La tecnologia degli iniettori CR diventa sempre più complessa, in un delicato equilibrio tra elettronica e meccanica dove la “codifica” è parte dominante e finale del processo di riparazione e rigenerazione.

Rabotti offre una gamma di accessori elettronici per dare supporto ai riparatori Diesel, facili da utilizzare ed economicamente vantaggiosi: il CODER per Delphi C3i a 20 caratteri, il QR CODER per Denso a 16, 22, 24 e 30 caratteri e da oggi anche IIC CODER per gli iniettori Siemens.

CR injectors’ technology becomes increasingly complex, in a delicate balance between electronics and mechanics, where the “coding” has the dominating and final role in the repair and regeneration process.

IMA CODER offre la possibilità di eseguire la codifica degli iniettori Bosch (6, 7, 8 e 9 caratteri) su tutti i simulatori Common Rail dotati di specifiche OEM nella verifica degli iniettori.

Il dispositivo viene fornito con interfaccia software di progettazione Rabotti, è facile da utilizzare e consente la generazione immediata dei nuovi codici per la centralina. Permette l’accesso alla tecnologia di codifica più diffusa integrandosi con l’attrezzatura già presente in officina.

IMA CODER gives the possibility to encode Bosch injectors (6, 7, 8 and 9 characters) on all Common Rail simulators with OEM specifications in the injectors’ checking.

BD860 e BD970 rappresentano la tradizione in chiave moderna della produzione Rabotti. Forniti con motori da 7.5 kW, 11 kW e 15 kW ed equipaggiati con castelletto a burette oppure in versione con misuratore elettronico, sono da sempre la soluzione alternativa per testare le pompe d’iniezione in linea e rotative.

Permettono anche di effettuare controlli sulla fasatura della pompa e sulla calibrazione dei regolatori LDA. Sono inoltre i banchi ospite per eccellenza di tutti i sistemi Rabotti. BD860 and BD970 are a modern version of the traditional Rabotti production. Fitted with 7.5 kW, 11 kW and 15 kW motors and equipped with graduated burettes or in version with electronic measuring device, these test benches are since always the alternative solution to test in line and rotary injection pumps.

They also permit to check pump timing and to calibrate the LDA regulators. They can be used aswell as excellent host benches for all Rabotti systems.
