilities:

Worked as a UI developer as well as a full stack developer using AWS console, AngularJS, Restful APIs, Webservices.

Implemented a web Stack Editor which can help a normal user to Orchestrate and Launch particular cloud services (IAAS, PAAS) by designing them on the canvas and Launch it in AWS console using AngularJS and Restful APIs.

Implemented another application called DSI (Digital Services Integration) which helps in monitoring the status of Launched instances in AWS using AngularJS framework.

Worked on AWS management console for checking the launched instances status and sidekiq for debugging the errors while launching, Deploying and Monitoring the Blueprints.
